OHMYGOSSIP — Demi Lovato has left rehab.
The ‘Cool for the Summer’ hitmaker admitted herself to rehab earlier this year following an overdose, which landed her in hospital, but she is doing well and was spotted out for dinner with a friend in Beverly Hills, California over the weekend.
The sighting comes after a source revealed Demi has been “really changed” by her rehab stay.
The insider said: “Demi is doing great and is really receptive to the help that she is getting. Treatment has really changed her and she is looking forward to remaining sober and her new outlook on life. Demi is unsure if she will come back to LA to live permanently. She really wants to start a new chapter in her life. Those around her are] urging her to live a more relaxed lifestyle before she dives back into working. Her family wants her to take time away from LA and possibly stay in Texas with her family for a while.”
Demi’s mother Dianna de la Garza previously admitted she was “shaken” by the incident, but said her daughter is now “happy” and “healthy” as she works toward her sobriety.
She shared: “It’s still a really difficult thing to talk about. I literally start to shake a little bit when I start to remember what happened that day. [Demi’s assistant called and] said, Demi overdosed. So, I was in shock. I didn’t know what to say. It was just something that I never, ever expected to hear, as a parent, about any of my kids. I just feel like the reason she’s alive today is because of the millions of prayers that went up that day when everybody found out what was happening. I don’t think she would be here if it hadn’t been for those prayers and the good doctors and Cedars-Sinai. They were the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to save her life. She’s happy. She’s healthy. She’s working on her sobriety, and she’s getting the help she needs. That in itself encourages me about her future and about the future of our family.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Hailee Steinfeld feels “very fortunate” to have a team to “protect” her from the dangers of the industry.
The ‘Starving’ hitmaker is well aware of the struggles of the film and music industry, as highlighted by the #MeToo movement, and feels lucky to have the support of her family and friends from a young age.
She said: “I think that I had so much incredible support from everyone around me when I was very young. I have had so many people around me to look out for me and protect me. Of course, any territory and any field of work there are inner and outer obstacles, and things you have to go through. I have been very fortunate to have the support of the people around me.”
Meanwhile, Hailee previously revealed her music makes her feel “vulnerable”.
Asked when fans can expect an album from her, she said: “I’m so over saying the word ‘soon’ because I’ve used it too many damn times. “I don’t even know what it means anymore. I want to put new music out, but … As an actor, I’m masked by characters, protected by them.
“But as a musician, it’s my story, my voice, my face. It’s me on that stage talking about that horrible experience I went through and [saying,] ‘Here, I’m going to sing about it.’ It’s such a different kind of vulnerable. To connect with fans, there’s pressure in feeling like I have to do things that I’m uncomfortable with, in terms of opening up enough about myself.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Dr Ranj Singh has left ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The doctor and his professional dancing partner Janette Manrara was booted out of the competition on Sunday (04.11.18) night, after a tough dance off against actor Charles Venn and Karen Clifton.
Speaking after his exit, Dr Ranj said: “I can’t express how much this has meant to me. I have made friends for life. I’ve done something that I only could have dreamed of. I just want to say to anyone who ever dreams of this you can, you really can, ’cause I’m here and I’ve done it.”
Whilst Janette added: “I just want to say he is an incredible human being for what he does as an actual job. He is there saving children’s lives and he is a special, special man. On this show you get to celebrate people that have never done something like this before and for me Ranj is the epitome about what Strictly Come Dancing is about. I couldn’t have asked for a better friend, a better partner or better series I love you so so much. Thank you.”
Charles and Karen performed their Viennese Waltz to Billy Joel’s Piano Man whilst Dr Ranj and Janette performed their Samba to ‘Freedom 90’.
Craig Revel Horwood opted to save Dr Ranj for being the “most improved”, whilst Darcey Bussell felt Charles showed more improvement. Bruno Tonioli wanted both to go through to the next round but praised Charles for his polished performance. Head judge Shirley Ballas agreed with Darcey and Bruno and sent Charles and Karen into next week’s show, impressed by their “great timing” and “sophistication”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Khloe Kardashian found reliving the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ “uncomfortable” and “super emotional”.
During Sunday night’s (04.11.18) episode, the 34-year-old reality star was told by her sister Kylie Jenner about the claims that the NBA player allegedly kissed another woman days before she gave birth to their daughter True in April.
A series of phone conversations aired as the ‘Revenge Body’ star admitted she wanted to return home to Los Angeles from Cleveland, but told her older sibling Kim Kardashian West, 38, that she didn’t think it was possible as she was so far along with her pregnancy, whilst admitting she “can’t be calm, not right now”.
The episode concluded before her family made it to Cleveland, as Khloe prepared to give birth to her little girl.
After watching it back, the Good American owner revealed the reason she had Tristan, 27, in the delivery room with her was because she wanted True to be surrounded by “love” and “positive energy”.
Reacting to watching the episode, she wrote on Twitter: “I wanted to have a beautiful birthing experience for myself and for the memories of what I choose to share with True when she’s older. I want her to have videos and pictures of her daddy there, holding her etc. I want her to know she is LOVE and my happiness! Babies feel energy! …
“I know this! I chose to put my feelings aside for the birth and to try and have as much positive energy that I could. “My only thought was about the birth of my daughter. I wasn’t going to let ANYONE disrupt anything less than what she deserved. Joyous love. I chose to be mature &
“strong for True. I waited for this day for so many years! (sic)”
Khloe admitted she was “in shock” when she found out the news about Tristan, and that her daughter gave her the “strength” to get through it.
She continued: “I know now, looking back that I was in shock because I couldn’t believe that this would ever happen to me but I’m still very proud of myself for how I handled everything. True gave me the peace and strength I needed (sic)”
Khloe also called for the E! series to be aired “closer to real time” as it was so difficult to re-watch what she went through more than half a year ago, but admitted it was important to show her “vulnerable” state.
She wrote: “I love filming for the show and I am proud that we are all strong and brave enough to be vulnerable BUT we have to start airing shows closer to real time. This episode is about 7 months old and it’s a lot to relive all over again But maybe I need to (sic)”
And Khloe also reiterated that though she may have forgiven her boyfriend, she will never be able to forget the “crazy” time.
She concluded: “Oh my God my heart is racing! So crazy how emotions never die! You may forgive but forgetting is not possible #KUWTK (sic)”
Kim praised Khloe as the “really tough” episode was shown for being so “true and honest”, adding to her own Twitter profile: “Tonight is a really tough episode. I saw what Khloé wrote and I will let her really speak on it. We have always been open and honest so tonight was just as real as it gets. #KUWTK (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Demi Lovato is “doing well” after leaving rehab and heading back to Los Angeles.
The 26-year-old singer – who admitted herself to rehab earlier this year after she was hospitalised following an overdose – was seen out for dinner over the weekend, and it’s said she is in a bitter place after her treatment.
A source told PEOPLE magazine: “She just got back to LA a couple days ago. She seems to be doing well so far.”
Her change of scenery comes after her mother Diannna De La Garza revealed her daughter has now been sober for 90 days.
Appearing on Maria Menounos’ Sirius XM show last month, she said: “Yes, she has 90 days and I couldn’t be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it’s work.”
Meanwhile, Demi’s young half-sister Madison De La Garza, 16, had previously admitted it has been a “crazy” time for their family following the star’s overdose in July.
She recently said: “She’s working really hard on her sobriety, and we’re all so incredibly proud of her.
“It’s been crazy for our family. It’s been a lot.”
It’s also been said that it’s unclear if the ‘Cool For The Summer’ hitmaker will make a permanent return to LA, or if she will take some time away to relax away from the hustle and bustle of celebrity life.

OHMYGOSSIP — Pamela Anderson says the #MeToo movement is “a bit much”.
The former Playboy playmate has slammed the campaign – which was started to give a voice and platform to victims of sexual misconduct – and claimed people should be able to keep themselves safe.
Appearing on Australian TV channel 9Now’s ’60 Minutes’, she said: “I think that this #MeToo movement is a bit too much for me.
“I’m sorry, I’ll probably get killed for saying that… but my mother taught me, don’t go to a hotel with a stranger.”
The 51-year-old star also took aim at “third wave feminism”, and criticised the impact it can have on men.
She added: “I think this feminism can go too far. I’m a feminist, but I think that this third wave feminism is a bore… I think it paralyses men.”
Her comments come after Lindsay Lohan apologised for appearing to slam the #MeToo movement and accuse some women of being “attention seakers”.
She later sought to clarify what she meant, and said in a statement: “I would like to unreservedly apologize for any hurt and distress caused by a quote in a recent interview.
“The quote solely related to my hope that a handful of false testimonies out of a tsunami of heroic voices do not serve to dilute the importance of the #MeToo movement, and all of us who champion it.
“However, I have since learned how statements like mine are seen as hurtful, which was never my intent. I’m sorry for any pain I may have caused.
“I feel very strongly about the #MeToo movement. Their testimony has served to protect those who can’t speak, and give strength to those who have struggled to have their voices heard.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Jason Aldean and Brittany Kerr have named their unborn daughter Navy Rome Williams.
The 41-year-old singer and his wife – who welcomed son Memphis into the world 11 months ago – announced in July they are expecting their second child together, and after revealing the sex of their forthcoming arrival, the pair confirmed the cute moniker they’ve chosen during a baby shower on Sunday (04.11.18).
Brittany announced the news with Jason’s daughter Kendyl,11, on her Instagram Story.
In the clip taken at the party, she said: “Brit and Kendyl here, and we are so excited for”, to which Kendyl replied: “Navy Rose Williams.”
The couple also enlisted the ‘You Make It Easy’ hitmaker’s daughters Kendyl and Keeley, 15 – who he has with ex-wife Jessica Aldean – to help with the video to reveal their new addition’s sex.
Jason said: “This is the only thing [Kendyl has] talked about for the last month.”
The video showed the girls holding Memphis and speculating they will be getting a new half-sister.
Kendyl said: “Girl…cos Memphis was a boy and I think you’ll have a girl this time.”
Keeley agreed: “I’m gonna go with girl because you’ve been a little bit sicker this time than you were with Memphis.”
The video then switched to the girls waiting with baseball bats, with Jason and Brittany ready to throw balls in the air for the girls to hit
Brittany said: “Jason and I already know what it is…This is just for the girls, to see their excitement.”
The girls then hit the balls which burst and release a giant pink cloud, to represent a female.
Though Memphis isn’t even a year old yet, Jason previously admitted he and Brittany – who he married in March 2015 – wanted to have another child soon afterwards.
He previously said: “After having our son, we knew we wanted to have two kids.
“I have my two older daughters already, so after Memphis was born we knew we wanted to have another one pretty quick – to go ahead and knock it out and have one that was a little closer in age to him.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Alan Carr is returning to Channel 4 with a talk show special.
The 42-year-old comedian – whose ‘Chatty Man’ show was axed two years ago – will be back this festive season with a boozy one-off called ‘So This Is Christmas’.
An insider told The Sun newspaper’s Bizarre TV column: “Although this doesn’t carry the ‘Chatty Man’ name, it’s basically the same successful format in a Yuletide setting.
“Alan’s Christmas specials have always proved hugely popular in the past, with viewers feeling they’re actually a part [of] his festive party.
“But it might just leave one or two viewers pining for the days when he was on our screens virtually every week on Channel 4.”
Alan’s programme was cut by C4 in 2016 after 16 series due to a ratings decline which saw it pulling in less than half the audience of Graham Norton’s BBC1 chat show.
At the time, the star said: “I just think that the art of the chat show has evolved, unless you can get the amazing guests all the time that Norton gets.
“Three guests a week and Channel 4, God love ’em, extended it to 30 episodes — that’s 90 guests who are relevant and people are interested in, up against the amazing Norton and Jonathon Ross.
“I’ve gone as far as I can with ‘Chatty Man.’ ”
Last year, Alan was back on the air on Christmas Day with a lineup featuring Noel Gallagher, Christian Slater, Giles Wood, Mary Killen, Lorraine Kelly, Rob Beckett and John Bishop.

OHMYGOSSIP — Gregg Wallace is set to become a father for a third time.
The ‘MasterChef’ star – who has two kids, Tom, 24, and Libby, 21, from his second marriage to ex Denise – has revealed he and his wife Anne-Marie, 32, are expecting their first child together, a “miracle” baby boy, as the 54-year-old food critic revealed the pair were set to undergo IVF before conceiving naturally.
In an interview with OK! Magazine, Gregg – who tied the knot with Anne-Marie in August 2016 – shared: “We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying. The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant.”
The 54-year-old TV star said he’d been feeling “scared and “stressed” until they found out they are pregnant, but seeing their little baby’s 12-week scan filled him with joy and made him burst into tears.
He recalled: “I’ve been scared and stressed since she fell pregnant but since we had the 12-week scan recently it feels joyous.
“Seeing a scan of our baby son and the strength of his heartbeat made me cry.”
Gregg and his spouse already have a name for their unborn son.
Greg said: “We’re going to call him Sid Massimo Wallace.”
Whilst the couple are thrilled to be welcoming their first child, Gregg says they have no plans to extend their family further.
He said: “We’ve agreed to only have one child together – I’m too old.”
Whilst Anne-Marie, who is 21 years Gregg’s junior,
added that they are “blessed” to even be having one child.
She said: “I’ve been happy with the idea of just having one child right from the start. The fact we’re having one baby is a miracle – we’re blessed enough.”
Further explaining that they will stop at one baby because of his age, Gregg added: “Usually when you have a child, by the time they’re 20 the parents get their life back a bit, but I’ll be in my 70s. So, we agreed; one child and she’d have some help here at home.”
The couple’s baby news comes after Gregg revealed they had been trying for a child for two years.
The former baker – who has been married four times, and divorced three times – insisted a guy who has a younger wife but denies them the chance to have kids “doesn’t love her”.
He said last month: “We’ve been trying for two years.
“When I fell in love with a much younger woman, I realised that is what she would want. I think, if an older man says to a younger woman, ‘I don’t really want children,’ then he doesn’t love her.”

OHMYGOSSIP — J.K. Rowling has thanked fans for not revealing spoilers for ‘Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald’.
The movie has its first screenings for fans over the weekend, and the ‘Harry Potter’ author – whose original novels inspired the current spin-off film franchise – is very grateful for those who have been able to keep important plot points to themselves.
Rowling – who also penned the script for the sequel – tweeted: “You people are amazing. To every single one of you who’s seen ‘Crimes of Grindelwald’ and kept the promise to #ProtectTheSecrets, thank you for looking out for your fellow fans.
“Not that I needed reminding, but this is an incredible fandom”
Her comments come after leading man Eddie Redmayne appeared in a video begging fans to stay tight lipped about the movie’s major plot points.
He said: “I’m holding a badge, which has a hashtag ‘protect those damn secrets’ on it. “And please, I’m imploring you, if you go to see ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindlewald’ there are… spoilers that are so intense.
“Please, please don’t ruin it for others. So, #protectthesecrets, and see you soon!”
Redmayne reprises his role as magizoologist Newt Scamander in the sequel, which sees Johnny Depp star as evil wizard Gellert Grindelwald and Jude Law take on the role of a young Albus Dumbledore.
The latter actor has been praised by Evanna Lynch, who appeared in the original saga as Luna Lovegood and thinks he has done a great job.
She recently said: “He is so perfect as Dumbledore. He totally captures that serenity, that inner peace.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande let her ex boyfriends hear ‘Thank U, Next’ before it was released.
The 25-year-old pop superstar released the surprise single – which sees her name drop former lovers including Pete Davidson, Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez and the late Mac Miller – over the weekend, and she has revealed her exes were given a heads up about the track.
After a fan suggested Sean and Ricky would have been confused after the song dropped, Ariana replied on Twitter: “They heard it before it came out”
Although the title sounds like it could throw some shade in the direction of her exes, the lyrics suggest the singer has learned important lessons from her past relationships.
She sings: “Thought I’d end up with Sean, but it wasn’t a match. Wrote some songs about Ricky, now I listen and laugh. Even almost got married, and for Pete I’m so thankful. Wish I could say ‘thank you’ to Malcolm.”
She later reflects: “One taught me love, one taught me patience, and one taught me pain.”
Ariana also insisted she is going to focus on herself after her most recent break-up.
In the new song, she sings: “I met someone else, we havin’ better discussions. I know they say I move on too fast, but this one gon’ last ’cause her name is Ari, and I’m so good with that (So good with that).”
Just after Ariana released the song, Pete, 24, opened up about their split on ‘Saturday Night Live’
He said: “I know some of you are curious about the breakup, but the truth is, it’s nobody’s business. Sometimes things just don’t work out and that’s okay. She’s a wonderful, strong person and I genuinely wish her all the happiness in the world.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Thom Yorke was “jealous” of his Radiohead bandmate Jonny Greenwood’s soundtrack work.
The ‘Creep’ hitmaker recently composed his first feature film score for Luca Guadagnino’s remake of Dario Argento’s 1977 film ‘Suspiria’, but has admitted to being a little green-eyed over the guitarist’s ability to read music and score movies, which made him even more determined to experience the process for himself.
He told BBC Radio 1: “If I was honest with myself, I was a little bit jealous but felt that I couldn’t [do it] so I never tried.
“Jonny’s just so far ahead – he understands orchestration works, he can read music, he’s studied it all. I mean, he sits there studying scores.
“For Paul Thomas Anderson’s last film, he went away and read all the scores from the period of the composers of the time. That is not gonna happen with me cos I can’t read music.”
On how hard he found it, he continued: “So he’s out there off on his travels and he knows what he’s doing, whereas I’m totally scratching the surface, purely amateur.
“It stayed like that for a while and then I suddenly found myself committing to do a horror film and then thinking, ‘Well, it’s a horror film, I can just make loads of weird noises. It’ll be fun.’
“There was way more to it than that and it was more melodic than that and more adventurous, and I was having to write choral pieces just using my own voice and many, many different things. So I’m a sucker.”
The 50-year-old songwriter previously admitted he was initially hesitant to take part because he feared he could not match the original soundtrack by Italian band Goblin.
He said: “I referred to the original ‘Suspiria’ film. It was an odd process from the beginning. When they first came to see me, the producers and [editor] Walter [Fasano], I just thought they were mad, because I’ve never done a soundtrack before, And ‘Suspiria’ is one of those legendary soundtracks. It took a few months to even contemplate the idea.
“It was one of those moments in your life where you want to run away but you know you’ll regret it if you do. I watched the original film several times, and I loved it because it was of that time, an incredibly intense soundtrack. Obviously Goblin and Dario worked incredibly closely when they did it together.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West doesn’t believe Tristan Thompson will ever stay faithful to Khloe Kardashian.
The 38-year-old reality star and her famous family were stunned when photos emerged of the basketball player seemingly getting close to another woman just days before the ‘Revenge Body’ host gave birth to their daughter True in April, and Kim was horrified when she was then alerted to more rumours about the sportsman’s behaviour.
Speaking on ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians in scenes that aired on Sunday (04.11.18), she said: “Honestly, I’m in shock. We love Tristan. This is honestly nothing that we suspected. We thought she finally found her Prince Charming, [her] happy ending. And then f**k. It’s just, why her? It just really, really sucks.
“So many more stories are coming out. So many friends are calling me with so many more things.
“I told her, ‘What are you going to get out of him? Think about it. You’re going to be worried and nervous and have an insecure life, because if he’s not faithful now, he’ll never change.’
“When one thing comes out you’re kind of like, well, okay, maybe the video’s old or maybe it’s a misunderstanding. Because a picture doesn’t always tell the full story.
“But then two more stories come out. This is just crazy. Now you know it’s true.”
Before Khloe, 34, could make any decisions about her future, she went into labour and begged her family to remain civil towards Tristan, 27, when they arrived in Cleveland.
She said: “Everyone wants me to make a decision right this second and I just want to go and give birth and focus on that and try to enjoy this and try to enjoy it with him, as crazy as that sounds.
“I want to enjoy this with him. I don’t want any negativity in the delivery room. I don’t want anybody to talk about it, make me feel uncomfortable or make him feel uncomfortable. Let’s just act normal. Give me a minute.”
Kim – who has children North, five, Saint, two, and Chicago, 10 months, with husband Kanye West – agreed, but couldn’t resist making a joke.
Miming cutting her throat, she said: “I’m going to look at him and just be like …”
But Kourtney Kardashian – who has Mason, eight, Penelope, six, and Reign, three, with former partner Scott Disick – “respected” her sister’s decision, though she admitted they were all in an “awkward” situation.
She said: “I know how important it is for Khloé to have Tristan there, and I actually really respect that.
“But it’s definitely going to be awkward. It’s going to be hard to even look at him or even be in the same room with him. It’s like, you are f***ing with all of us when you disrespect one of us.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman, Glenn Close and Hugh Jackman were among those honoured at the Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday (04.11.18).
The ‘Big Little Lies’ star was presented with the Career Achievement Honour in recognition of her years in the movie industry, and admitted it was “incredibly validating” and gave her the “opportunity” to throw her “support and voice” behind things she is “passionate” about.
However, the 51-year-old star admitted she didn’t go into acting just for acclaim or awards.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I’ve just always wanted to act since I was a little girl. I needed to. And I started it at school, I went to drama school, and I’ve just continued on the path and it’s lead me to the most wonderful places and it’s given me so much joy.”

Elsewhere at the ceremony, which took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, ‘Black Panther’ scooped the prestigious Hollywood Film Award, and it was also honoured for production design.
‘The Hate U Give’ star Amandla Stenberg and John David Washington from ‘BlacKkKlansman’ were recognised in the Hollywood Breakout Performance categories, and the cast of ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ – which included the evening’s host, Arkwafina – scooped the Hollywood Breakout Ensemble award.
‘First Man’ filmmaker Damien Chazelle was honoured with the Hollywood Director award which was handed to him by his ‘La La Land’ lead actor Ryan Gosling – and the movie also saw Tom Cross win for editing and Justin Hurwitz win for composing.

OHMYGOSSIP — Nicole Kidman’s mother shaped her own parenting style.
The 51-year-old star – who has daughters Sunday Rose, 10, and seven-year-old old Faith Margaret with husband Keith Urban – admitted her mum Janelle Ann Kidman inspired her to be a role model for her own kids.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I grew up with a very opinionated strong mother who was very educated and who wanted her girls to have opportunities.
“I suppose that the great thing is being able to create other opportunities for other women and for the next generation.”
Nicole – who also has 25-year-old daughter Isabella and 23-year-old son Conner, whom she adopted with former husband Tom Cruise – added that being a parent has changed how she views her own legacy.
She explained: “I think everything is motivated by wanting to take care of your children and carve a path for them and leave them with a sense of morality, dignity and accountability.”
The ‘Big Little Lies’ actress recently admitted she has been “giving up things” she wants for the benefit of her family.
She said: “The thing you really have to learn when you have children and a career – and particularly when you’re an older mother – is the preciousness of time; and therefore trying to balance everything and be willing to say no to things. I want to be a good wife and a good mother, so that requires giving up things I want sometimes.”
The actress admitted she takes “nourishment and energy” from Keith.
She added: “To have an 11-year anniversary and still be so much in love as a man and a woman, that is my solace. That’s where I get so much of my comfort and my nourishment and energy from.”

OHMYGOSSIP — ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ will return to TV in two weeks.
A host of new contestants will be flying out to Australia very soon as the tough jungle contest will be back on ITV on Sunday, 18 November, show bosses have confirmed to The Sun Online.
This year’s show will see Holly Willoughby step in to co-host alongside Declan Donnelly, as his presenting partner Ant McPartlin is taking a year off from his TV commitments in order to focus on his sobriety.
Though no contestants have been confirmed for the new series, a number of names have been rumoured, including ‘Coronation Street’ actress Sair Khan, ‘The Chase’ star Anne Hegerty, singer-and actor-Shayne Ward, ‘Loose Women’ panelist Coleen Nolan, controversial ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ professional Katya Jones and ‘Love Island’ beauty Olivia Attwood.
Football manager Harry Redknapp has confirmed his own participation and recently admitted he was considering a camping trip to get used to the idea of sleeping outdoors.
He said: “I might go and sleep in the New Forest for a week in preparation.
“I’m trying not to think about it at all.”
And the sporting legend has also turned to former contestant Neil ‘Razor’ Ruddock, who he managed at West Ham 20 years ago, for some tips on how to get through the challenge of the show.
He admitted: “He said it was the toughest thing he’s ever done. You could imagine Razor not eating for a month. It would have killed him!”
Show bosses were very keen to get Harry on board because of his years in football.
A source previously said: “Harry is never anything less than good value. He’s had a long, interesting career and knows a lot of famous people. He’ll be fun to watch.”
