Nadia Essex taking legal action against Eden Blackman

OHMYGOSSIP — Nadia Essex is suing Eden Blackman.
The former ‘Celebs Go Dating’ star – who was sacked from the programme for allegedly targeting her former co-star with cruel anonymous Twitter messages – claims she will face her nemesis in court next year over a string of allegations.
She told new! magazine: “It’ll be next year. I’m suing for harassment, sex discrimination and victimisation.”
And the 36-year-old star – who took herself to hospital after experiencing suicidal thoughts in the wake of the scandal – suggested Eden had had an affair with reality TV beauty Stephanie Pratt and vowed to tell all in court.
Asked if she thought they were more than friends, she said: “I think so. And when we go to court, we’re going to stand there under oath and tell the truth of what happened.
“It’s all going to come out under oath in court and then we’ll see who’s telling the truth.”
But Nadia denied ever sending “trolling tweets”, though she admitted she had done some wrong things.
She said: “I didn’t send any trolling tweets.
“I didn’t run around Twitter attacking random people and calling them a **** for no reason.
“I wasn’t allowed to address his behaviour and I was getting abuse daily from people…
“I absolutely take responsibility for what I said – two wrongs don’t make a right.
“I’ve taken responsibility for my mistakes and paid the highest price one could possibly pay and now it’s a case of moving on with my life.”
Nadia has accused Eden of making “constant digs” at her and refusing to sit in the same room as her, and she believes he acted the way he did towards her because he was jealous.
She explained: “Series one we were cool, everything changed the week the show came on telly. All of a sudden he stopped returning my calls and wouldn’t return my messages.
“Straightaway I had my suspicions of why. Ultimately, he was mute in series one…
“He assumed he would be the lead presenter. I don’t think he was very good at the job. I was good at the job and therefore got more camera time, which wasn’t my choice, that’s the edit.
“But I feel that he blamed me and resented me for that.”

Denise Welch proud of Matty Healy’s honesty

OHMYGOSSIP — Denise Welch was “extremely proud” when Matty Healy confided in her about his heroin addiction.
The 60-year-old actress was visiting her son – the eldest of her two children with first husband Tim Healy – while his band The 1975 were touring in America last year, and she felt “touched” when he told her about his struggles and plans to go into rehab.
She said: “Last year he realised he was in trouble and I wasn’t seeing a great deal of him because he was on a world tour. Although success for The 1975 has been wonderful, its been hard for me because I felt I’ve lost my son.
“I went to Los Angeles to visit him and he told me last year he was gonig to take himself to rehab and he needed help with addiction.
“It was hard but I was thrilled and touched he told me, I was extremely proud he told me.”
Though the 29-year-old rocker has publicly apologised to his mother for his addiction and told the ‘Loose Women’ star not to blame herself, she admitted she can’t help but feel responsible because her own wild past gave Matty a very different upbringing to the one her other son, 17-year-old Louis, has had with her and her second husband Lincoln Townley.
Speaking on ‘Loose Women’, she said: “Because I’ve had issues over the years, even though I didn’t talk about them much, my life was spiralling out of control.
“Louis has pretty much grown up in a sober household but I do have shame and guilt with regards to some of the things Matt had to see.
“I wasn’t staggering round the house with a vodka bottle, but if I could redo parts of his childhood, I would do that…”
However, Denise admits there are some positive aspects to the upbringing she and Tim gave Matty.
She added: “I have a tendency to feel a lot of guilt. If his upbringing hadn’t been a little rock and roll, he wouldn’t be in the 1975.
“If he’d been the product of a life with Lincoln and I, he wouldn’t have been in the band because were in bed with a crumpet and the TV by half 9.”
The former ‘Coronation Street’ star is now looking forward to being reunited with her “wonderful” son later this week.
She said: “I’m incredibly proud, he’s completely clean, he’s a wonderful young man, wonderful son and wonderful brother and he’s coming back from LA this week and I cant wait to see him.”

Paddy Considine’s Aperger’s diagnosis was ‘incredibly helpful’

OHMYGOSSIP — Paddy Considine says his Asperger’s diagnosis was a positive life-changer.
The 45-year-old actor was told he had the developmental disorder in his mid-30s, and he found the diagnosis “incredibly helpful” because he could start to understand and identify his behaviour.
The ‘Informer’ star said: “The period before I got my diagnosis during my mid-30s was the lowest of my life.
“I was having social problems and they were getting worse. I was finding small, day-to-day interactions very difficult.
“I can find walking the kids to school and saying good morning to people harder than standing on stage in front of 1,000 people on Broadway.
“The diagnosis was, for me, incredibly helpful. It meant I could identify it. I could call it something.”
While Paddy suffers from social problems, he has long had an interest in drama and has been unintentionally impersonating people since a young age as a “defence mechanism”.
The ‘Bourne Ultimatum’ star said: “I always imitated people from a young age.
“Not just little impressions – I’d subconsciously imitate them for months, sometimes years.
“As a kid, I’d be Rick from ‘The Young Ones’ constantly; at college, I was Alan Partridge. But I didn’t even know I was doing it.
“I think it’s a defence mechanism.”
The ‘Death of Stalin’ actor always felt “different” from his family, and he wanted to make something of himself so people wouldn’t automatically assume he was a “menace” because of his surname.
Speaking to The Times Magazine, he added: “People would still react to me like I was some sort of menace because I was a Considine.
“It wasn’t like I wanted to act because I loved drama – I just wanted to be seen as something other than the kid off the estate, I wanted to be seen in a different light.”

Tiffany Haddish’s joy at working with hero Whoopi Goldberg

OHMYGOSSIP — Tiffany Haddish admits it is a dream come true to work with Whoopi Goldberg – because the Hollywood funnywoman is the person who inspired her own career.
Whoopi, 62, plays the mother of Tiffany’s character in upcoming comedy ‘Nobody’s Fool’ – which has been written and directed by Tyler Perry.
Tiffany, 38, admits that every day on set with the Hollywood icon was a joy because it was after watching Whoopi in 1986 spy comedy ‘Jumpin’ Jack Flash’ that made her want to become a comedian and actress.
Appearing on Whoopi’s talk show ‘The View’, she said: “She did ‘Jumpin’ Jack Flash’, that’s the movie that I fell in love with you in.
“When I saw you do that movie I said, ‘I want her to be my mama, I wanna learn from her, I want her to tell me what’s right and what’s wrong.’ I would pray on it all the time, like, ‘One day I’ma work with her, one day we gonna be friends, one day we gonna know each other,’ and then, like, God answered my dreams.”
Getting slightly emotional, Tiffany added: “I’m about to cry … but it’s such a honour. I wanna do more movies with you.”
The ‘Night School’ star hopes that she will go on to emulate Whoopi’s incredible career and also become a member of the EGOT club – which is the name given to artists who win an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony Award.
Discussing the impact Whoopi has had on her career, she said: “She supported me for a long time and I didn’t even know it. I’m gonna get an EGOT too one day! You never can have too many mothers, you never can have too many elders to guide you and give you nurturing, and provide you with the help that you need to be a successful woman. I didn’t do this by myself – I had mentors and I had people giving me advice and I listened. I think it’s important to have a support system.”
Tiffany has already won a prize in her first step to achieving EGOT status as won an Emmy in September for Outstanding Guest Actress In A Comedy Series for hosting ‘Saturday Night Live’.

Olly Murs’ new album ‘could be his last’

OHMYGOSSIP — Olly Murs’ new album “could be his last” if his fans lose interest in him.
The 34-year-old singer has revealed he will “give it a break” and step away from the music business if his new album ‘You Know I Know’ isn’t a chart hit.
In an interview with the Metro newspaper, he said: “I will continue until people get bored of me if it ends it ends. I am under no illusion that this album could be my last, I say that every album, you never know … If this album only goes to ten then I know it’s time to give it a break.”
Olly – who shot to fame on ‘The X Factor’ in 2009 – believes that fans can tell whether an artist is excited about creating a new album and if they are “not really bothered” as it comes across in the music.
He said: “If you are doing an album and you are not really bothered I think people can feel that. If you are bothered and excited like, ‘Yeah I am f***ing pumped!’ Then your fans feel that buzz.”
The ‘Trouble’ hitmaker has been open about his desire to settle down and have children, and when he eventually becomes a father, wants to spend as much time at home as possible.
He said: “When I have a family and kids, the last thing I want to be doing is working ridiculous stupid hours.
“So there might be a point of slowing down and having a regular job that’s Monday to Friday or whatever job I can get…if I can get a job where I can be at home a lot more to be with my kids and do school runs.”

Childish Gambino’s injury causes cancelled concerts

OHMYGOSSIP — Childish Gambino has rescheduled a series of upcoming shows due to a foot injury.
The 35-year-old rapper-and-singer – whose real name is Donald Glover – was forced to cancel the final few dates of his ‘This Is America’ tour in the US following an injury he incurred while on stage in Dallas last month, and, unfortunately for fans, he has announced he is cancelling a string of planned live performances in Europe and Australia as he recovers.
The ‘Redbone’ rapper apologised to fans and insisted he needed more time to recover as he is unable to put on “100 per cent shows”.
In a statement, he said: “I’m not ready to put on 100 per cent shows. apologies to the fans. I will be back soon.”
The producer of the tour continued: “[Donald is] not confident of being able to perform at his full capacity and deliver the shows he had been planning.”
The ‘3005’ hitmaker has rescheduled his show at London’s O2 Arena on November 4 for March 24, 2019 and tickets will remain valid for this date while those who can’t attend the new date will be given a full refund.
An official at the Dallas venue had told TMZ that the singer had broken his foot, and a concert-goer claimed he was attempting a dance move when he hurt himself further.
Audience members were said to be confused about whether he was returning for an encore, because he didn’t play fan favourites ‘Redbone’ and ‘3005’ before exiting the stage.
It has also been claimed he may have aggravated a pre-existing injury after Donald is said to have arrived for a performance in Vegas at the iHeartRadio Music Festival last Friday (21.09.18) in a wheelchair and leg brace.
Earlier this month, Donald told fans at his Atlanta concert this would be his last ever tour.

Lena Dunham six months sober

OHMYGOSSIP — Lena Dunham has been sober for six months after “misusing” anti-anxiety medication for three years.
The 32-year-old actress began taking Klonopin when she was unable to participate in daily activities and her anxiety was hindering her work, and she found the drug made her feel “like the person [she] was supposed to be”.
Speaking to Dax Shepard on his podcast ‘Armchair Expert’, she said: “If I look back, there were a solid three years where I was, to put it lightly, misusing benzos, even though it was all quote unquote doctor prescribed…
“I’ve been sober for six months. My particular passion was Klonopin.
“I was having crazy anxiety and having to show up for things that I didn’t feel equipped to show up for.
“But I know I need to do it, and when I take a Klonopin, I can do it.
“[It made me] feel like the person I was supposed to be.
“It was like suddenly I felt like the part of me that I knew was there was freed up to do her thing.”
The ‘Girls’ creator found her use of the drug began to increase.
She said: “It stopped being ‘I take one when I fly,’ to ‘I take one when I’m awake.’
“I didn’t have any trouble getting a doctor to tell me, ‘No you have serious anxiety issues, you should be taking this. This is how you should be existing.’ ”
Lena increased her dosage after being diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and felt like she was a “living panic attack”.
She said: “I was diagnosed with pretty serious PTSD. I have a few sexual traumas in my past and then I had all these surgeries and then I had my hysterectomy after a period of really extreme pain.
“It stopped feeling like I had panic attacks and it started feeling like I was a living panic attack. The only thing that was notable was the parts of the day where I didn’t feel like I was going to barf and faint.”
Though the ‘Camping’ producer had had her “fair share of opioid experiences”, she didn’t realise how hard it would be to quit the drug.
She said: “Nobody I know who are prescribed these medications is told, ‘By the way, when you try and get off this, it’s going to be like the most hellacious acid trip you’ve ever had where you’re f***ing clutching the walls and the hair is blowing off your head and you can’t believe you found yourself in this situation.’
“Now the literal smell of the inside of pill bottles makes me want to throw up.
“I still feel like my brain is recalibrating itself to experience anxiety. I just feel literally on my knees grateful every day.”

Ariana Grande feels ‘guilty for having anxiety’

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande feels “guilty about her anxiety”.
The ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ hitmaker feels she is the “luckiest, most blessed girl in the world” so is amazed by how “powerful” her feelings can be and they often take her by surprise when panic hits after “weeks” of feeling fine.
Speaking on her upcoming BBC Music special, Ariana said: “I almost feel guilty that I have it [anxiety] because it’s just in your head and it’s just so crazy how powerful it is.
“You have ups and downs and sometimes you’ll go weeks at a time where you will be crushing it and there will be no anxiety…and then something will happen that can trigger it and then you have a couple of down days, you know.”
But the ‘Sweetener’ singer – who split from fiance Pete Davidson earlier this month – is thankful she has a strong support network in place to help her through the bad times.
She said: “The most important thing is to remember that… everybody has this. Talk to your love ones, reach out to people, especially your friends online. Reach out to each other.”
Ariana doesn’t think being a role model to others means she has to be “perfect” because that wouldn’t be a genuine reflection of who she is.
She said: “If I’m going to be a role model the last thing I should be is perfect, because that’s not realistic.
“That’s not a realistic goal for anybody to have. So, I think so long as I am honest and genuine and share with my fans my truest self then that’s the best I can do, because that’s allowing them to do the same thing.”
Ariana has endured a number of struggles in recent times, including a terrorist attack hitting her concert in Manchester in May 2017 and mourning her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, who passed away last month.

EastEnders’ Tameka Empson hints at Richard Blackwood return

OHMYGOSSIP — Tameka Empson has hinted Richard Blackwood could return to ‘EastEnders’ at Christmas.
The 41-year-old actress’ alter-ego Kim Fox-Hubbard has been without her husband Vincent Hubbard since April when he was last seen trapped in a car with one of evil Aidan Maguire’s (Patrick Bergin) cronies pointing a gun at him.
But Tameka has revealed a number of questions will be answered about Vincent’s disappearance by the festive period.
She said: “Where is he? I don’t know. There are lots of answers that will come about come Christmas.”
Tameka added fuel to the fire by admitting pregnant Kim may not necessarily be a single mother when her little one arrives, which could also mean a new love interest is on the cards.
She said: “Kim is pregnant so obviously the time is coming up where she’s going to have the baby. That all happens and then you see how she copes with being a single mother – or not.”
The Walford motormouth gave birth in the Queen Vic toilets during the soap’s live 30th anniversary episode in 2015, and while Tameka will not have to act out such dramatic scenes live this time around, she admitted Kim’s upcoming birth location is “very interesting”.
Speaking on ‘Sunday Brunch’, Tameka added: “This time it’s going to be a very interesting location. We’re keeping it local.”
If Richard does return to Albert Square in December he may not be around for long because he is going to be busy in the new year competing on ‘Dancing on Ice’.
In April, the 46-year-old star admitted he felt “scared” about leaving the soap and was “a little bit surprised” his contract was not renewed.
When asked if he was surprised about being let go, he said: “I was a little bit surprised, but my agent and myself wanted me to leave at a similar time, so it worked out to be mutual.
“The timing couldn’t have been better. It’s a great platform and it’s regular work, which in the world of acting is a great feeling.
“To leave that is always a scary thing but we believed and knew that we have enough.
“I have a lot of respect for ‘EastEnders’ – they took the risk when they cast me.”

Zoe Kravitz engaged

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Kravitz is engaged.
The 29-year-old actress and her significant other Karl Glusman – who have been together for two years after meeting through mutual friends – are to marry after he popped the question to her in her living room in February.
She said: “I’m engaged. I haven’t told anyone yet – I mean, I haven’t told the world. I wanted to keep it private.”
Zoe revealed Karl was planning to propose to her during a romantic trip to Paris, but work intervened so he popped the question while they were at home instead.
Recalling the pair sharing an embrace before romantic moment, she said: “I was in sweatpants. I think I was a little drunk.
“I could feel his heart beating so fast – I was like, ‘Baby, are you OK?’ I was actually worried about him!”
Karl then started to get down on one knee and the ‘Big Little Lies’ actress assumed he was stretching to calm his heart down, but he went on to pull out a ring box.
She said: “He nailed it. And I love that it wasn’t this elaborate plan in Paris. It was at home, in sweatpants.”
The ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ star admits she loves spending time with her fiancé, because she can be herself and feels “relaxed”.
Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine, she said: “I can be my weirdest self around him. It’s so relaxing to be around someone where you can be a 100 per cent how you feel.”
Zoe – whose father is singer Lenny Kravitz and whose mother is actress Lisa Bonet – has previously dated several stars, including Chris Pine and Ezra Miller.

Charli XCX downed half a bottle of champagne to dance with Taylor Swift

OHMYGOSSIP — Charli XCX drank half a bottle of champagne so she could perform a dance routine with Taylor Swift.
The 26-year-old singer has been supporting the 28-year-old star on tour and was so nervous about joining Taylor and fellow support act Camila Cabello for a choreographed routine for ‘Shake It Off’, she turned to booze to get through the segment.
And Charli couldn’t have managed the sequence without the support of Camila.
Speaking on Australian TV show ‘The Project’, she said: “It got to the main show and I was like ‘Oh My God’ like, ‘How am I gonna deal with this?’ So champagne, straight went for it.
“I was like, ‘Half a bottle, OK, let’s go’, got on stage and Camila was just’ like’ leading me around.”
And the ‘5 In The Morning’ singer admitted she “freaked out” when Taylor first told her about the choreographed routine because she never dances.
She said: “It was very scary. Because I don’t really dance. I dance in my way, but I don’t dance choreographed pop star routines
“When we got there [Taylor] said, ‘We’re doing a choreographed dance routine’ and I’m Iike, ‘What?’ I’m freaking out!”
The ‘Boys’ singer is pleased the ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ hitmaker’s fans have embraced her on the road, and Charli loves performing for them.
She said: “The Tay Tay fans are cray cray! They know how to party.”
The singer has previously stated that her energetic performance on stage means that her vocals occasionally suffer – and thinks her use of auto-tune doesn’t mean she’s any less of an artist.
She said: “I know there’s this stigma that if you use auto-tune, you’re not a real artist.
“I don’t have the strongest voice, my voice is good when I focus and concentrate but I’m not focusing when I’m performing live, I’m partying. It doesn’t make you less of an artist.”

Seann Walsh tipped for I’m A Celebrity

OHMYGOSSIP — Seann Walsh has been tipped to enter ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’.
The comedian was eliminated from ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ last weekend alongside his professional dancing partner Katya Jones – who he was caught kissing on a night out, despite having a girlfriend at the time – but bookmaker Ladbrokes has priced the 32-year-old star up at just 5/1 to enter the Australian jungle this year.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “Seann’s ‘Strictly’ exit has opened the door for an ‘I’m A Celeb’ appearance and at this stage, it’s not something we’re ruling out.”
Following Seann and Katya’s elimination from the show, the pro dancer – who is married to fellow ‘Strictly’ performer Neil Jones – joked comedian Seann will have plenty of material for his next tour.
She wrote on Twitter: “Bet people can’t wait for your tour, you now have soooo much material for it! (sic)”
Katya’s tweet comes after Seann – who was dumped by his girlfriend of five years, Rebecca Humphries, after the infamous kiss was exposed – took to the social media site to thank her for helping him to learn to dance on the programme.
He wrote: “Thanks everyone. And thank you to @Mrs_katjones for managing to keep in a man that dances like a shed in the wind for this long. I’ll see you all soon. Keeeeeeep laughing. X (sic)”
Since she and Seann were eliminated, Katya has taken to Twitter to like a number of tweets – including one branding her “trash”, and another calling her a “s**g”.
One tweet read: “All you people saying it’s all about the dancing ??? It’s devastating enough being cheated on in private but in front of 10 million plus people ??? Then after that Neil has to keep his dignity in front of you all ! Sean is obviously a s***house but Katya ! S**G is all I can say. (sic)”
Another posted: “Who’s relationship to break up next Katya? Trash (sic)”
One tweet she liked read: “Aye. Blame it on the drinks. No shame. No dignity. Please don’t return on Strictly. You ruin the show. Cheat. (sic)”
The messages come after Seann and Katya branded their snog saga a “one-off drunken mistake”.

Apu not cut from The Simpsons

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘The Simpsons’ showrunner Al Jean has hit back at reports Apu Nahasapeemapetilon is being written out of the programme.
The animated series has come under fire for making the Indian-American Kwik-E-Mart owner a racist caricature and it was claimed over the weekend by ‘Castlevania’ animator Adi Shankar that the character is to be axed entirely.
However, Al tweeted: “Adi Shankar is not a producer on the Simpsons. I wish him the very best but he does not speak for our show.”
Adi had told Indie Wire he’d written a script to tackle the “Apu problem” but it was rejected because producers planned to cut the character entirely.
He said: “I’ve verified from multiple sources now – they’re going to drop the Apu character altogether. They aren’t going to make a big deal out of it, or anything like that, but they’ll drop him altogether just to avoid the controversy …
“If you are a show about cultural commentary and you are too afraid to comment on the culture, especially when it’s a component of the culture you had a hand in creating, then you are a show about cowardice. It’s not a step forward, or step backwards, it’s just a massive step sideways.
” After having read all these wonderful scripts, I feel like sidestepping this issue doesn’t solve it when the whole purpose of art, I would argue, is to bring us together.”
A debate was sparked about the depiction of the Kwik-E-Mart owner by comedian Hari Kondabolu’s 2017 documentary ‘The Problem with Apu’ – which featured commentary and opinion from Aziz Ansari, Whoopi Goldberg and Kal Penn among others – which discussed whether or not Apu had caused casual racism in the US and whether or not the fact that a white actor, Hank Azaria, had voiced the Indian character was a form of brownface minstrelsy.

Khloe Kardashian finds it hard to relive the past

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian has admitted it’s been “very hard” to relive Tristan Thompson’s alleged infidelity on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’.
The ‘Revenge Body’ host was devastated when the 27-year-old basketball player was apparently caught kissing another woman shortly before she gave birth to their daughter True in April and the scandal is set to play out on the show next weekend.
And though the 34-year-old beauty finds it hard to watch the footage back, she accepts that being on the programme means she has to show the difficult parts of her life too.
A Twitter user posted: “I feel so bad for @khloekardashian had to go through what Tristan did while filming #KUWTK. If I’m not wrong, next episode will be insane. You’re so strong to put that personal issue as part of the show knowing millions of ppl will watch it. I wouldn’t be able to do it.(sic)”
Khloe replied: “Sadly, it will. I signed up to show the for the good and the bad, right? The bad is very hard to relive but it’s life.(sic)”
It was recently claimed that Khloe still “hasn’t decided” whether or not she has a future with Tristan.
An insider said: “Khloé isn’t saying that she and Tristan split. It seems she hasn’t decided yet what she wants to do about their relationship.”
Despite not knowing what her relationship with Tristan will look like in the future, the reality TV star is said to be “very positive” about what the future holds for her and her daughter.
The said: “But one thing is for sure. Khloé seems very happy. She loves being a mom and only leaves True occasionally for work. She seems very positive about her future.”
The news comes after sources recently reported the couple’s relationship is still “up in the air”.
A source said recently: “Khloé is stable, content and very happy with being a mom and with how things are going with True. As for Tristan, things are still quite up in the air between them. Things seem more unstable in the relationship right now. But she’s taking it all in stride.”

Jessica Simpson resolves fashion sale dispute

OHMYGOSSIP — Jessica Simpson has reached a settlement in a long-running dispute over the sale of her fashion company.
The ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ actress, her sister Ashlee Simpson and their parents Joe and Tina were subjected to a lawsuit from Jeffrey Bowler in 2016, who accused them of cheating him out of $12 million from the $120 million sale of her fashion label The Jessica Collection in 2015.
The businessman claimed he had a deal with Joe Simpson that would see him earn a 10% finder’s fee if he could find a buyer for the brand, though he didn’t have a written contract as the agreement was made over the phone 10 years ago. He claimed in his lawsuit that not only did he put the family patriarch in touch with the eventual buyer, he also arranged the meeting and helped finalise the deal for all parties.
But Jessica, 38, hit back and filed documents demanding the suit be thrown out, branding Jeffrey’s case a “despicable attempt to extort millions of dollars from a world-famous celebrity, entrepreneur and fashion icon”.
The blonde beauty – who has daughter Maxwell, six, and son Ace, five, and is expecting her third child with husband Eric Johnson – went on to accuse him of only adding her family and business manager to the lawsuit to emotionally blackmail her into a quick settlement and denied there had been any agreement.
She later filed a countersuit against Jeffrey, claiming he and another man – who she described as “professional con men” – had befriended Joe in a bid to make money from her, but denied they were owed anything.
The Blast reports the settlement has now been agreed and both suits have been dismissed, though the details of the agreement have not been disclosed.
