OHMYGOSSIP — David Gandy says it is “important” that he keeps his family out of the spotlight.
The 39-year-old model – who has a daughter with his partner Stephanie Mendoros – has no plans to share too many details about his family and has slammed claims he is not “proud” of them.
He said: “I don’t talk about Steph and Matilda much in public and people may think that, because I don’t put them on social media, I’m not proud of my family. But it’s just not true. I’m awfully proud of my family, and we’re ridiculously close. I tell them that I’m proud of them to their faces. I tell them that I love them. I don’t need to do that on the internet. It’s important to me to keep it private.”
And David says his privacy is “far more important” than the money for him.
Asked what he would do if his daughter wanted to be a Kardashian, he told the Mail on Sunday’s You magazine: “She won’t be … I mean, I would never say anything against them because the daughter’s a billionaire … Because even if you see something of the brilliance of that, it’s all based on selling your life.
“I came into this business to be a success, and with that comes some fame and recognition. You can build on that however you like – but my privacy is far more important than the money.”
David announced the arrival of Matilda in December 2018.
He wrote: “Daddy, Dora and new addition Matilda out for our first dog walk together this morning. Baby Matilda was born last week, both mother and baby doing incredibly well. Only worrying thing is I’m now totally outnumbered by females in my house! (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordyn Woods has reminded herself how “blessed” she is.
The 21-year-old model and television personality has had a tough few months after she was caught kissing Tristan Thompson, who was dating her friend Khloe Kardashian at the time, but she is now trying to focus on her future and how blessed she is to be alive.
She wrote on Instagram: “sometimes you have to take a step back to remind yourself how blessed you are to wake up and see another day. (sic)”
Jordyn had previously dubbed her kiss with Tristan as a drunken mistake.
She said: “I’m not thinking, ‘I shouldn’t be here’. That’s my first step where I went wrong. I should have gone home after the party. I shouldn’t even have been there. Never once was I giving him a lap dance, making out with him, sitting all over him. It’s just – we’re all together. We’re in a group. Never once did we leave the public area to go to a bedroom, a bathroom – we’re all in plain sight.
“It was a kiss on the lips, but no tongue kiss. No making out. I don’t think he’s wrong either because I allowed myself to be in that position. When alcohol is involved, people make dumb move … If I’d have told the truth from the beginning. I was there, I was drunk, this wouldn’t have happened … I have spoken a little bit with her [Khloe]. I let her know I’m willing to do whatever it is for her peace of mind. Not for my image. Not for my career.”
Khloe blamed Tristan for the cheating scandal – after previously blaming Jordyn.
She wrote at the time: “This has been an awful week & I know everyone is sick of hearing about it all (as am I). I’m a rollercoaster of emotions & have said things I shouldn’t have. Honestly, Tristan cheating on me & humiliating me, wasn’t such a shock as the first time.
 What’s been harder & more painful is being hurt by someone so close to me. Someone whom I love & treat like a little sister.
“But Jordyn is not to be blamed for the breakup of my family. This was Tristan’s fault. I have to move on with my life & count my blessings, my family, my health, & my beautiful baby True. (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Naomie Harris got bullied in school because she is an “oddball”.
The ‘Moonlight’ star has admitted she “retreated into a world of her own imagination” when a class bully turned everyone against her.
She said: “I think there was a lot of jealousy towards me. I have always been an oddball. I didn’t have many friends, and the class bully turned everyone against me, so I retreated into a world of my own imagination. In hindsight that was a blessing, because acting is all about escaping to an imaginary world.”
And the 42-year-old actress was always told no growing up but being bullied “fuelled her ambition” to make it as an actress.
She added to The Sunday Times’ Style magazine: “What I heard so much when I was growing up was, ‘You’ll never make it, you’re black, you’re a woman, it’s really hard out there, there’s so much racism in the industry, how are you going to overcome it?’ I just heard the word no. But being bullied fuelled my ambition and gave me an immense desire to prove something.”
Naomie previously revealed she enjoys a “challenge” in her career.
She said: “That’s the joy of it. I want to keep my career as varied as possible. I want to keep challenging myself, that is what keeps it exciting. What is advantageous [about my job] is that we’re in a time of flux, in which people are realising that old models of doing business aren’t working. Before you’d just create a blockbuster script, add the right names in the mix, get a fancy director, and ‘bob’s your uncle,’ we have a hit. It simply doesn’t work like that anymore.”

The ‘god is a woman’ hitmaker took to social media to share a sweet message to her 150 million followers as she told them not to “run themselves to the ground and exhaust themselves”.
In a video posted to her Instagram story, she said: “Hi everyone! I’m in L.A. I just finished my first 10 shows on tours and I’m rehearsing for Coachella and getting ready, but I just wanted to say hi and remind you guys to protect your peace and your energy and to not forget to take care of yourselves and protect your space, because we have a lot of work to do here and a lot of family and friends and love and important s**t to take care of. I just want to make sure you don’t run yourself to the ground and exhaust yourself. And remember to protect your energy and do things that are good for you. And that you are loved and not alone. You deserve the best there is, and I love you. I have a lot of f***ing followers and it’s weird, so if I can use that to spread any kind of positivity or light, I just wanted to send it your way. OHMYGOSSIP — Celine Dion had “no confidence” when she was younger.
The ‘My Heart Will Go On’ hitmaker didn’t “feel pretty” when she was growing up because she was “had problems with her teeth”.
She said: “I had no confidence when I was young. I didn’t feel pretty, I had problems with my teeth, I was very skinny and I was bullied at school. I never thought that, at this stage, I would be asked to be a face of a beauty brand. I don’t want to go back in time, because I feel better than ever. My teenage years and twenties were wonderful, but I never felt that in charge. Now I have an inner voice that’s helping me to raise my children. I’ve never felt as beautiful or as strong as I do now. You think I’m done? Honey, I’m just starting. I really think the best is yet to come.”
And the 51-year-old singer has confessed that she would “love” to make a few changes to her looks but she doesn’t want to do so much that her children wouldn’t recognise her.
She added to The Sunday Times’ Style magazine: “I would love to do some stuff. My lips are so thin, so I want lips that can carry red lipstick … But once you start with the lips, then the cheeks need to follow, oui, oui. But in all seriousness, if it brings you confidence and if you feel more beautiful, then I’m not against it.
“But if you start something, you have to be careful, as it can lead you to do more and more … I don’t like the idea of doing too much and then you look at a picture of your younger self or of your babies and they don’t look like you, their mother!”

The ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker was devastated when his ex-girlfriend passed away in November last year and he only wishes he could still go to her for advice.
Alongside a picture of the model, he wrote: “I know, I know, GET MY S**T TOGETHER! Message received. I miss your looks checking me (sic)”
Meanwhile, Diddy previously praised his late ex-girlfriend for doing a “great job” in raising their children and noted that their 12-year-old twin daughters D’Lila Star and Jessie James are just like her.

OHMYGOSSIP — Will Young started singing to express a “pain” inside him.
The ‘Leave Right Now’ hitmaker found music was an outlet for his pain and negative feelings, which he couldn’t get out through talking.
He told The Sunday Times’ Culture magazine: “I have a theory that that’s why people want to sing. Because they have a pain in them that they just need to express. And I’m sure that’s why I wanted to sing. It must be that – some yearning to express something that I couldn’t express by talking.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Evergreen’ hitmaker – who shot to fame after winning ITV singing competition ‘Pop Idol’ in 2002 – previously explained why he chose to take some time out to be an actor after his 2011 album ‘Echos’ because he gets “frustrated” with the fact he can’t play any other characters with his own music.
He said: “I think funnily enough the two things that changed or jettisoned my creativity was doing a film called ‘Mrs. Henderson’ and then doing ‘Cabaret’. They both came at the perfect time – I just needed to be reminded that I can play other roles and explore characters. In pop I get frustrated with the fact that it’s always me – I really love being me but I don’t find it as liberating as playing a character on stage, because then I can really do what I want. The songs in my pop career have been really liberating, that’s the storytelling, but ultimately I’m always me. OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Beckinsale had a “completely different priority” after the birth of her daughter Lily.
The ‘Underworld’ star welcomed her daughter into the world when she was 26, in the prime of her career, and whilst the arrival messed with her acting “plans”, she doesn’t regret it at all.
She told The Sunday Times’ Culture magazine: “I’ve never had a plan, which I think has been a poor idea, and I also got a bit blindsided by suddenly finding myself pregnant and having to be a mum … I didn’t put everything ‘on hold’, but there is a part of you that is completely preoccupied, rightly so, with trying to help develop another human being.
“I was really young when I had Lily. I was still in that phase where, left to my own devices, I would have been much more self-obsessed and actressy and narcissistic. You just have to stop that; you’ve got a completely different priority. But it made it impossible for me to plan, because every time she would change from a baby into something else, everything was different.”
Kate had previously admitted she feels torn between having more children and “getting annihilated”.
Asked whether she’d have another child, Kate said: “I definitely would, but then I think ‘Oh God, I annihilated my twenties and I suddenly get a taste of freedom and annihilate myself again?’ But I am open to seeing what happens.”
The 45-year-old actress previously opened up about her “intense” relationship with Lily.
She said: “I’m my mother’s only child and Lily is my only child. It’s an intense relationship to have, especially if you’re a single parent. Then it’s very important that the child has her own personality and her own life. That’s hard for the parent but it’s also important. On the other hand, I text my mother 18 times a day.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Solange Knowles has pulled out of Coachella Music Festival 2019.
The ‘Cranes In The Sky’ hitmaker will no longer perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival “due to major production delays”.
A tweet on the festival’s official Twitter account reads: “Due to major production delays, Solange will unfortunately no longer be performing at this year’s festival. She sends her sincerest apologies, and looks forward to performing at Coachella in the future.”
It is not known whether Coachella organisers will draft in another act to replace Solange’s slot or extend other artists’ set time to make up the gap.
The 32-year-old singer recently released her fourth studio album ‘When I Get Home’ and has previously opened up about the creative process behind it.
She said: “I’m comfortable in saying ‘Lets experiment, let’s try new things. You as the actress, you as the performer, what feels right for you?’ And to re-evaluate that. But I think ultimately the editing gives me the space to experiment. I think I just feel a lot of safety and comfortability in editing, both in producing and directing: getting as much as I can possibly get out and then reducing it to just the core things that matter …
“It is rather difficult as a producer, to sometimes be reduced to just a songwriter or just an artist, when you spent 18 hours editing one drum sound. And I think we’ve come a long way from that for women, but it’s still got a long way to go in the way that we’re able to have that conversation about Rick Rubin, but we aren’t extending that conversation to others … That’s my heart and soul. The fashion designer tied the knot with the former model turned candlemaker in front of friends in New York City on Saturday night (06.04.19).
Anna Wintour, Naomi Campbell, Gigi Hadid and her sister Bella, Bette Midler, and Kate Moss were all in attendance as well as Lil Kim, Rita Ora, Kaia Gerber and Emily Ratajkowski, who partied with the happy couple into the night at The Grill in Manhattan.
Meanwhile, Char previously confessed he wants to get married in the casual Mexican fast food chain, Chipotle.
He said: “Moving to New York, being from L.A., I’ve always loved Mexican food, it’s my favorite and it’s kind like a little piece of home even though it’s not authentic Mexican food. It’s consistent and tastes like Chipotle, no matter what Chipotle you go to. I know Marc really, really wants it at the Rainbow Room or the Boom Boom Room but I’d be happy getting married at Chipotle. I took him to Chipotle for the very first time, and every year for my birthday, we go to Chipotle. He always tries to take me somewhere fancier and we have fancy dinners all the time, but I want Chipotle. We went to Chipotle and first of all, I thought he got me a flash mob for my birthday and then he was down on one knee.”
And speaking before the wedding, wherever the couple end up tying the knot, they just want to have the people they love there and for everyone to have a good time.

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Saldana is “very proud” of Disney executives for rehiring James Gunn to direct ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’.
The 40-year-old actress – who plays Gamora in the films – is glad to see the 52-year-old filmmaker back at the helm of the upcoming movie after he was previously fired when a string of controversial old tweets resurfaced.
She told the New York Daily News: “I was very proud of Disney and all of the executives there. They’re sending a very strong message that, yes, accountability is important. It is a must. We’re not going to surrender that moving forward. But when the opportunity presents itself where it’s just the first step, redemption must be the second step.”
James was rehired last month and took to Twitter to share the news.
He wrote: “I am tremendously grateful to every person out there who has supported me over the past few months. I am always learning and will continue to work at being the best human being I can be. I deeply appreciate Disney’s decision and I am excited to continue making films that investigate the ties of love that bind us all. I have been, and continue to be incredibly humbled by your love and support. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Love to you all.”
When James was fired, the movie’s stars including Chris Pratt and Dave Bautista all called for him to be reinstated.
They said in a statement at the time: “We fully support James Gunn. We were all shocked by his abrupt firing last week and have intentionally waited these ten days to respond in order to think, pray, listen, and discuss. In that time, we’ve been encouraged by the outpouring of support from fans and members of the media who wish to see James reinstated as director of Volume 3 as well as discouraged by those so easily duped into believing the many outlandish conspiracy theories surrounding him.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West and Nicki Minaj could be collaborating soon.
The ‘I Love It’ hitmaker and the ‘Superbass’ rapper may be working together on new music after Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian West connected the duo via FaceTime.
In the most recent episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, which aired on Sunday evening (07.04.19), Kanye suggests the collaboration during a studio session with his producer. He said: “What do you all think about Nicki on ‘New Body’?”
When his producer replied to say he thinks it would be “dope”, Kanye replies: “Yeah, OK. Send it to her then … Wait a second. Kim, you want to send it to her? She asked you.”
With Kim adding: “She did ask me, ‘Can Kanye send me new music?'”
Kim then promptly got Nicki on FaceTime, with the rapper telling her the collaboration was “gonna be fire”.
Taking to Twitter following the episode being aired, Kim wrote: “Nicki really is the goat! @NICKIMINAJ We FaceTimed her and within an hour she had written the song and it’s soooo [hot].”
It is believed the track will also features Ty Dolla $ign and will appear on Kanye’s next studio album, Yandhi.
And Nicki isn’t the only female collaborator Kanye is looking to feature on his new album as he has also reportedly set his sights on Dua Lipa.
A source said recently: “Kanye is super impressed with Dua’s voice and he knows she’s really hot property in the industry right now. He met her at the church service he holds in LA every Sunday and is now keen to get her on board. She’s already teamed up with Calvin Harris and he saw how well that song did commercially.
“He’s got a few songs he thinks Dua would be perfect for and is really eager to get her on his next album Yandhi.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Carrie Underwood put her “multitasking” skills to the test by pumping breast milk whilst getting glammed up for the 2019 ACM Awards.
The 36-year-old star gave birth to her second son Jacob in January, and she gave fans an insight into what it’s like to balance motherhood with a successful music career by sharing a selfie of her preparing her little boy’s feed as she had her hair and make-up done backstage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday night (07.04.19).
Carrie – who also has four-year-old Isaiah with husband Mike Fisher – captioned the glam Instagram pic: “Getting ready for my performance…….also pumping. #Multitasking #ACMAwards #Southbound #LetsDoThis (sic)”
The singer – who was nominated for Female Artist of the Year, but lost out to Kacey Musgraves, and performed on the night – had also been up most of the night with her little one.
She told PEOPLE: “Last night the air was getting to him so we were up for a while, but that’s life with a two-and-a-half months-old.
“He’s great. He’s a sweetie.”
The ‘Before He Cheats’ singer also admitted that it’s easier to look after her baby boy than her eldest son, who is protective of his younger sibling.
Asked how life has changed since she welcomed her two children into the world, she replied: “It is harder, trying to entertain my 4-year-old and take care of the baby. But he’s such a great big brother and says it’s his baby. ‘Where’s my baby?!'”
Carrie was part of ‘This Is Us’ star Chrissy Metz’s live TV singing debut at the ceremony, which saw them perform ‘I’m Standing With You’ from her movie ‘Breakthrough’ along with Maddie & Tae, Lauren Alaina and Mickey Guyton.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brooke Vincent is expecting her first child.
The ‘Coronation Street’ star has confessed she is “beside herself with happiness” after she found out she and her partner Kean Bryan are to become parents.
She said: “I always worried it wouldn’t happen for me – I’m beside myself with happiness. … We’re both each other’s biggest fans and having a baby together will add an extra bond. Kean brings out the best in me and it makes me so excited that we’re on this journey together. I like to think I’m the boss of our relationship but Kean has a really wise head on his shoulders, so I know he’ll be a brilliant dad.”
And the 26-year-old actress wants to wait before finding out the gender of the baby, but she has decided who she wants at the birth of her little one.
She said: “We want the gender to be surprise, which has amazed all my friends because I’m usually so impatient. I think it’s a boy … I know I want Kean and my mum in the delivery room with me but that’s all I’ve decided.”
Brooke is excited to become a mum in her mid-20s as her mother also had her when she was young and she loves the “close relationship” they share.
She said: “My mum had me when she as 24 and we have a really close relationship so I’m hoping that will happen for me. If I’m half the mother my mum is then I’ll be happy.”
The brunette star would love to get married to Kean one day.
She told OK! magazine: “I’d love to get married, Kean and I speak about it, but we are concentrating on the baby for the foreseeable.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Elliott Wright and his wife Sadie had a “scary” experience whilst she was in labour with their baby son William.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star and his spouse welcomed their first child together into the world on January 14, and the couple have opened up about the terrifying moment when their newborn boy’s “heart slowed down”.
Elliott – who also has two children, Olivia, nine and Elliott Jr, 11, from a previous relationship – told the latest issue of OK! Magazine: “There was one scary moment.
“Our midwife noticed the baby’s heart had slowed down so she hit the red button and a crash team came running in.
“It was such a scary experience — I like to be in control but I had no idea what was going on so I panicked.”
The nurse “quickly realised” William – who they call Billy for short – was in the birth canal ready to come out.
Sadie continued: “Our midwife came running in and looked me over. She quickly realised the baby was in the birth canal and that’s why his heart had slowed right down.
“She immediately got rid of everyone and demand the room was calm and told me to start pushing.”
Elliott, 39, was “crying” throughout the labour along with Sadie’s mum.
He said: “Sadie’s mum and I were stood there crying. In fact, I was crying for most of labour. Even after he was born I was in tears.”
Sadie was induced “24 hours” after her waters had broken following a meal out, as she didn’t have “natural” contractions, which wasn’t how she imagined it would be like at all.
She recalled: “I thought the moment my waters broke would be like you see in the movies, but it wasn’t at all.
“I was out for dinner and when I got home I realised they’d broken while I was out.
“I rang the midwife who told me to come in, but when I got to the hospital my contractions weren’t starting naturally so they sent me home for 24 hours.
“Unfortunately the contractions didn’t start naturally so I had to be induced. I was induced at 8.30am but I wasn’t in active labour until 2pm.”
However, the birth itself was “over quite quickly” surprisingly
She concluded: “Billy was born at 5:50pm so once it started it was over quite quickly. Even the midwife was surprised by how quickly things progressed.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has teased “pretty wild” filming locations for ‘Jumanji 3’.
The 46-year-old actor is reprising his role as Dr. Smolder Bravestone in the third film in the iconic franchise after making his debut in 2017’s ‘Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’.
The wrestler-turned-actor was recently in Atlanta filming and revealed that there is a long way to go yet, as they have to shoot scenes in “hot jungles”, “icy snow capped mountains” and “blistering desert dunes” yet.
Alongside a behind-the-scenes snap from set posted on Instagram, Johnson wrote: “out from Dr. Smolder Bravestone of JUMANJI.
That’s a wrap on our Atlanta portion of production.

He wrote on Instagram: “Guess who’s back… Let’s go people! The #Jumanji sequel is on the way and I couldn’t be more excited to bring Alex back to the big screen (sic)”
Nick will be in good company as Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan are also heading back into Jumanji for the sequel, as is director Jake Kasdan.
Plus the teen cast, Ser’Darius Blain, Madison Iseman, Morgan Turner, and Alex Wolff – who all appeared at the beginning and end of the film as children who were transformed into adult avatars – will also reprise their roles.
The original 1981 book and 1995 movie of the same name both told the story of a magical board game in which wild jungle animals came into the real world.
But the 2017 reboot updated the concept by making the game into a video game in which four teens transported into its world, where the kids changed into grown-up avatars.
Movie legends Danny Glover and Danny DeVito have also signed up to the forthcoming film.
Johnson previously admitted he cannot wait to team up with ‘Twins’ actor DeVito on the project.
He said: “The magic of ‘Jumanji’ is who becomes who. And the idea of Danny DeVito joining our cast was too irresistible and something we knew we wanted to deliver to our audience this upcoming Christmas.”
