Kylie Jenner goes brunette again

OHMYGOSSIP — Kylie Jenner has returned to brunette.
The 19-year-old reality star went platinum blonde in September but has now gone back to her natural colour thanks to the assistance of hair stylist Tokyo Stylez.
The ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star documented her dye job on Snapchat on Wednesday (23.11.16), proclaiming “it’s time” over a close-up shot of some dark hair.
And at one stage during the tricky process, Kylie ended up a red-head as her hairdresser began darkening her hair in stages, and teased she was considering keeping the bold colour with a Snapchat post stating “Maybe?”
But Kylie was thrilled to go back to her roots, and when the dye job was complete, she shared a picture of the finished look and wrote: “It’s me again”.
The lip kit guru admitted earlier this month she was thinking of returning to brunette.
She shared a throwback photo on Instagram and wrote: “I miss my dark hair, should I go back?”
Kylie previously used Snapchat to document going blonde – but kept a black and white filter over the pictures until the big reveal in order to keep fans guessing.
And the process – which took “all day” – was inspired by Kylie’s half-sister Kourtney Kardashian’s bottle blonde ‘do from when she was 16 years old.
Five days before she went lighter, the teenager shared a throwback photograph of Kourtney in 1995.
The 37-year-old beauty decided to ditch her dark look for a vibrant blonde style 21 years ago but only managed to stick out the eye-catching ‘do for a month before dying it back.
Writing on her app, Kourtney said alongside the throwback: “Even though I’ll probably never do something this extreme with my hair again – because it destroyed my hair and took forever to get healthy – I’m happy I tried it once.”
Kylie and Kourtney aren’t the only members of the family to try out the blonde look as Khloé Kardashian permanently has highlighted hair, while Kim Kardashian West has gone platinum numerous times over the years.

Chrissy Teigen never wears flats

OHMYGOSSIP — Chrissy Teigen finds flat shoes too “uncomfortable” to wear.
The ‘Lip Sync Battle’ star – who has seven-month-old daughter Luna with husband John Legend – admits she only ever wears towering heels, but insists that’s because they feel better, rather than purely because they look good.
She told Pop Sugar: “I only wear heels.
“I’m very uncomfortable in flats. My calves are actually abnormally tight, [and I’m] flat footed and very relaxed in a six-inch heel.”
But Chrissy admitted her favoured footwear still causes her problems so she has regular appointments with a chiropractor.
She said: “It’s very bad for your lower back, and I have to see a chiropractor twice a week because of it, but, yeah.
“I can’t even wear Havaianas flip-flops because I don’t like things in between my toes. Ballet flats look goofy on me because you can see the shape of my foot through them.”
However, there are some exceptions to her no-flats rule that the 30-year-old beauty will make – but only if she looks “cool”.
She said: “I’d say unless it’s a Yeezy or something that just makes me feel cool, that’s pretty much the only thing that’s going to happen. Those or Common Projects.
“You know how some people get away with those cute white [sneakers] with their little shorts? I look so silly. I look like I’m playing dress up as Skipper or something.”
Chrissy recently admitted she hates putting on fake lashes and has even been reduced to tears by the process in the past.
She said: “I am very good at strip lashes but I have sobbed trying to put on individuals before.
“I just get so frustrated. You’re like, ‘Oh, I got it!’ And then it just turns. You’re like, ‘Gahh! I have like ten more clusters to go!’ What am I good at? I don’t know. I feel like I just don’t take the time to, I don’t know. Like what am I good at? Nothing.”
And Chrissy confessed to a “sad” obsession with removing her body hair.
She said: “I definitely must wash my hair every single day.
“Like, that’s mandatory. And I am a twice-a-day shaver. It’s crazy. Like, I’m very neurotic about it. I don’t know why. Yeah, shaving in the bath, or just honestly not two showers. I’ll do one shower and then I’ll just sit on the edge of the bathtub and shave. Yeah, it’s so sad.”

Zoe Kravitz always wanted to be 'natural and silly looking'

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Kravitz has always wanted to be “natural and silly looking”.
The 27-year-old actress and singer has revealed ever since she was a child she has had a “rebellious spirit”, which made her not want to look “perfect” all the time, and led her to adopt a “low maintenance” beauty and hair care regime.
Speaking about her daily routine, the brunette beauty said: “When I was younger, I had this incredibly rebellious spirit. I just wanted to be natural and silly-looking and not appear perfect all the time–because it’s a lot of pressure, you know? On the red carpet everyone started to look the same, like a Barbie doll, and it made me really uncomfortable.
“So I think I was just about claiming, ‘OK, if I’m going to be a part of this world, I want to do it in my own way.’ But I think I’ve found a way to feel comfortable, looking like I put effort into the way I look, and still feel like I’m being myself.
“My braids are really low-maintenance so I use very little hair product. This has a nice scent and is good for freshening everything up.”
The ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ star – who was announced as Yves Saint Laurent’s beauty muse earlier this year – has admitted she doesn’t wear any foundation but uses the luxury brand’s Touche Eclat to “brighten” her face.
She explained: “I don’t wear foundation on a daily basis so this is just wonderful for highlighting and covering. It brightens without looking like you’re going out-out.
“If I’m eating too much sugar or not sleeping enough, I see it in my skin.”
And will adorn a bold lip colour when she wants to make “a statement”.
She told InStyle Online: “When I want to make a statement with lip color, I go for a red, burgundy, or nude. In a bold, matte finish, it’s always classic.”

Tom Ford: 'I had no idea fashion was what I wanted to do'

OHMYGOSSIP — Tom Ford had “no idea” he wanted to be a fashion designer.
The 55-year-old creative mastermind – who launched his eponymous clothing label in 2005 – has admitted he has “always” loved clothes, but despite his passion for garments he never thought he would boast a successful career at the helm of the industry.
Speaking about his career, the dark-haired hunk said: “I have always loved clothes, but I had no idea fashion was what I wanted to do. I was an actor, I studied architecture.
“It only happened when I worked as an assistant at a fashion company in France [Chloé].”
And the style icon believes “destiny” is what led him to design highly coveted masterpieces.
He added: “You could say it was destiny: I would say it’s destiny. I believe in destiny, and one thing I’m going to do as a father is help my son to realise his destiny, to help him become the person he’s supposed to be.”
However, Tom always knew he wanted to make “a lot” of money.
He said: “I was always very ambitious, and I wanted to make a lot of money and have nice things.”
The fashion muse has admitted he was worked “very hard” but also believes he is “very very lucky” to have had a successful career.
Tom – who has recently directed ‘Nocturnal Animals’ – said: “I have worked very hard, but I have also been very, very lucky.”
And the filmmaker believes style is priceless and is an innate talent, which can’t be bought.
He said: “Money can’t buy you style. It really can’t.”
Meanwhile, Tom – who married Richard Buckley in 2014 and have four-year-old son Jack, whose full name is Alexander John Jack Buckley Ford – is “very happy” with his life.
He told Esquire magazine: “I’m very happy at this point in my life. It’s where i pictured myself – successful and happy.”

The longstanding British fashion house have released their first ever perfume for the brand earlier this month, which is available as a standalone beauty product, and in a gift set alongside a body lotion of the fragrance.

Jo Wood's 'obsession' with fragrance began as a child

OHMYGOSSIP — Jo Wood’s “obsession” with fragrance started in her childhood.
The 61-year-old veteran model – who launched her eponymous skincare and bath company Jo Wood Organics in 2005 – has admitted her mother, Rachel Lundell, largely influenced her love for perfume when she was growing up because she was an “Avon lady” and used to bring back dozens of scented moisturisers.
Speaking about her inspiration, the blonde beauty said: “My obsession with fragrance really started when my mum became an Avon lady in my childhood. I loved all the bottles she would bring home. I would even sniff all the moisturisers as they just smelled so lovely.”
However, the television personality has revealed she has “always” boasted a strong sense of smell, even before her parent worked at the longstanding beauty retailer.
She explained: “I’ve always has a strong sense of smell.
And Jo – who has 38-year-old daughter Leah, as well as sons Jamie, 42, and Tyrone, 33, with her ex-husband Ronnie Wood and son Jamie from her previous relationship with Peter Greene – has admitted she will “never” leave the house without wearing perfume, and has to douse herself in her “favourite” scent.
She explained to Stylist magazine: “Now, I would never leave the house without spraying on my favourite scent Santal 33 by Le Labo. It’s the perfect middle ground between feminine and masculine. It’s leathery, woody, musky and slightly sweet, all at the same time. It’s delicious.”
And the skincare guru has revealed her youthful skin is because she has “really” looked after herself over the years.
Speaking previously, she said: “I’ve really looked after myself.
“It’s what everyone should do.”
Jo recently turned over a new leaf as she decided to embark on a healthier lifestyle because of her grandchildren.
Speaking earlier this year about the habit, she said: “I need to be as healthy as I can because I have ten grandchildren and running around after them takes up a lot of energy.”

Selena Gomez can't sleep with make-up on

OHMYGOSSIP — Selena Gomez can’t sleep with make-up on her face.
The 24-year-old singer has admitted she doesn’t “understand” why people re-apply cosmetic products before going to bed because she has a “breakout” when she sleeps in her make-up and is “worried” if she wears any “tinted” products.
Speaking about her beauty routine to Elle.com, the ‘Kill Em With Kindness’ star said: “I just can’t understand when – and no offense – people have to wear makeup all the time, and they’ll say, ‘Oh, you can sleep with a tinted moisturiser or a self tanner on your face and you can wake up.’ For me, I just think that’s not my vibe, plus I do breakout.
“I don’t know if it’s bad advice, I just think it’s kind of to each their own. For me, I can’t really sleep with things on my body or tinted things just because I get worried. It’s not my vibe.”
But the star has revealed she embraces when she has an outbreak of spots because it’s an inevitable thing people endure, and although the star has admitted she could undergo “procedures” to prevent an eruption of pimples she doesn’t.
She explained: “Nope because life is life. If it’s a photoshoot, I’m probably more lucky because Photoshop, and if it’s a close up, I have to have makeup, and I just kind of do it. You can’t really fight it. I think there are things that I could do or procedures for sure, but I just don’t. I think that’s going to happen.”
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty has revealed she “wished” she had hair like Blake Lively or Rachel McAdams because the former ‘Gossip girl’ actress has “effortless” locks, whilst the ‘Southpaw’ star’s tresses are versatile.
She explained: “I wish she was my friend, but she’s not my friend. Blake Lively. I’ve never met her, but I just love her hair. I think she’s got beautiful, effortless hair. I think she’s super beachy. I also really love, love, love Rachel McAdams, and the reason why I love her hair is because she can always change it up, and she can always kind of…I don’t know. If you think about it from ‘Wedding Crashers’ to ‘Mean Girls’ to ‘The Notebook’, she’s always changing her hair. It’s like short and long and beautiful. She’s kind of classy that way. Those are two people that are not my friends, but I love them, and I think they have really good hair.”

Priyanka Chopra's eyebrows are her 'strength'

OHMYGOSSIP — Priyanka Chopra’s eyebrows are her “strength”.
The 34-year-old actress has admitted she used to be “really really conscious” of her appearance, and prides herself on having bold and flawless brows, which she claims are shaped perfectly they look like “identical twins”.
Speaking to InStyle Online about her facial feature, the brunette beauty said: “I used to be really, really conscious about so many things about myself, and my eyebrows were these thick, thick bold brows, but now, I’ve made them my strength.
“Everyone says your eyebrows are supposed to be cousins or sisters, not twins, but mine aren’t. They’re identical twins, and I make sure they look like that.”
And the ‘Quantico’ star believes people shouldn’t be “ashamed” of what they look like.
Priyanka – who was crowned Miss World in 2000 – explained: “Everybody doesn’t like a lot of things about themselves, whether it’s their nose, jawline, hair, or whatever, but you shouldn’t be ashamed of what you look like, and you shouldn’t be afraid of being the best version of you.
“You can’t be like anyone else, because you’re born as you. You need to find what’s unique about yourself and make that your strength. That’s the best advice I ever got, and that was from my mother.
“Destiny and hard work always go hand in hand. Some people will tell you that you shouldn’t behave a certain way, that we should respect our boundaries, especially for women.
“You have to turn it around and ask yourself, what is the best version of me that I can be? What do I want to do? Do I want to travel to space? Do I want to design shoes? Whatever your dream is, whatever your choice is, that is your destiny if you are willing to work hard.”

Georgia Fowler always sleeps with wet hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Fowler always goes to bed with wet hair.
The 24-year-old model has admitted she has started to “embrace” her wavy tresses and has revealed she has to sleep with damp locks otherwise her curls come out in a “really bad way” when she wakes up from her slumber in the morning.
Speaking about her beauty hacks, the catwalk icon – who is set to make her debut on the Victoria’s Secret runway next month – said: “I have to wet my hair because it curls in a really bad way when I go to bed. So even if I don’t wash it I’ve got to wet it before adding some moisturizing cream so it’s not a frizz bomb.
“But I have really started to embrace my curls. I also really love John Frieda, a brunette shampoo and conditioner.”
However, the star has revealed her beauty routine is “pretty simple”, as she uses her Pawpaw product on her eyelids and cheekbones.
She explained: “My beauty routine is pretty simple. I have a new serum which I really like; it penetrates a little deeper into your skin.
“[I like] Pawpaw for if there’s anything particularly dry. I love also using it as a make-up tool. I’ll put some at the top of my cheekbones or on my eyelids for a bit of glow, and if your hands or your elbows or anything are dry, too, it’s like an all in one.”
And the brunette beauty has revealed her essential cosmetic product is M.A.C Cosmetics face and body foundation, although she prefers to go bare faced because she likes her skin to look “dewy”.
She told Australia’s Harper’s Bazaar website: “My favourite look would be some the MAC face and body foundation but sometimes I don’t even do that. My skin is pretty good and I think it always looks better when it’s fresh. The minute you put on dry foundation it makes you look a lot older and dull; I like being dewy and young.
“So generally I’ll just put some concealer under my eyes, around my nose and then on any spot that I might have. I’ll use a bronzer as a slight contour and also put it on my eyelids as a light shadow. Then just Boy Brow: I always try to brush my eyebrows up and fill them out a little bit. Then mascara and maybe a little bit of highlighter on your cupids bow. People forget about that spot, but it can really pop your lips out.”

Georgia Fowler cried 48 hours 'nonstop' when asked to model for Victoria's Secret

OHMYGOSSIP — Georgia Fowler cried for 48 hours “nonstop” when she was asked to model in Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
The 24-year-old model – who was signed to an Australian modelling agency at 12 years old – has admitted it was a “huge” moment for her when she was told she would be gracing the runway for the lingerie giant’s highly anticipated catwalk show in Paris, France, on December 5.
Speaking to Australia’s Harper’s Bazaar website, the brunette beauty said: “It was such a pinch-me moment, I still can’t really believe it actually. I cried nonstop for like 48 hours and I’m going to cry now.”
And the star has revealed her mother couldn’t stop the water works either.
Speaking about her parents reaction, she said: “She was crying. It was huge – I have been going for it for five years, so it has been a long time coming.”
However, Georgia has admitted it “sucks” not being around her family all the time, and not being able to have them at home with her when she receives big news.
She explained: “It sucks not being around family, especially when you get big news and there isn’t really anyone who can come over and share those moments with you. Or on Sunday nights when you don’t want to go out or drink and you just want to slump around the house and you don’t have your family to be around.”
Meanwhile, Georgia has revealed it’s a “dream” being able to walk alongside fellow models and Victoria’s Secret Angels who she has admired since she was a child.
She said: “There are going to be so many amazing girls around me.
“These are the girls who were on the cover of my diary when I was at high school and now I’m going to be doing it with them. I still can’t really believe it, it’s such a dream.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Linda Evangelista wants “advice” from new models.
The 51-year-old supermodel – who made her modelling debut at the age of 19 and has gone on to have a successful career at the helm of the fashion industry for over three decades – has admitted she thinks her contemporaries are “so fabulous” and would gladly take tips from today’s catwalk icons.
Speaking to PEOPLE, the brunette beauty said: “They can give me advice.
“They’re so fabulous, they’ve got the world in their hands. They’re so aware and so in control — they’re just so fabulous.”
Meanwhile, Linda – who is the vice president and creative director of the skincare brand Erasa XEP-30 – has revealed there were times when she “can’t be bothered” to spend a long time on her skin care regime, and the brand has helped her to “knock out” steps in her beauty routine.
Speaking previously, she said: “I know what doesn’t work.
“I realized there was wasted time and wasted money involved in my skin care regimen. [It got] overwhelming-sometimes you just can’t be bothered.
“I have wrinkles and I’m okay with wrinkles-but Erasa addressed so many of my other issues too. It’s an all-in-one product. It knocks out so many steps of the beauty routine.”
Meanwhile, Linda – who was recognised as one of the five supermodels alongside Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington and Naomi Campbell – has revealed she is wearing “less and less and less” cosmetic products as she gets older.
She said: “I feel like I’m wearing less and less and less [make-up], especially this year. I’ve done some photo shoots and I’m like, ‘Do we really need to put on that much? I don’t understand.’ I’m feeling so good about my skin that I feel like just a tinted moisturizer will do it and a little powder, and concealer if you have a blemish or whatever. I think less, sometimes, is more. I like seeing the person.”
