OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo is still keen to return to acting in the future.
The 21-year-old Grammy winning pop star started out starring on the Disney Channel series ‘Bizaardvark’ in 2016 and her last role was playing Nini Salazar-Roberts in the Disney+ series ‘High School Musical: The Musical: The Series from 2019 until 2022.
After making a concert film for Netflix, the ‘Good 4 U’ hitmaker has admitted she would love to land a big-screen role one day.
Speaking to E! News at the Los Angeles premiere of her ‘Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour’ movie, she said: “I would love that. I love telling stories and I love telling stories in songs, but I’m not opposed to telling stories in film too I’d really be into that.
“Who knows? We’ll see where the wind takes me.”
It’s not the first time Olivia has discussed a potential return to acting and she previously admitted she would love to star in a coming-of-age flick.
She told Variety: “I think that’d be really fun. I love movies, I love telling stories.
“I really want to do a coming-of-age thing, maybe before I’m actually of age.”
Olivia has enjoyed a meteoric rise over recent years.
However, the singer insists that her friends and family have helped her to remain “grounded”.
She told Vogue Singapore magazine: “In middle school, I was home-schooled and started working on sets, which adds to the unique thing about my upbringing.
“I spent most of it surrounded by 45-year-old men on a set and not with kids my own age in a school. But I’m lucky to have amazing friends and family who have kept me grounded.”
Olivia also feels that her parents have helped her to ignore the trappings of fame and success.
She said: “My parents take all this craziness in the best way. They always say, ‘We are so proud of you and all these achievements are incredible, but we would be equally proud of you if you were in school in your hometown.’ They’re the best and that’s a really important attitude to have.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Colin Farrell crossed the finishing line of the Dublin marathon while pushing his friend in a wheelchair.
The ‘Voyagers’ actor ran the Dublin marathon on Sunday (27.10.24) to support his close friend Emma Fogarty – who suffers from a rare skin condition called epidermolysis bullosa (EB) – and he pushed her in a wheelchair for the last four kilometres of the race.
Colin said in a statement after completing the run: “I have known Emma for many years and she epitomises bravery, she is what courage and pure determination are all about.
“That run was nothing compared to the pain she is forced to endure every single day, even though she doesn’t show it. It was an honour to see her waiting for me with four kilometres to go, each of those representing a decade of her life, and to do the final stretch together. I’ll never forget it.”
The actor has so far raised more than €700,000 for the charity Debra – which supports those living with EB – and completed the race in just over four hours.
Previously, Colin said his son gave him a “desire to live” amid his sobriety battle.
The former hard-living actor, 48, had his boy James Padraig Farrell, 21, with US model Kim Bordenave, 52, in 2003 – and four years later he announced the youngster had Angelman syndrome, a rare genetic disorder characterised by intellectual and developmental delay, lack of speech, and an excitable demeanour.
Colin told the Daily Mail about how a desire to care for James was the “fuel” behind his fight to give up and abstain from drugs and alcohol: “James was two when I got sober.
“Part of the fuel that I used to get off alcohol and drugs and all that stuff was knowing he had health issues.
“All children need their parents – or a parent or grandparent or somebody – to care for them.
“One of the things James taught me was to access within myself a desire to live, even if it was initially more about me thinking I wanted to live to be around for him.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kerry Katona is worried about her mum as her health declines.
The former Atomic Kitten star has opened up about Sue’s recent stint in hospital after doctors discovered clots on her lungs and Kerry has admitted watching her mum decline is “hard to see”.
She wrote in her column with OK! magazine: “This week my mum hasn’t been well, her health is really declining and it is worrying for me. It’s hard to see. [Kerry’s fiance] Ryan and I have been arguing like cat and dog too so we’ve not had the best time. We’re not in a great place at the moment.
“I do like to be honest when things are like this, though, because no one is perfect and everyone has their issues. I’d much rather be real about it.”
Kerry took to her Instagram on Saturday (26.10.24) to share the news that her mum had been rushed to hospital.
In a video, she said: “Hi everybody, please excuse the state of me, I haven’t been to bed since 3am not this morning, the day before.
“I’ve taken my mum into hospital, we’ve had no sleep. For those of you who are aware, thank you all so very much for the messages.
“The hospital found clots on my mum’s lungs, she’s not in a good way. It’s been a rough over 24 hours.
“I’m absolutely and just want to say for anybody who keeps texting me about work, and things like that I do apologise, I’m just having to put all that on the back foot at the moment.
“I need to get some sleep so I can get back to the hospital, so I can be there for my mum.
She added: “Big love to you mum, you really scared me. I could throttle you but I got her to the hospital and that’s the main thing.
“I ask you all to say a little prayer to keep her strong and to keep her fighting.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele burst into tears when she spotted Celine Dion in the audience during her show in Las Vegas over the weekend (26-27.10.24).
The singer returned to the stage at Colosseum at Caesars Palace to continue her ‘Weekends With Adele’ residency and she was overwhelmed when she realised the superstar singer was in the crowd and a video posted on X – formerly known as Twitter – shows Adele walking over to Celine and crying as she gave her a hug.
The pair exchanged words and held hands before Adele carried on with the show and Celine was seen wiping her eyes with a tissue. Adele then told the audience: “Give it up for Ms Celine Dion.”
Celine then stood up to a huge applause and she waved to fans and blew kisses as they cheered.
The appearance at Adele’s show came six years after the British singer went to see Celine perform in the same venue back in 2018 during her ‘Celine’ residency which ran from 2011 until 2019.
After meeting at the show, Adele shared her delight in a post on Instagram, which read “Queen Celine! What a show, an absolute highlight of my life, thank you so much for the attention to your crowd and insane humour. Happy New Year lady x.”
Celine also mentioned the meeting in a post on her own page, writing: “Wasn’t able to do all my shows, but was thrilled that Adele came to one of them … I love her so much!!”
Adele previously revealed one of her most treasured possessions is a piece of gum chewed by Celine which she had framed.
During a video interview for Vogue, Adele explained: “It’s pretty amazing. James Corden – who’s a friend of mine but also does Carpool Karaoke, which I did – did one with her. He knew how much of a fan I was of her and he made her spit her gum into a piece of paper and she framed it for me.”

The 43-year-old comedian was married to the singer between 2008 and 2016 and they are parents to 13-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe – and Nick admits being in a relationship with a famous superstar left questioning his place in the world.
During an appearance on the ‘Ray Daniels Presents’ podcast, Nick explained: “I didn’t actually really care what the world thought because the perception, you know, that is what it is. People are going to love you one day, hate you the next day,.
“I could care less about that … But going to myself with that pressure of, ‘Who am I?’ … I got married in my 20s, you know what I mean? To the biggest star in the world. My trajectory was here [downwards] and then hers – she’s already in a different stratosphere …

The 40-year-old Blue star has revealed the couple exchanged vows in a small civil ceremony in Gibraltar without any family or friends present due to COVID-19 restrictions – but they gathered their loved ones together on October 7 to throw a lavish wedding celebration in Seville, Spain two years after they first tied the knot.
Lee told OK! magazine: ” We got married in lockdown but it was a very small ceremony without our family there – as we just wanted to be married ASAP. We always knew we would have a proper ceremony later down the line. ”
He added of their wedding celebration: “It rained! But by all accounts it’s good luck in Spain if it rains on your wedding day … Everything else went to plan though – we had some amazing singers and a brilliant opera singer called Marina Simioni who brought everyone to tears!
“Both of our parents walked us down the aisle, which was really special for us.”
Lee was joined at the ceremony by his Blue bandmates Simon Webbe, Duncan James and Antony Costa as well as the couple’s three children together. The singer is also dad to two more kids from previous relationships.
In his interview with OK!, Lee added: “Our children are our lives. There were 13 flower girls in total. All the children who were part of the wedding, their parents were bridesmaids and ushers. Our two girls were flower girls and our little boy was all dressed up too.”
He also revealed the couple are going to be having a honeymoon but they are splitting it into three mini-breaks spaced out over the next year.
He explained: “We are planning on three small city breaks to Venice, Paris and Budapest over the next year, so we are splitting up our honeymoon over the next 12 months.”
The couple are believed to have been together since 2020 and Lee previously admitted meeting Verity changed his life. He told The Sun newspaper: “I met someone finally who loves and supports me in everything I do.
“Verity is a beautiful, strong and loving woman who I treasure, and I’m a lucky man to have such a wonderful mother for my child, and now wife in her.

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price’s ex Carl Woods claims she used to taunt him by saying other men’s names in bed.
The 46-year-old former glamour model split from her fiance Carl last year and now he has accused Katie of antagonising him up by calling him by the wrong name when they were getting intimate and then pretending it was “role play”.
Carl told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: “Twice in bed she called me another fella’s name. I pulled her up on it.
“She got a mental kick out of saying it and then pretending it was role play. She would do weird things to get into my head.”
Carl – who dated Katie for three and a half years – also believed she cheated on him with four men.
He added: “Katie’s obsessed with younger men. She wants to look younger so she can get younger men. She believes if she chases her youth by having surgery she can chase the young men.
“Her new boyfriend JJ [Slater] is coming up to 32 soon so it won’t be long before he’s an old-timer. She met me around that age and then swapped me for a younger version when I got too old.”
It comes after Carl previously voiced his fear that Katie’s obsession with cosmetic surgery will eventually kill her.
Carl told OK! magazine: “They say in your life you can only have so much anaesthetic before it’s a problem. And like everything in her life, Kate likes to push the boundaries. I feel like she’ll never be happy.
“Unfortunately, there could be that final time she doesn’t wake up. Sadly, I do 100 per cent believe that could happen. But Kate never spoke to me about being scared about it, she’d brush off all that talk.”
Carl went on to admit he considered having liposuction himself but was put off when he saw the state of his partner after her own operation.
He added: “I got wrapped up in it all for a while – because she was constantly on this mission for perfection, so I started criticising myself. But when I saw her after her lipo, I was like, ‘Oh, my God. No, no way are they doing that to me’. She looked like she’d been hit by a train.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Eddie Redmayne is nursing a painful injury after accidentally cutting off the tip of his finger with a kitchen knife.
‘The Theory of Everything’ star has revealed he loves cooking and is proud of his collection of chef’s knives but he had a nasty accident at home after getting them sharpened and he lost a chunk of his finger.
He told The Sunday Times newspaper: “I’m not great. I am weirdly obsessed with cooking knives. So I got them sharpened and a chunk of this finger ended up on the chopping board.
“It’s gone. It’s still bleeding aggressively. I’m slightly high on codeine.”
In the interview, Eddie also revealed he is able to live a “normal” life at home in London and still takes public transport – but he avoids making eye-contact with fans so they don’t ask for selfies.

OHMYGOSSIP — Perrie Edwards struggled with her friendship break-up from Jesy Nelson.
The former Little Mix bandmates have not spoken since Jesy, 33, quit the group in 2020 and Perrie, 31, admitted she is devastated about the loss of their friendship.
When asked about how she felt about drifting apart from Jesy, Perrie told Fearne Cotton on her ‘Happy Place’ podcast: “I wrote a song about it, and it’s about a friendship that I had, which I no longer have. I mentioned it in an interview, and so many people reached out to me.
“It’s not really spoken about. When you hear a heartbreak song, it’s about a relationship or a significant other, and it’s like, ‘Unbreak my heart’.
“But when it’s a friend, you don’t hear about it much in music, so I was like, ‘I am going to write something about it because it’s just as heartbreaking, if not worse’.”
She added: “When you have been in that person’s life for years, and they have had your back, and you have been through highs, lows, everything and all of these experiences, it’s a wild ride, but you are in it together, and then poof, they’re gone … That is hard to deal with. I struggled a lot with that.
“It was really sad, but at the same time, these things happen, and it makes you think, ‘Do we try to rectify the situation? Do I reach out? I feel like I should just stay away.’ It’s a really horrible dynamic to be in.
“You can’t force somebody to be friends with you. If they don’t want to be friends, they don’t want to be friends. But, yes, it’s really hard.”
Perrie previously shared that she treasures the memories of the fun they had together over 10 years in Little Mix with bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 32, and Jade Thirlwall, 31, who Perrie is still close to.

OHMYGOSSIP — Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs reportedly timed his ‘Freak Off’ parties to coincide with the biggest nights in showbiz.
The shamed rapper, 54, who is in jail in New York awaiting trial on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, is said to have carried out the timings to ensure his alleged orgies were as full as possible of A-listers.

Combs held at least three raucous sex parties after major events in the showbiz calendar,
The Post said it had viewed footage from star-studded after parties hosted by Diddy following the 2004 and 2005 MTV VMAs in Miami – and one following the 2005 Super Bowl in Jacksonville among others.
It said one clip taken after Combs hosted the 2005 VMAs reportedly shows the afterparty descend into a wild bash, with two men allegedly captured on camera having sex with a young girl who had powder under her nose.
In another clip a couple is reportedly seen having sex on a table as others look on.
Footage from after Combs’ post-Super Bowl party in 2005 are said to show similar debauched scenes at a $2 million Sawgrass mansion which the rapper is thought to have hired for $20,000 a week.
The tape reportedly shows two men having sex in front of a group of people, and the Post states another clip appears to show Combs filming from his perspective while having sex with a woman.
There is no suggestion the celebrities at the party were aware of what it apparently descended into as they had left before the videos were taken.
Prosecutors have alleged Combs’ ‘Freak Offs’, which were sometimes-days long, involved women who had been blackmailed or coerced into taking part.
Combs maintains his innocence, and will face a jury in the spring.

Eddie was training in spycraft for his latest role in ‘The Day of the Jackal’ and was doing well until he was spotted by a fan who wanted to take a photograph.
He said: “I was doing brilliantly…until a tourist asked me for a selfie.”
The ‘Les Miserables’ star – who was educated privately at Eton House – is also aware that more working class are tending to break the mold in Hollywood and ultimately thinks that it is a “good thing” that there has been a shift in recent years.
He said: “There’s a strong conversation happening about who has a seat at the table and about specific groups of people who’ve had less access to opportunity. That’s a good thing. In an ideal world everybody should be able to play any part — but we need a level playing field.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Madison De La Garza has announced the death of her baby.
The 22-year-old actress – who is the sister of pop singer Demi Lovato – had been expecting her first child with her partner Ryan Mitchell but revealed on Saturday (26.10.24) that they had suffered a heartbreaking loss towards the end of September.
She wrote on Instagram: “On the evening of September 27th, after an emergency c-section, Ryan and I held our little girl for the first and last time. Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven. Mommy and Daddy love you sweet girl.”
Meanwhile, Madsison’s other sibling Dallas Lovato, 36, left a tribute in the form of a poem.
She wrote: “Baby girl Xiomara, I miss you everyday. / I’ll take good care of your mom, so you can fly away. / Watch over us and guide us and give us little signs.
“One day we’ll come and see you, it just might take some time. / Not a single day will pass without you in our hearts.
““I wish we got more time together before you had to depart. / So have fun in your new world, the one we cannot see. / Because every breath I take, I’ll be taking one for z ”
The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star did not elaborate further on the sad circumstances, but former Disney Channel actress Demi , 32, took to social media to note that she will “forever” be aunt to the baby.
She wrote on Instagram: “RIP to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara. I’m so grateful I got to hold you. I’ll forever be your auntie,”
Just weeks ago, Demi spoke of her excitement to become an aunt in the first place she noted that family is one of the biggest “values” to her in life.

OHMYGOSSIP — Abbey Clancy cringes over her “outrageous and ridiculous” lifestyle choices when her husband was earning a fortune as a footballer.
The 38-year-old model is married to former England player Peter Crouch and she’s admitted they made some “nutty” decisions over the years when they had plenty of cash to spare.
She told The Times newspaper: “We used to get helicopters to food tastings. When you’re in that football scene, it’s a bit outrageous and ridiculous.
“Your decisions are nutty.”
Abbey went on to confess the couple’s lavish wedding in 2011 was “OTT” so she decided to go for a more toned down ceremony when they renewed their vows in 2022.
She added: “We had a huge, extravagant wedding. We came into the room to Nicki Minaj. I had a little child singing ‘You Are So Beautiful’ in the church while playing a harp. I have no recollection of even making that decision.
“I had about five dresses. It was OTT. So when we renewed our vows, it was completely stripped back.”
However, despite all their wealth Abbey revealed her husband isn’t brilliant at buying her presents and she once got a charging cable as a gift.
She explained: “Pete once bought me a 2m charger cable as a gift. He likes a practical present.
“We’ve been together 20 years and he still doesn’t know my shoe size. Last year, he bought me size 9 trainers. I said, ‘I know my feet are big, Pete, but they’re not that big’.”
It comes after Abbey revealed she had splashed out on braces to straighten her teeth but she was left furious because the expensive treatment left her with crooked teeth like “comedian legend Ken Dodd”.
During an appearance on ‘The Therapy Crouch’ podcast, Abbey explained: “My teeth used to be two millimetres sticking out – and now they’re four millimetres sticking out.
“I’ve ended up having a brace on for six months and coming out with goofier teeth and a thinner palate, which is outrageous.
“The cross bite hasn’t changed. In fact, it’s got worse. So I was like to the dentist, ‘What the hell is going on here?’ “I’m that comedian with all the teeth. The Scouse one. With the feather duster. Ken Dodd.”
However, Abbey’s dentist has told her the problem will resolve itself. She added: “The dentist said to me, ‘The teeth move in a certain way. And then after that, they come back in’.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zoe Saldana has insisted “everything” comes second to her children and she doesn’t care if she never works again.
The 46-year-old actress – who has twins Cy and Bowie, nine, and seven-year-old Zen with husband Marcus Perego – would still be “happy” if she was never offered another part like her latest role as lawyer Rita Moro Castro in ‘Emilia Perez’ because motherhood is her main priority.
She told Britain’s HELLO! Magazine: “If I never had another role like this, I would be happy because I am a mother.
“Everything else comes second to that. Everything I do now is part of the legacy I hope to leave for them.”
The Spanish-language musical comedy is based on director Jacque Audiard’s opera libretto of the same name and Zoe relished getting the chance to sing.
She laughed: “I’m one of those people who likes to think they can hold a tune. When I sing in the shower, I think I sound pretty good.
“Whether anyone else would think the same is debatable, but I think I sound like Beyonce.
“I grew up being part of small musicals around New York, so I had sung before – I was just a little rusty.
“I worked a lot to find my voice again and the confidence to do this. It wasn’t easy, but I loved it.”
The actress also worked “a lot” on her dance skills, which she particularly enjoyed.
She said: “Being able to reconnect with dance was so special for me.
“After that, it’s just like anything, you turn up on the day and hope you can use everything you’ve done to do the best job possible.”
Zoe is proud of ‘Emilia Perez’ and urged people not to be put off by the fact it is not in English.
She said: “This is an international film. We need to destigmatise this thing about so-called foreign films and about watching films in other languages.

The ‘Scarface’ actor, 84, became globally recognised after his portrayal of quiet soldier-turned bloodthirsty mafia don Michael Corleone in 85-year-old director Francis Ford Coppola’s operatic 1972 Cosa Nostra masterpiece ‘The Godfather’ – and he’s now admitted life in the spotlight led to him suffering the same feelings of discomfort one of his favourite writers experienced.
He told presenter Dermot O’Leary, 51, on Saturday (26.10.24) during an appearance on the host’s BBC Radio 2 show: “Jack Kerouac, the great writer – best generation writer who lived in the city – couldn’t cope with it and somebody said of him that he was embarrassed by success.
“Fame embarrassed him. So, I think I might have had a little of that in me, or something.”
Al said about his mental torment leading to him skipping Academy Award ceremonies: “So I didn’t show up to a couple of the Oscars and I get a reputation – because they thought, somebody said, and my representation said, ‘Oh Pacino’s not going because he’s not the leading actor, he’s a supporting actor for the Oscar.’.
“Can you imagine me saying, ‘I don’t want to go because I should be up there with Brando?’
“It’s just not in my nature – it’s nowhere near it. And I knew that I didn’t want to go because it scared me, frankly… because feeling out of place is a strange feeling.
“I mean not being able to function because you don’t know the language, in a way, it’s a precarious place to be in.
“And I experienced it a few times because I was very famous and didn’t even know it.
“And then I started experiencing it before I was even nominated for an Oscar. “And I remember, I actually won the award, some great award, and I was in Boston doing a play, and I was staying over the director’s house, he gave me a room at his house, and I remember waking up and he said, ‘You won the National Board of Review Award for acting in ‘The Godfather’, and I remember saying to him at the time, ‘Wow sure that’s cool’.

OHMYGOSSIP — Justin Hartley and Sofia Pernas got married in their swimsuits.
The 47-year-old actor tied the knot with ‘Blood and Treasure’ star during the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2021 and their nuptials were so low-key, the pair didn’t even buy special outfits to wear when they exchanged their vows.
During an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, Justin said: “How we did it was, we actually had a justice of the peace come over to the house with a mask on.
“Sofia and I got out of the pool, and we had our bathing suits on.
“We were talking about it in the pool. We were like, ‘We should do this. We should get married. We love each other. This is gonna be amazing.’
“And then within a week, we were able to coordinate this, I guess, lawyer, to come over and said, you know, ‘Do you do this?’ And we were like, ‘Yeah, we love it.’ And we’re married.
“Then a few years, it was the best wedding in the world, because we got right back in the pool. We were like, ‘Margaritas!’ It was crazy, it was incredible.”
But ‘This Is Us’ star admitted they later had a more formal wedding later because he wanted to see the 33-year-old beauty in traditional attire.
He said: “Just the family, really small, but it was nice. It’s something that, you know, I wanted to see her in a wedding dress, and she wanted to do it, and it was, you know, we had to go through it.
“It was amazing, it was wonderful.”
Previously, Justin admitted that he would spend “every minute” with his wife Sofia if he could.
The pair joined forces for the TV series ‘Tracker’ and Justin said that it was “wonderful” to have his wife with him at work.
He told Us Weekly: “I mean, I love carpooling. That’s fun. She’s wonderful. I mean, if I had my choice, I’d spend every minute with her.
“What’s really cool is when you meet someone that means so much to you, that you’re so proud to be with and so proud of, and just such a fan of, and to get to see her work, because she’s such a talented actor.
“She elevates scenes, and so it makes my job easier, actually. But yeah, it’s just wonderful to work with her..”
