Timothee Chalamet was ‘relentless’ in making Bob Dylan biopic, says Edward Norton

OHMYGOSSIP — Edward Norton has revealed Timothee Chalamet was “relentless” in his approach to play Bob Dylan in ‘A Complete Unknown’.
The 55-year-old actor appears opposite the ‘Dune’ star, 28, in the upcoming biopic as folk singer Peter Seeger, and has now shared that Chalamet – who portrays Dylan – took playing the music icon very seriously, and shut off as many distractions as possible to fully immerse himself in the role.
Norton told Rolling Stone magazine: “He was relentless. No visitors, no friends, no reps, no nothing. [Chalamet said] ‘Nobody comes around us while we’re doing this.’
“We’re trying to do the best we can with something that’s so totemic and sacrosanct to many people. And I agreed totally — it was like, ‘We cannot have a f****** audience for this.’
“We’ve got to believe to the greatest degree we can. And he was right to be that protective.”
As well as the ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ actor, Elle Fanning – who portrays the ‘Like A Rolling Stone’ hitmaker’s fictional university love interest Sylvie Russo – also offered some insight into Chalamet’s commitment to the picture.
The 26-year-old actress recalled listening to him perform some of Dylan’s tracks for the flick – which is being directed by filmmaker James Mangold – and being blown away by his performance.
She recounted: “We were in an auditorium, and I was sitting amongst all these background artists. Jim would let Timmy come out and give the crowd a whole concert.
“He was singing ‘Masters of War’ and ‘A Hard Rain’s A-Gonna Fall’, and I was like, ‘Jesus.’ All of us were kind of shaking, because it was so surreal hearing someone do that. So perfectly done, but it wasn’t a caricature.
“It was still Timmy, but it’s Bob, and this kind of beautiful meld. That gave me chills.”
‘A Complete Unknown’ follows a young Dylan in the 1960’s as he travels to New York and ultimately changes the course of American music.
While Chalamet aimed to immerse himself in the world of the ‘Blowin’ In The Wind’ singer, the actor didn’t want to go completely method, and credited his former co-stars Christian Bale and Oscar Isaac for helping him learn how to set the tone on set.
He explained: “The great actors I’ve worked with, Christian Bale on ‘Hostiles’ or Oscar Isaac on ‘Dune’, were able to do that and guard their process, particularly for something that’s really like a tightrope walk.
“It was something I would go to sleep panicked about a moment of discovery as the character — no matter how pretentious that sounds — because I was on my phone or because of any distraction.
“I had three months of my life to play Bob Dylan, after five years of preparing to play him. So while I was in it, that was my eternal focus.
“He deserved that and then more … God forbid I missed a step because I was being Timmy. I could be Timmy for the rest of my life!”
‘A Complete Unknown’ arrives to cinemas on 25 December 2024 in the U.S. and 17 January 2025 in the UK.

Ex-EastEnders star Cheryl Fergison turned to food bank after being ‘conned out of humongous amount’

OHMYGOSSIP — Former ‘EastEnders’ star Cheryl Fergison was forced to claim benefits and turn to a food bank after she was conned “out of a humongous amount of money”.
The 60-year-old actress – who played Heather Trott in the BBC soap from 2007 to 2012 – has opened up about her financial struggles, and admitted it all stemmed from being conned, after which her situation then “started to spiral”.
Speaking on ‘This Morning’, she said: “There is a circumstance that started this, which I can’t talk about at this moment in time, but it started to spiral.
“The only way I can say it is I was conned out of a humongous amount of money.
“That led to the cancer thing and everything spiralled. I was robbing Peter to pay Paul.”
Cheryl also told how she received financial help from her former ‘EastEnders’ colleagues, including the late Dame Barbara Windsor and June Brown, who played Peggy Mitchell and Dot Cotton respectively.
She added: “The lovely late, great Barbara Windsor and [her husband] Scott were getting their cheque books out and writing them to me to pay my bills.
“Steve McFadden [Phil Mitchell] was giving me places to recuperate, Linda Henry [Shirley Carter] was helping out, and June Brown.
“They were very, very, very kind and they helped me and my family out a lot.
“But it just carries on and you can’t get out of it.”
The ‘Big School’ star was forced to sell her house, and she now lives in rented accommodation in northern England.
She said: “I ended up having to sell my house. Now I am living up north and renting.
“In Britain, we see renting as quite a bad thing, but in Europe everybody rents.
“It’s your mindset.”
Earlier this month, Cheryl told how she was so broke this year she was taken to a food bank by a Citizens Advice staff member.
She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “I sat there and cried and cried. It was shameful. How could I have been on EastEnders? How could I have been earning that much money and now I am here?”

Nick Grimshaw reveals ‘traumatic’ Christmas gift from mum Eileen

OHMYGOSSIP — Nick Grimshaw’s mum framed his work experience rejection letter from BBC Radio 1 and gave it to him as a Christmas present.
The ‘Celebrity Gogglebox’ star joined the corporation in 2007 when he landed the role of a DJ on the famous station, before working his way up to eventually securing the prestigious job of hosting ‘The Breakfast Show’ from 2012 until 2018.
He left Radio 1 in 2021 after 14 years, but he has now revealed bosses previously rejected his request to do work experience at the station, and his mother Eileen framed the letter for a “funny” Christmas gift – which he found “traumatic”.
When asked what the worst present Nick has ever received is, the star told Heat magazine: “My mom once got me a framed picture of my rejection letter for work experience from Radio 1, which she thought was funny.
“It was quite traumatic to receive that.”
The 40 year old does not buy his pals any presents, and only focuses on giving to his family and his friends’ kids.
Nick added: “I don’t buy presents for my friends.”
His niece Liv, 34, who appears with him on the hit Channel 4 reality show to review TV shows, chimed in: “Where do you draw the line?”
Nick replied: “You can’t, so I stick to family and my friends’ kids.
“But now everyone’s having kids, so it’s a full-time job, getting everyone a Christmas present.”
The Grimshaws will be spending the festive period in Manchester, where Eileen will cook up a “Super Bowl of Sunday roasts”.
Taking about what he loves most about Christmas, Nick said: “I love the whole thing!
“We always have a good family Christmas in Manchester. I love the idea of everyone getting together.
“I also love the shopping. When I was little, I used to mark what I’d get everyone in a catalogue.
“My mom excels at a Sunday roast, so I feel like Christmas Day is her Super Bowl of Sunday roasts. Like, she goes for it!
“I can’t wait. I love it. I’m going to do Christmas Eve dinner this year.”

DC Studios head James Gunn teases next movie after Superman

OHMYGOSSIP — James Gunn has about “four different things that [he] could do” after ‘Superman’.
The 58-year-old director and DC Studios co-CEO is currently finishing working on the 2025 superhero blockbuster – which stars David Corenswet as the Man of Steel and Nicholas Hoult as villain Lex Luthor – and Gunn has now teased there are several ideas he could peruse for his next cinematic venture.
During an interview with Collider, the filmmaker said: “I’ve got like four different things that I could do, and I’m going to kind of jump back and forth between those things. I’m going to see which one really speaks to me, and that’s the one I’m gonna do.”
While he didn’t go into detail about what each of these projects were, the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ director affirmed the movies will have to fit neatly into DC new cinematic universe.
He explained: “One thing that I’ve tried to make clear to people from the beginning […] is that everything in DC is going to be based on the writers.
“Until we have a screenplay that I’m totally happy with, that movie is not going to get made, no matter what it is.”
Before he became the co-CEO of DC with Peter Safran, Gunn worked on the studio’s R-rated flick ‘The Suicide Squad’ in 2021, as well as the HBO spin-off show ‘Peacemaker’, which starred John Cena in the titular role.
With rival studio Marvel seeing success in their first R-rated blockbuster ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’, Gunn revealed DC was also working on several more mature projects.
Even if some of the earlier R-rated movies don’t dazzle at the box office, the director was adamant that DC would continue to release mature films because “good, authentic stories” would benefit the greater DC Universe.
He explained: “We’re not about ‘See how it does.’ We’ve got one opportunity to take these characters and really press forward and do what we believe.
“I am a great believer that if we tell good, authentic stories, if a movie does well or doesn’t do as well, if you keep with that same philosophy, that you’re going to build a universe that people are going to love and want to be a part of for a long time.
“It’s not about testing out to see if this thing works. It’s just about telling a story. If a story is going to be R-rated, we’re totally okay with that. If it’s going to be PG, PG-13, or G, I don’t care — whatever is worthy of the story, that’s what we’re going to do.”
Gunn – who is gearing up for the release of his animated Max show ‘Creature Commandos’ on 5 December – teased there was “more than one” R-rated project close to getting the green light at DC.

Josh O’Connor signs on to Steven Spielberg’s next sci-fi blockbuster

OHMYGOSSIP — Josh O’Connor is to star in Stephen Spielberg’s next sci-fi movie.
‘The Crown’ actor, 34, has signed on to lead the director’s upcoming blockbuster alongside Emily Blunt, Colin Firth, Colman Domingo and Eve Hewson.
The untitled picture will be based on a story by the legendary filmmaker, while scribe David Koepp – who had previously worked with Spielberg on his 2005 action movie ‘War of the Worlds’ – writes the script.
Although plot details are being kept under wraps, Universal Pictures teased the project – which is slated to hit cinemas on 15 May 2026 – would be a “new original event film”, with the flick expected to include sci-fi elements in its story.
O’Connor will next be seen on the big screen in ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’ – the third instalment in director Rian Johnson’s whodunit series.
The ‘Challengers’ star is set to join franchise newcomers Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Thomas Haden Church, Cailee Spaeny, Glenn Close, Andrew Scott and Josh Brolin in the movie, while Daniel Craig reprises his role as detective Benoit Blanc.
While most of the actors have kept tight-lipped as to the identity of their characters, Brolin previously revealed he would be playing a priest in the next ‘Knives Out’ entry.
Speaking with TotalFilm, the ‘Avengers: Engdame’ star shared: “I’m playing a priest. My wife reminded me … She said, ‘Do you remember a year ago you said that you wanted to play a priest? It’s like you manifest this s***.'”
Reflecting on the movie, Brolin heaped praise on his “new favourite director” Johnson and labelled the picture as “one of the greatest experiences [he’s] ever had”.
He gushed: “Rian is probably my new favourite director. It was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. Incredible cast.”
In August, the ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ filmmaker confirmed production had wrapped on ‘Wake Up Dead Man’.
Taking to X (previously known as Twitter) Johnson posted a picture of a graveyard with a sign that read “please be mindful of graves” and added the caption: “Aaaand that’s a wrap on ‘Wake Up Dead Man’.
“Went so fast! Best crew, incredible cast, this was a really special shoot and I cannot wait to put it together (sic).”
‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’ will have a limited theatrical run next year before it hits Netflix.

Dean McCullough bursts into tears as he stops I’m A Celebrity trial: ‘I couldn’t move my legs!’

OHMYGOSSIP — Dean McCullough burst into tears as he pulled out of his Bushtucker Trial on ‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’
The 32-year-old radio host had been voted by the public to take part in Sinister Sarcophagus to win meals for camp, but only managed to win two stars after the Egyptian tomb he had been placed in began to fill up with sand.
Speaking on Tuesday’s (19.11.24) episode of the ITV1 show, he told hosts Ant and Dec: “It was my legs, I couldn’t move my legs. I’m sorry! I’m so sorry. It was the fact that I couldn’t move my legs. This is awful! Guys, this is awful! I’ve got to go back and tell them, this is awful. I just didn’t know that sand was going to fill it up. “See, if there was no sand, I would still be in there. Great surprise! That is no joke!
“Oh, this is so embarrassing.”
As a result of his lacklustre performance in the trial, the campmates received buffalo tail for their main and dragonfruit for dessert, with McFly singer Danny Jones and presenter Melvin Odoom taking on culinary duties, in what they have Delvin’s Kitchen.
It was revealed at the end of the episode that Dean had also been voted by the public to face the Drown in the Dumps trial, which will air in tomorrow night’s episode.
But he will face the water-based trial alongside TikTok star GK Barry, who previously won nine out of a possible 10 stars for camp during her Vile Volcano task earlier in the week.

‘I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!’ continues on Wednesday (20.11.24) night at 9pm.

Elizabeth Olsen views Marvel movies as ‘insurance’ for her indie projects

OHMYGOSSIP — Elizabeth Olsen thinks of Marvel movies as “insurance” for her indie projects.
The 35-year-old actress – who has played Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch, in a number of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) films from 2015’s ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ until ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ in 2022 – appreciates the security the franchise offers because it allows her the “freedom” to tackle smaller, riskier films like her Netflix comedy/drama ‘His Three Daughters’.
Speaking at Vulture Festival, Olsen said: “I’d never really had the mentality of, ‘One for them, one for me.’
“Marvel has been such a consistent thing I’ve been able to return to and has created — what’s the word? — some feeling of insurance in my life that has given me freedom to choose other jobs. So I haven’t felt like, ‘And then I’ll do this to do this.’”
The ‘Love and Death’ star – who also led the cast of her own Disney+ spin-off ‘Wandavision’ – added reprising her role in the MCU “always felt like a choice”.
She explained: “Every time, it’s character-driven. It’s always like, ‘We have this idea, and that’s why we want you to come back.’ It’s not like, ‘Just throw her in something.’”
The ‘Ingrid Goes West’ star added she viewed blockbuster movie franchises like the MCU as vital for cinema, as they “paid the rent” for smaller theatres, thus allowing them to screen indie flicks.
Olsen agreed with Paul Thomas Anderson’s assessment of big movies, who previously said ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ had played a crucial role in getting his rom-com ‘Licorice Pizza’ a theatrical release in 2021.
She said of the symbiotic bond between blockbuster movies and indie films: “I do think that’s the relationship.”
Olsen previously said she was “always happy to come back” to the MCU, provided there was a “good way” to use the Scarlet Witch.
Speaking to FM104, she said: “It’s a character that I love going back to when there’s a way to use her well, and I think I have been lucky that when I started I was used well.
“I think people didn’t know what to do with me for a second there … if there’s a good way to use her I’m always happy to come back.”

Loose Women’s Linda Robson targeted by scammer

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Robson almost fell victim to a scammer who imitated her daughter.
The ‘Loose Women’ star came close to losing £150 after she received a WhatsApp text from a con artist – who used her daughter’s family nickname, “Bobbi girl”, as well as language she typically uses – asking for emergency cash after ‘her’ phone dropped “down the toilet”.
Linda – who was on the ITV show at the time of the “scary” ordeal – told the Daily Mirror newspaper: “I would’ve sent the money the scammers wanted – £150 – but luckily, one of the bosses on the show said: ‘I think you’re being scammed.’
“So, I asked the person on the phone for the name of our dog.
“They said Gerald, and I said: ‘No, my dog’s called Dolly.’ That’s when I knew I was being scammed.
“It was scary, and it’s happening to more and more people now.
“Friends of mine have been targeted and lost hundreds of pounds.”
The 66-year-old TV star’s revelation comes after other celebrities also spoke out about being scammed.
‘QI’ panellist Alan Davies previously told BBC Radio 4’s ‘The Infinite Monkey Cage’ that he gets scammed “relentlessly” online and lost £400 on a Playstation 5 that was never delivered in 2022.
He said: “At Christmas I had three Christmas lists from three children and I found every single gift on the site from all three lists, including a Lego set that was no longer made.
“I nearly gave them £457 and then I thought ‘this is unlikely’ but I was scammed on a PS5 two years ago, that was £400 down the drain.”

Rebekah Vardy hits back at critics on Instagram

OHMYGOSSIP — Rebekah Vardy has hit back at her critics on social media.
The 42-year-old star took to Instagram after Coleen Rooney, her former friend, made her debut appearance on ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’.
Alongside a throwback bikini photo from her time in the jungle, Rebekah – who lost a well-publicised libel case against Coleen in 2022 – wrote on Instagram: “That feeling when you are living rent free in people’s heads [laughing emojis] (sic)”
Rebekah made the post after Ant and Dec, the hosts of ‘I’m a Celebrity’, made a series of jokes about her high-profile legal battle with Coleen, 38.
The TV star – who is married to former England soccer player Jamie Vardy – also posted a video of US President-elect Donald Trump talking about facing “hate”.
In the video, Trump says: “Let them doubt you, let them criticise you because the more they throw at you the stronger you become. The path to success is never without resistance and hate. Hate is just a part of that journey.”
The video clip continues: “Understand this, no one who ever achieved anything great did it without facing opposition. Hate comes from a place of fear, insecurity and jealousy.
“People hate because your ambition, your drive makes them uncomfortable. Your desire to push past limits threatens the comfort they built around mediocrity.
“So what should you do? Let them hate. Let their word be nothing more than background noise. You weren’t put here to see their approval. You’re not living your life to make them feel comfortable.
“You’re here to follow your purpose, to chase your dreams and to live life on your own terms, you’re beautiful.”

Lauren Goodger plans to embrace her ‘natural’ look

OHMYGOSSIP — Lauren Goodger plans to have her breast implants removed.
The 38-year-old TV star had a breast enlargement ten years ago, but Lauren is now keen to return to her “natural” look as she tries to find the man of her dreams.
She told OK! magazine: “I don’t want any silicone in my body – I don’t want anything fake. I want my boobs natural.
“It’s not healthy to have these big plastic things sitting on top of your lungs. I struggle to breathe properly and I’m always out of breath – because of my boobs.”
Initially, Lauren “looked” and “felt” great after getting a breast enlargement. But becoming a mum has led to a change in attitude.
The reality TV star – who has Larose, three, and Lorena, who passed away after birth in 2022 – said: “When you get stuff done when you’re younger it’s great. I looked great, felt great and had a really good time with them.
“Now, I’m older, I’ve had two kids, I’ve breastfed, they don’t look like what they used to look like.”
Lauren is ultimately determined to become “healthier and happier”.
What’s more, Lauren doesn’t want her daughter to follow in her footsteps.
She shared: “I’ve got a daughter and because I’ve done it, she won’t be doing it.
“I don’t want her to change anything – hair colour or anything. I haven’t had fillers in over two years – I have Botox three times a year. I don’t drink, have caffeine, smoke, vape – nothing. I just want to be healthier and happier.”

Emily Atack ‘lined up to star on Bullseye special’

OHMYGOSSIP — Emily Atack could star in a ‘Bullseye’ celebrity special.
The darts gameshow – which was made famous by the late Jim Bowen in the 80s and 90s – is being revived this Christmas, with the former international cricket star Andrew ‘Freddie’ Flintoff fronting the show, and the likes of Emily and comedian Peter Kay are reportedly in line to appear on a proposed celebrity special.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: “ITV would be crazy not to ride the wave of nostalgia that comes with bringing back a much-loved show like ‘Bullseye’.
“A celebrity version is a no-brainer.
“They want to target the right kinds of celebrities – people like Emily who viewers can imagine joining them down the pub for a pint, a game of darts and a good laugh.
“Peter is also a fan of the show and though he doesn’t take part in many telly programmes these days, they reckon he might make an exception.
“What happens next depends on the reaction to the festive special – but it’s already looking like the comeback will be a big hit.”
The TV show – which tests people’s general knowledge and darts skills as they battle it out to take home cash and some star prizes – is also set to feature the sport’s most-recent sensation, 17-year-old champion Luke Littler.
Meanwhile, Freddie previously admitted that he can’t wait to host the programme, admitting it was “one of [his] favourite shows as a kid”.
The former England cricket captain – who previously co-hosted ‘Top Gear’ on the BBC – said: “I love the darts and ‘Bullseye’ was one of my favourite shows as a kid. [I] can’t quite believe I’ll get to host this Christmas special.
“You can’t beat a bit of Bully!”

Dan Aykroyd gives disappointing response to possible Ghostbusters return

OHMYGOSSIP — Dan Aykroyd doesn’t think he will return to the ‘Ghostbusters’ franchise.
The 72-year-old actor starred opposite Bill Murray, Ernie Hudson and the late Harold Ramis in the first two sci-fi/comedies as the paranormal investigator Ray Stanz – and though he briefly appeared in the legacy sequels ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’ and ‘Frozen Empire’, he has now admitted his time in the franchise is probably over for good because series newcomers Paul Rudd, Finn Wolfhard and Mckenna Grace are ready to “advance” the series in a new direction.
Speaking with the New York Post, Aykroyd said: “I don’t see that coming. I don’t see where they would need us to carry it on.
“They’ve got a whole new cast, and they’ve got whole new ideas. I think probably they’re going to move on to advancing it beyond the originals, which they should.”
Aykroyd, who co-wrote the 1984 comedy and its sequel with Murray and Ramis, added he was “grateful” for how the success of ‘Ghostbusters’ had given him his illustrious Hollywood career – even if he didn’t expect it to become as immensely popular as it did.
He said: “The magnitude of the ‘Ghostbuster’ success – I guess we knew it would be successful, but the magnitude of it was a surprise.”
After ‘Ghostbusters II’ disappointed in 1989, the series went on hiatus from the big screen until it was rebooted in 2016 with the female-led ‘Ghostbusters’.
The movie – which starred Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth – was met with fierce backlash upon its theatrical debut, though Aykroyd insisted the film didn’t deserve the criticism it received.
The ‘Blues Brothers’ star – who served as an executive producer on the flick – told People: “I liked the movie [director] Paul Feig made with those spectacular women.
“I was mad at them at the time because I was supposed to be a producer on there and I didn’t do my job and I didn’t argue about costs. And it cost perhaps more than it should, and they all do. All these movies do. But boy, I liked that film.”

Jude Law gives promising update on Sherlock Holmes 3

OHMYGOSSIP — Jude Law has revealed a third ‘Sherlock Holmes’ is still in the works.
The 51-year-old actor starred as Dr. John Watson opposite Robert Downey Jr.’s titular detective in the 2009 eponymous flick and its 2011 sequel ‘Sherlock Holmes 2: A Game of Shadows’, and while there has been no word on the next movie for years, Law has teased all hope is not yet lost for the long-awaited third installment.
During an interview with The Playlist, Law said: “There’s a great will to make it.
“And a great will amongst us all to get it right to do it, to find the time, to find the right team. The one great thing I took from both of those films is my friendship with Robert and his wife Susan, they mean an awful lot to me. The hope is we’re still going to do it.
“I think there’s a new iteration of the script I haven’t yet read. And then there’s a case of, ‘How expensive is it? And can we get it made?’”
The third ‘Sherlock Holmes’ movie has been in and out of development since ‘A Game of Shadows’ hit cinemas in 2011, with rumours pointing to the film utilising time travel in its plot.
However, the ‘Fantastic Beasts’ star has admitted the supposed storyline has since been dropped in favour of other ideas.
Speaking about the time travel plot, Law said: “Gosh, yeah, that’s interesting.
“The plan has been evolving over how many years it’s been now, probably nearly 10 years.”
The actor added it was his friendship with his co-star that has held the project together all these years, and said he missed working with the ‘Iron Man’ actor on the mystery-solving movies.
He explained: “Honestly there’s a friendship, but also the experience of working with Robert, and he really does bring an extraordinarily brilliant, fun, motivated, and inspirational kind of quality to a film set, and I miss it being a part of that. It was a great experience.”
Law will next be seen in the Disney+ show ‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’, in which he plays the mysterious Jod Na Nawood who attempts to help a group of lost children find their way home in a galaxy-sprawling adventure.
While he isn’t sure if the series will be a one-off, the ‘Enemy at the Gates’ actor hinted he would be open to reprising the role in a future ‘Star Wars’ project.

“I guess if it takes, maybe. I don’t know. I hope so! He was a lot of fun to play.”

Davina McCall makes ‘enormous leap forward’ in her recovery

OHMYGOSSIP — Davina McCall is out of intensive care after undergoing surgery to remove a brain tumour.
The 57-year-old TV presenter recently revealed that she’d been diagnosed with a type of benign tumour called a colloid cyst – but Michael Douglas, her partner, has now taken to social media to explain that Davina has made an “enormous leap forward in the last 24 hours”.
He wrote on Instagram: “Update folks. Thanks so much to all the well wishers. [heart emojis] She really has made an enormous leap forward in the last 24 hours. She is out of ICU She is “loving awareness” [heart and rainbow emojis] Thank you xx Michael. (sic)”
In the post – which has been published on Davina’s Instagram page – he added: “Update – Mega progress these last 24 hours. Massive relief to see some light coming though. Thanks for all the good vibes coming in from all angles. Up and Up [heart emojis] . Michael Xxx (sic)”
Davina previously revealed that the tumour was found by chance.
The TV star said in an Instagram video message: “A few months ago I did a menopause talk for a company and they offered me a health scan in return, which I thought I was going to ace, but it turned out I had a benign brain tumour called a colloid cyst, which is very rare. Three in a million! So I slightly put my head in the sand for a while, and then I saw quite a few neurosurgeons, I got lots of opinions.
“I realised that I have to get it taken out. It’s big for the space – it fills the space. It’s 14mm wide. And it needs to come out because if it grows it would be bad.”
