Danny Dyer ‘is open to having more kids’

OHMYGOSSIP — Danny Dyer hasn’t ruled out having more kids.
The 41 year-old actor – who already has daughters Dani, 22, and Sunnie, 11, as well as five-year-old son Arty with his wife Joanne Mas – is apparently open to the possibility of having even more children, according to Dani.
She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “You never know. My mum loves babies, and they are still young enough.
“My mum is fit. She is in great shape. They never fail to surprise me.”
Despite this, Dani hates it when her parents are overly-affectionate with each other.
However, Danny and Joanne tell their daughter that they were forced to watch something similar when she starred in ‘Love Island’ alongside Jack Fincham earlier this year.
She shared: “They go all cringy with each other and say to me, ‘Well, we had to watch you two kissing on ‘Love Island” so they think it’s OK to keep kissing each other in front of me now. Jack and me laugh.”
Earlier this month, meanwhile, Danny joked that his eldest daughter was conceived in just two minutes.
The actor – who plays Mick Carter in ‘EastEnders’ – quipped: “Who loves Dani Dyer? It’s incredible to think that me and my wife we made her and the thing is it only took two minutes! Nah, quarter of an hour.”
However, Danny also revealed how proud he and his wife are of the ‘Love Island’ star.
He said: “She is an incredible human being … and I’m very f***ing proud of her.”

Linda Robson tests herself for dementia ‘all the time’

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Robson gets tested for dementia “all the time”.
The 60-year-old actress has revealed she undergoes regular tests for the disease because she’s terrified of getting dementia like her beloved mother Rita.
The ‘Loose Women’ star – who watched her mother battle the disease for years before her death in 2012 – told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: “I test myself all the time to check I’m not getting it.
“I try to remember numbers, things like that. It was awful seeing the woman I worshiped deteriorate.”
Linda is currently working with the Alzheimer’s Society to help raise money to pay for research into the disease.
The ‘Birds of a Feather’ star is also a big supporter of Marie Curie, which helped nurse her mother in a hospice in the months before she died.
She shared: “They made my mum’s last months and moments the best they possibly could.
“I can never thank them enough for the way they looked after my mum.”
Linda also insisted that the general perception of hospices as “depressing” places is inaccurate.
She continued: “Her death wasn’t unexpected but it was still a shock.
“People think hospices are depressing places but they aren’t – we took so much comfort knowing there was someone looking after Mum round the clock.
“Every person who walked through the door was cared for – not just the patients, but the families too.”

Ferne Cotton’s super screwdriver skills

OHMYGOSSIP — Ferne Cotton is “good with a screwdriver”.
The 37-year-old presenter – who has Rex, five, and Honey, three, with husband Jesse Wood – admitted she does more of the DIY in her home than her spouse because he is too “laid back” to get things done and she also wants to set a good example to her kids.
She said: “I’ll always say, ‘Mummy’s very strong’ when I’m [moving furniture]. Subliminal messaging! I don’t want them to go, ‘Daddy’s the strong one and Mummy’s the baking one.’ I love to bake but I want them to know that I have also built the majority of the flatpack furniture in our house. I’m good with a screwdriver. My husband would do it but he’s very laid-back so it would happen in about 2020. I get these things done.”
But Ferne and Jesse feel conflicted because they are also teaching their son to be chivalrous and open doors for women.
She said: “This might go against feminism – I’m not sure these days – but I really don’t want chivalry to go. We can’t let it go. I’ve had men walk through swing doors and they’ve smashed me in the face. Please don’t do that!”
The ‘Celebrity Juice’ star thinks the younger generations are much more understanding of self-acceptance and gender.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, she said: “I wear quite blokey, loose clothes because that’s the silhouette I prefer. But this idea of having to be feminine or masculine – the younger generation know what they’re doing more than we do. There’s a transgender kid at my stepkids’ school and nobody thinks anything of it other than that is who they are. That generation is way more savvy than we are.”

Amandla Stenberg: On screen diversity is crucial

OHMYGOSSIP — Amandla Stenberg thinks on screen diversity is “paramount to equity”.
The ‘Hate U Give’ star believes it is crucial for movies to feature stories about people from all different backgrounds as it is “one step towards humanising them in your own life”.
She told Vogue magazine: “I think on screen diversity is paramount to equity, because entertainment and media is such a large part of what shapes how we look at the world. If you are able to have empathy instilled in you for other people who walk different paths in life and have different experiences than you by seeing a movie, I think that is one step towards humanising them in your own life.”
Meanwhile, the 21-year-old actress previously confessed she feels a “responsibility” to only take on roles that serve a purpose so she can be a positive role model.
She said: “I feel a responsibility., but these are also the only sorts of roles I’m interested in. It’s probably something my mom instilled in me. When I was younger, the only roles I would have received would be like, ‘Daughter of a drug user’ or ‘overly sexuallised young black girl’. But she always said, ‘No, we don’t have to touch the roles you don’t want to play. I don’t really have interest in stereotypes of myself. Or putting myself in a light that robs me of the ability to do more activism … I think it should be everyone’s moral responsibility and not necessarily postulate it as really radical, because it’s what we should all be doing. I have friends who exist within marginalised intersections of identity who have no interest in speaking out. Because they just want the ability to exist. And in many ways, I think that’s enough.”

Robyn likes contrast with being a celebrity and songwriter

OHMYGOSSIP — Robyn thinks being a famous musician provides a “really exciting” contrast.
The ‘Dancing On My Own’ hitmaker has bared her soul on her emotional new single ‘Missing U’ – which deals with both a breakup and the death of a close friend – and she finds it special to be able to put those feelings out there.
She explained to NME: “There’s something really interesting about the intensity of being a celebrity or whatever, someone that people know.
“There’s something really exciting about the contrast in between that and the super intimate relationship you have through the music with your fans, or the artists that you love…
“It leaves a lot of space to talk about things in a way that doesn’t become private. It becomes personal, which is nice – it doesn’t become private or weird. I always really enjoy that, and you know what? I think it’s almost a challenge for me.”
Robyn recently released her new album ‘Honey’ – her first in eight years – and the 39-year-old star admitted the title track was a vital piece of the puzzle.
She added: “‘Honey’ was such an important part of the album, for me, because it was the song that helped me discover self-care.
“Love, and that sensual quality I felt throughout the whole album was so important.
I’ve been obsessed with this word for a long time, it’s such a weird substance, it’s both disgusting and amazing at the same time. “That’s what self-love is, it’s not all good; it’s self-indulgent and also requires you to be deep and look at things that aren’t so comfortable.”

Cara Delevingne: I feel inspired by other women

OHMYGOSSIP — Cara Delevingne feels inspired by other women.
The 26-year-old actress has revealed she takes inspiration from women who are from different walks of life and she’s delighted that the collective female voice is becoming increasingly prominent in society.
Cara said: “Generally, women inspire me no matter what. The more you get to know every women, their story, strength and inspiration.
“Now more and more women are finding a voice to stand up for what they believe in – the more vulnerability that is spoken about, the better.”
The ‘Suicide Squad’ star has admitted that in spite of her outgoing nature, she’s actually “super insecure”.
Cara has therefore urged people not to judge others based on their outward appearance.
The British actress – who first found fame as a model – told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “For me, confidence is a daily thing. It’s not about being a confident person or an insecure person – I’m quite extrovert but I’m super insecure.
“People deal with insecurity and shyness differently. So don’t ever judge anyone for the way they are, because it doesn’t necessarily match how they are inside.”
Cara also thinks social media has created even more pressure for young people.
She said: “It’s definitely given kids a lot more in terms of connection but those things come with massive amounts of danger.
“I think kids now are a lot quicker to grow up and have a lot more to deal with. The pressure is really hard.
“I think while everyone’s adapting to it, it’s about listening to each other, understanding how sensitive people are and knowing what’s acceptable.”

Rita Ora felt insecure at the start of her career

OHMYGOSSIP — Rita Ora had “an insecure moment” at the start of her music career.
The 27-year-old singer is now established as one of the world’s best-known pop stars, but Rita has admitted to feeling uncertain of herself around the time she released her debut album in 2012.
She shared: “I had a bit of an insecure moment when I was starting out and I felt like I couldn’t be myself, and that has now put a burden on me for the future, because if I was myself then I probably would have been different now. But I’m very grateful for the experience that I had.”
Rita admitted that some up-and-coming stars feel a pressure to make an immediate impression on people within the music industry.
But the chart-topping singer – who has also starred in the ‘Fifty Shades’ movie franchise – has insisted that making a good first impression isn’t actually as important as people seem to believe.
She told Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “First impressions for me are not as important as other people may think they are.
“I like to meet someone and give them time to warm up. Sometimes it’s hard in our industry when you have a one-second window to meet someone and leave an impression.”
Rita also revealed how she uses fashion and make-up as a form of self-expression.
The fashion-conscious star said: “I use fashion and make-up as something to express myself with, but also something to hide with. That’s what makes it interesting for me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelly Rowland insists she’s “proud to be chocolate” amid accusations she’s bleached her skin.
The 37-year-old singer has defended herself in an Instagram Story video after some of her followers noted that Kelly’s skin appeared to be lighter in some of the photos she recently posted on the website.
Kelly explained in a now-deleted video: “So I just landed in LA and I saw that a lot of people are like, ‘Oh my god, she bleaches her skin!’
“Now, I never answer questions like this, because I think it’s so stupid or even say anything about comments about this … I am not the one to bleach my skin, nor do I want to bleach my skin, nor do I have to bleach my skin.
“I don’t even think that, it’s not for me. So, don’t go saying stupid stuff like that.”
Kelly – who first found fame as part of Destiny’s Child – insisted she’s proud to be who she is and that she doesn’t have any ambition to change.
She said in the video: “Dude, I am still chocolate. Forever chocolate. Proud to be chocolate.”
Meanwhile, Kelly previously revealed that her three-year-old son Titan has helped her to feel more confident.
The ‘Kisses Down Low’ hitmaker – who has been married to Tim Witherspoon since 2014 – feels blessed that her son came into her life just at the right time.
She said: “My son makes me feel confident. He’s just amazing. I’m like, ‘I did that right.’
“He came at the most interesting time of my life and I had no choice but to be strong. I want him to be better than me, it’s just that simple. So I always like to make sure I’m doing right by him.”

Iggy Azalea: I want to become my own boss

OHMYGOSSIP — Iggy Azalea wants to become her “own boss”.
The Australian rapper has claimed in a series of now-deleted tweets that she’d love to breakaway from her record label and take full ownership of her career.
Iggy – who is currently attached to Island Records – wrote on the micro-blogging platform: “I love Island, but don’t want a label. There are conversations happening at the moment. I want to be my own boss. I feel I would be better off if I could make my own timeline etc choices and I have the funds to do it. (sic)”
The 28-year-old star admitted she didn’t know whether her ambition would come to fruition and also insisted she doesn’t have any major qualms with her label.
She wrote: “It’s just a conversation I don’t know if I will be able to actually make it happen or not. I would still be happy with Island they are good people too… just feel it would be better for me as a business to have the control when im confident I can run it well alone. (sic)”
However, Iggy subsequently hinted at performing a U-turn on her plan.
She tweeted: “Just be prepared for lots of thinking aloud and ignore everything I say cause I change my mind every 48hours. (sic)”
Iggy is well-known for giving her followers a behind-the-scenes insight into her life through social media.
But the blonde beauty recently admitted that some aspects of being so candid can be “unfortunate”.
She said: “Twitter is unfortunate, social media is unfortunate because it freezes that in time for us.
“In some ways, that’s good. You can look back and self-reflect and say, ‘Geez, I’ve come a long way, that’s good.’ The silver lining is that you can look at that and be like, ‘Never again.’
“But I don’t really sit around thinking, ‘If only I could delete that one thing.’ You know, you’ve gotta move forward and have personal growth. I don’t really think much about that.”

Caroline Flack set to partner Neil Jones on Strictly Come Dancing

OHMYGOSSIP — Caroline Flack is reportedly set to become Neil Jones’ first-ever celebrity partner on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The ‘Love Island’ host – who won the BBC show in 2014 – is poised to return to the dance floor for the programme’s Christmas special, which will see her team up with Neil, the husband of fellow ‘Strictly’ star Katya Jones.
A source explained: “Caroline jumped at the chance. She expected to be paired up with pro dancer Pasha Kovalev again, but ‘Strictly’ bosses were inundated with requests for Neil to finally get a celebrity dance partner.”
Neil, 35, has come under the spotlight in recent weeks after his wife was spotted kissing her celebrity partner Seann Walsh following a night out in London.
The decision to pair Neil with Caroline is how the BBC has chosen to show its support for the professional dancer, according to the source.
The insider told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “It’s their way of showing Neil they support him and are grateful for the dignified way he handled the situation with Seann and Katya.
“Neil hopes this is the next step to being paired up with a celeb next year on the main series of the show.”
Meanwhile, Katya previously insisted that in spite of her kiss with Seann, she and her husband remain “very happy” together.
She wrote on Twitter: “I’m so sorry about any offence or hurt I have caused with my actions.
“I wasn’t thinking and it was a one off mistake after some drinks.
“I love my husband and we are very happy together, this is not a reflection on our relationship. (sic)”

Jamie Lee Curtis: I’m taking a ‘break’ for my 60th birthday

OHMYGOSSIP — Jamie Lee Curtis will celebrate her 60th birthday with a “very needed break”.
The ‘Halloween’ actress reaches the milestone age on November 22, but has said she isn’t planning on making a big deal out of the special day, as she’s determined to “turn off” her social media accounts and celebrate “quietly”.
Asked how she plans on ringing in her 60th birthday, she said: “I will do it so quietly you won’t even notice it. I will be turning off all of my social media. I’m going to take a very needed break.”
Jamie’s birthday falls on the same day as the American holiday of Thanksgiving this year, and so the star will be celebrating with her family – including children Annie, 31, and Thomas, 22, whom she has with husband Christopher Guest – and giving thanks to her mother for “bringing her here”.
Speaking to Notebook magazine, she said: “I will be with my family. My birthday falls on Thanksgiving. In America it’s a fairly big holiday, and it’s not ironic to me at all that the greatest day of thanks in our culture is going to be on the 60th anniversary of my birth. I will be giving thanks to my mother for bringing me here and my father for the small part he had in it. You know, it was a moment! And thanks to my husband and children and family and friends who will be with me. And the movies won’t factor. Well, I’ll give thanks for my work, but really it will just be me being thankful to be alive.”
Meanwhile, despite being comfortable with getting older, Jamie recently revealed she will no longer look in mirrors because she doesn’t like to be “confronted” with how her body has changed over the years.
She said: “I don’t look in the mirror. I am not going to look the same as I used to, and I don’t want to be confronted every day.
“When I get out of the shower, I have a choice: I can dry myself off looking in the mirror, or I can dry off with my back to it. I turn my back to the mirror, and I feel great.”

Abbey Clancy has ‘no room’ for more kids

OHMYGOSSIP — Abbey Clancy has “no more room” for more children.
The 32-year-old model already has three kids – daughters Sophia, seven, and Liberty, three, and son Johnny, nine months – with her husband Peter Crouch, and has said she can’t see herself expanding their brood any further, as their house is already full.
Asked if she’d be having a fourth child, she said: “No! I’m done. I would love to have more, but I’ve got three healthy children, two cats, two dogs, and a husband in my house. There’s no more room at the inn.”
Despite not wanting to overload herself with more kids, Abbey is already working hard to juggle her home life with her career, and says the key to keeping things balanced is to make sure you “make some time for yourself”.
Giving advice to other busy mothers, Abbey said: “It’s important to make some time for yourself and listen to your body. I find Pilates gives me energy and strength when I’m looking after the kids. Don’t feel guilty about going on a date night. Do what you feel is right and don’t compare yourself to other families.”
The blonde beauty is currently launching her brand new collection with women’s clothing brand Lipsy, but says her next step is to just keep having “lovely experiences” with her family.
When asked by TV Life magazine what’s next for her, she said: “More of the same, just to continue being happy and healthy and doing the things I love. I want to have more lovely experiences with my family. You can’t wish for more than that, as cheesy as it sounds.”

Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell wants his son to go solo

OHMYGOSSIP — Backstreet Boys’ Brian Littrell would tell his son to go solo.
The 43-year-old singer’s son Baylee – whom he has with wife Leighanne Wallace – has appeared on Broadway in musical ‘Disaster!’, but his father doesn’t think he should follow his boyband footsteps.
Appearing on ITV’s ‘Loose Women’, Brian joked: “I told my son to go solo! I’m just saying, my son’s name is Baylee, he’s going to turn 16 in November, and he was already on Broadway in New York!
“So he’s got it in his blood, but I would encourage him to go solo, just saying.”
Brian and the rest of the group – completed by AJ McLean, Howie Dorough, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson – have all settled down and raised families since first bursting onto the scene with their self titled debut album in 1996.
Explaining why they’ve been gone so long – their last album ‘In A World Like This’ came out in 2013 – Kevin said: “We’re busy at home with our families, our kids, and also we have a Las Vegas residency that we’ve been doing as well. And making an album!”
It means now that the group move at a different pace, and make sure that they all get time to be with their families.
AJ added: “You have to plan accordingly. We all try to be respectful of each other, our private time.
“We try to map tours around solo endeavors, birthdays, our kids’ birthday, or if we just need a nice little break.”
He also explained that the key to their longevity and continued success is “communication”.
He said: “We just have a really good sense of communication. We all try to have each other’s back, as well as we have really, really amazing wives that keep us grounded back home.”

Busted back to their roots for new album

OHMYGOSSIP — Busted will go back to the band’s roots for new album ‘Half Way There’.
The ‘Year 3000′ hitmakers – made up of Charlie Simpson, Matt Willis and James Bourne – announced on Friday (26.10.18) that they will be bringing out their fourth LP in February next year, and James’ brother Chris has given fans a hit of what to expect.
He wrote on Facebook after big reveal: “Stoked is an understatement !!!!!! Thanks @busted for channelling the OG vibes on this one (sic)”
The trio confirmed the follow-up to 2016’s ‘Night Rider’ this week along with details of a UK tour, and it comes after Matt revealed it
won’t go in the same direction as their more mature and serious third studio LP.
Speaking just before the official announcement, he told Digital Spy: “I don’t really know what I’m allowed to say. I’m really bad at this.
“We made an album that we love. We got to the studio and thought what a Busted album would sound like if it was made now, then we made it.
“It’s got really fun songs that make us smile and we really hope our fans enjoy it for what it is. I don’t know if it fits in to todays requirement, I don’t really care. We made something we love and we hope our fanbase will love.”
Following the announcement, James added: “If I was a Busted fan, I’d listen to this record and feel like I got my band back.”
The tour in March 2019 will take the boys on a run of dates with shows in Glasgow, Cardiff, Manchester, Birmingham and London.
