Matthew Perry’s house sold

OHMYGOSSIP — Matthew Perry’s house has been sold, almost a year after the actor died there.
The former ‘Friends’ star was found unresponsive in the hot tub at his Pacific Palisades home in October 2023, and the four-bedroom mid-century property has now changed hands in an $8.55 million off-market deal.
According to the Los Angeles Times newspaper, the 3,500 sq ft abode has been bought by Anita Verma-Lallian, a movie producer and real estate developer, and she intends to use the house – which Matthew had paid $6 million for in 2020 – as a vacation home, her representative said.
The ’17 Again’ actor passed away from the acute effects of ketamine and his mom, Suzanne Morrison, recently admitted there was “an inevitability” to his death and she believes he was expecting it.
During an appearance on ‘TODAY’, Suzanne shared: “He came up to me and said, ‘I love you so much and I’m so happy to be with you now’.
“It was almost as though it was a premonition of something. I didn’t think about it at the time but I thought, ‘How long has it been since we’ve had a conversation like that? It’s been years’.
“I think there was something … there was an inevitability to what was going to happen next to him, and he felt it very strongly. But he said, ‘I’m not frightened anymore.’ And it worried me.”
In August, Matthew’s live-in personal assistant, two alleged drug dealers — including one nicknamed the ‘ketamine queen’ — and two doctors were charged over providing the drugs that led to his death.
Dr. Mark Chavez, personal assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, and Eric Fleming have already entered guilty pleas.
The doctor pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to distribute ketamine, while Iwamasa entered a guilty plea for one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death.
He has also admitted repeatedly injecting Matthew with ketamine without medical training, including on the day he died.
Fleming has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.
He admitted to giving Iwamasa the ketamine that killed Matthew, who spent years battling addictions to drink and drugs.

OHMYGOSSIP — Adele has been suffering from an ear infection.

“I’ve never had one before.
“It’s the most painful thing that’s ever, ever happened to me.”
It was worse than childbirth.
“It’s a rare water bacteria. It’s very hard to treat.
The ‘Easy On Me’ songstress began a course of antibiotics to treat the ailment but was initially prescribed the wrong ones for a few days and was left wanting to cut her ear off because of the pain.
She said: “”I was on the wrong antibiotics for a few days and they managed to give me one that started to work. I wanted to chop my ear off a few times.
“I’m no longer in pain, which is great but I’m a bit deaf in my left ear!”
Meanwhile, the ‘Someone Like You’ singer – who is now engaged to sports agent Rich Paul – is a cat lover and revealed that she has created a special room in her mansion so she can rescue a host of moggies one day.

Olivia Rodrigo gets great advice from Chappell Roan

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo has received “a lot” of advice from Chappell Roan.
The ‘Vampire’ hitmaker “really appreciates” the 26-year-old star – who was opening act on Olivia’s ‘Guts’ tour – and while she doesn’t know if she’s been very helpful to her friend in navigating the music industry, she’s thankful for the tips her pal has given her on looking after her mental health and wellbeing.
Speaking to Billboard at the Los Angeles premiere of her ‘Olivia Rodrigo: Guts World Tour’ movie, she said: “She actually gives me so much advice on taking care of myself and being me in an industry that’s so overwhelming sometimes.
“I really appreciate her. If I give her any advice, I’m not so sure. But I get a lot from her.”
The 21-year-old star was looking forward to seeing herself in action in her concert film because she is “such a fan” of all the people who worked on the production.
She said: “I’ve never actually gotten to watch the ‘Guts World Tour’.
“It’s a really fun experience and I just love everyone that’s involved with the show so much — all my band and all my dancers. I’m just such a fan of them, so I was just watching it admiring them the whole time.”
Asked her favourite part, she said: “I’m so excited for everyone to watch ‘All-American B****. That was my favourite one to perform.”
Olivia previously admitted she was “a little nervous” before embarking on her world tour.
She told Complex: “The vibes are great. It’s my first arena tour, so going into it, I was really excited and a little nervous, but it’s been so amazing.
“It’s been so cool getting to go to all these places that I’ve never been before and play these songs that I’ve been living with for so long. It’s been a really great time.”
The ‘Good 4 U’ hitmaker has been very busy throughout the tour, but she’s also found time to have fun while she’s been on the road.
Asked to recall the funniest experience of the tour, Olivia replied: “We were in Kentucky or some place in the south, and there were these little horses that you could get on and pedal, and they’d gallop with you.
“We loved them so much that we bought them to put on the bus, and they go everywhere with us. So we have these little horses that come everywhere and they’re our primary mode of transportation around the venue.”

Johnny Depp learned from being in the ‘wilderness’

OHMYGOSSIP — Johnny Depp learned a lot from being cast out into the Hollywood “wilderness”.
The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ actor saw his career go into freefall after being accused of domestic abuse by ex-wife Amber Heard, which resulted in him suing her for defamation, and despite their lengthy legal battle being subject to widespread scrutiny, he doesn’t hold any “ill feelings” towards anyone because he doesn’t care enough.
He told the Hollywood Reporter: “It was a vast wilderness and ultimately that vast wilderness taught me a whole lot.”
Asked what he’d learned, he said: “Honestly, I can sit here this very second and think about all the hit pieces, and how everybody was against me, and yeah yeah yeah he is off the map … endless stuff.
“I can remember it all. Went through it all. Some of it was not the most beautiful time, some of it was hilarious. Some of it was mad.
“The thing is, it simply just was, and it simply just is. So, for me, it happened. I learned, man.
“Everything that we experience, whether you’re given a snow cone or walking your dog, you learn something somewhere along the way.
“So I don’t have any ill feelings toward anyone. I don’t have this great reserve of hatred, because hatred requires caring. Why carry that baggage?”
The 61-year-old actor found acting helpful as it allowed him a way to “escape” when life was “crumbling all around” him.
Asked if he has a method that allows him to focus on his work amid the “challenges” he has faced, he replied: “Oh yes, of course, it is my responsibility. But it is also helpful in certain instances, especially when things are crumbling all around.
“It’s weird to be able to escape, not into a character, but it is good to be able to inhabit a character, and as everything is in your toolbox — some of that stuff can be used as available stimulus. Which is great.
“So yeah. Everything has been … it has really, it just is. And on some level, it is gonna be around, that kind of thing. It’s like OJ [Simpson] or something. But hey, it just happened. That’s all.”

Madonna visits brother’s grave

OHMYGOSSIP — Madonna has made an emotional trip to her brother’s grave.
The 66-year-old singer’s sibling Christopher Ciccone passed away last month after battling cancer and on Friday (25.10.24), the ‘Material Girl’ hitmaker and her eldest daughter, 28-year-old Lourdes, made a trip to Calvary Cemetery in Kawkawlin, Michigan.
Madonna documented the trip on her Instagram Story, sharing a photo of Christopher’s green marble gravestone, which featured his name and the dates of his life.
She captioned the post: “Homecoming…………. (sic)”
The ‘Vogue’ singer also shared a photo of the red roses she left for her brother, a picture of Lourdes posing with the gravestone of her grandmother, Madonna Fortin Ciccone – who died in 1963 aged just 30 – and another image of her wearing a headscarf kneeling at her mom’s grave.
In another emotional clip, Madonna shared an old black and white video of Christopher looking over as she knelt at her mother’s burial site.
She captioned the post: “Life is a Circle.”
Madonna and Christopher were very close in her younger years and he worked closely with her on a number of her tours.
Christopher went from his sister’s backing dancer to her show designer and backstage dresser, and was the art director for her ‘Blonde Ambition’ world tour and tour director for ‘The Girlie Show’.
The pair fell out when Christopher released his 2008 best-selling book ‘Life With My Sister Madonna’ but they later reconciled and following his death, the ‘Beautiful Stranger’ singer paid a poignant tribute to her sibling.
She wrote on Instagram: “My brother Christopher is gone. He was the closest human to me for so long. Its hard to explain our bond.
“But it grew out of an understanding that we were different and society was going to give us a hard time for not following the status quo. We took each other‘s hands and we danced through the madness of our childhood. In fact dance was a kind of superglue that held us together …
“We defied the Roman Catholic Church, The Police, the Moral Majority and all Authority figures that got in the way of Artistic freedom! My brother was right by my side.
“He was a painter a poet and a visionary. I admired him. He had impeccable taste. And a sharp tongue, Which he sometimes used against me but I always forgave him. We soared the highest heights together And floundered in the lowest lows … ”
She concluded: “The last few years have not been easy. We did not speak for sometime but When my brother got sick. We found our way back to each other. I did my best to keep him alive as long as possible.
“He was in so much pain towards the end. Once again, we held hands We closed our eyes and we danced. Together. I’m glad he’s not suffering anymore. There will never be anyone like him. I know he’s dancing somewhere.”

‘He’s better looking, he’s a better actor, he’s younger, he’s taller’: Cillian Murphy’s friends warn he’ll be upstaged by his own son

OHMYGOSSIP — Cillian Murphy’s friends have warned his career is under threat because of his own son.
The ‘Oppenheimer’ actor – who has Malachy, 19, and Aran, 17, with wife Yvonne McGuinness – admitted his younger child is already “really good” and though next year he will appear in an adaptation of ‘Klara and the Sun’, he insisted the teenager has the talent to prove he isn’t just a nepo baby.
Cillian told Telegraph magazine: “It may not be the thing he does, but he’s really good at it.
“One of my friends saw him in a play and said, ‘Cill, he’s better looking, he’s a better actor, he’s younger and he’s taller. You’re f***ed.’ We’ll see.
“People are smart enough to judge you on your talent. There’s no way any kid will get by on nepotism alone. Everyone in this business gets found out unless they’re good, and he’s a good little actor.”
However, the Oscar-winning star insisted he and his wife won’t be pressuring Aran to keep acting.
He added: “But we’re not putting him under any pressure. If he decides to become a musician or a poet or a farmer or a chef, that’s up to him.”
Cillian won a string of awards this year for his work on ‘Oppenheimer’ but he admitted he hasn’t properly processed his success yet because he’s worked relentlessly since then.
He said: “I haven’t properly reflected on it all. I went straight back to work. I don’t know if that was the correct thing to do or not, but I did.”
And now, the ‘Peaky Blinders’ actor is looking forward to some time off when he can in order to “live as a human being”, which he believes will only serve to make him a better actor.
He said: “Honestly, I just want to have a rest. I really enjoy being at home and not working. I enjoy going to the shop and walking the dog and watching movies. I haven’t been able to do that at all. My creative output gets used up very quickly.
“I think you need to live as a human being to portray a human being. The life I lived for part of this year was definitely not reality.”

Sophie Turner pays tribute to ‘angel pie’ Peregrine Pearson

OHMYGOSSIP — Sophie Turner has wished her “angel pie” boyfriend a happy birthday.
The ‘Game of Thrones’ actress shared a series of photos of herself and Peregrine Pearson having fun on various days out as she described him as “flirty and thriving” at the age of 30.
She wrote on Instagram: Happy Birthday my angel pie [pie and streamer emojis] 30, flirty and thriving [balloon emoji] (sic)”
The 28-year-old actress began dating the aristocrat last October before going Instagram official in January and making their official public debut as a couple a few weeks later.
Meanwhile, Sophie – who has Willa, four and Delphine, two, with ex-husband Joe Jonas – recently admitted she is tired of getting “shamed” for the decisions she makes as a working parent.
She told the Sunday Times Culture magazine: “There’s so much shame that comes with motherhood.
“You go to work, you’re shamed. If you don’t go to work, you’re shamed.”
Sophie filmed her latest TV drama ‘Joan’ in the wake of her split from Joe and she admitted portraying single mother and career criminal Joan Hannington in the true story gave her a “lot of strength”.
She said: “Joan changed me quite a lot. From utter desperation comes so much will and ambition.
“The series came around at a time in my life where I had to be ambitious and I had to have such strong will and fight against the forces. She gave me a lot of strength.”
Despite her lows in the wake of her marriage ending, Sophie is settling back into life in England and things are looking up.
She said: “I’m with my friends; I’m with my family; I’m eating good chocolate. I am thrilled.”
Meanwhile, despite being cast as Sansa Stark in ‘Game of Thrones’ when she was 14, Sophie wouldn’t want her daughters to act until they are much older.
She said: “I’d say to any parent if your child wants to get into the industry, wait until their frontal lobe has formed, which is 25.
“I would highly discourage them from getting into it before they can fully process what that means.”

Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes move in together

OHMYGOSSIP — Kelsea Ballerini has moved in with Chase Stokes.
The 31-year-old singer has been dating the ‘Outer Banks’ star for almost two years and with her new song ‘Baggage’ having lyrics about “keychains with same keys” and “moving in”, she’s confirmed they have taken their relationship to the next level.
Asked if the lyrics to the song mean she and Chase are living together, she told People magazine: “Oh, we’re unpacked, baby!”
Kelsea was previously married to Morgan Evans but they split in August 2022 and she admitted she was initially hesitant to date again because she felt like “damaged goods”.
She said: “I think for me, going into this next chapter of my life — and you hear this on ‘First Rodeo’ — at first I kind of felt very timid and very like, ‘Oh God, am I damaged goods?’
“And then with ‘Baggage,’ it’s kind of that juxtaposition of: what I am, who I am, and this is what I bring to the table, and I’m not going to apologize for the path that’s gotten me here. I’m proud of my journey and take it or leave it, but I hope that you’ll take it.”
The ‘Miss Me More’ hitmaker is “proud” she recognised that she was too quick to walk away from a relationship out of fear of getting hurt but she knows now it is better to “work through” the hard times.
She said: “One thing I’ve realised about myself is in any relationship in my life … as soon as something feels scary, like it could go wrong, my habit and my unhealthy pattern is to just be like, ‘Oh, I’m going to jump ship so I hurt myself and they don’t hurt me.’
“I’ve realised that that really doesn’t serve me, and sometimes the best thing that can happen for a friendship or a relationship or an opportunity is to have the hard conversations and work through a turmoil moment.
“When you come out on the other side of that, there’s so much beauty in that, and there’s so much mutual respect of that fight for each other. And I think that’s, in my personal life, a thing that I’m really proud of finally tackling.”

Snoop Dogg has smoke session monitor to stop people getting too high

OHMYGOSSIP — Snoop Dogg has a member of staff to stop people getting too high with him.
The 53-year-old star is famous for his advocacy of marijuana but tries to take precautions with his smoke sessions and has a monitor there who is ready to step in if he thinks people have consumed too much of the drug.
Appearing on ‘Watch What Happens Live’, host Andy Cohen asked Snoop who was the “lightest weight” smoker he’s ever lit up with but the ‘Gin and Juice’ didn’t have an immediate answer, so asked the presenter to smoke with him and see if he could be added to the list.
Andy said: “I have joined you, and I did okay!
“Snoop has a guy with him when he gets you high who kinda says, ‘Hey, stop.’ ”
His famous guest nodded in agreement.
The rapper previously admitted he hires a professional blunt roller, Renegade Piranha, to roll his joints for him.
When asked why they were employed, Snoop told DJ Howard Stern: “Timing. That motherf*****’s timing is impeccable. That’s his job, his occupation. On his resume, it says, ‘What do you do?’ ‘I’m a blunt roller. P-B-R, professional blunt roller.’ ”
The star went on to reveal the blunt roller gets plenty of other perks on top of the salary, adding: “[The salary is] somewhere between $40,000 and $50,000 a year. Free weed – all paid expenses. Everything I get, he gets. I go get some free clothes, I give him some.”
But months later, he revealed Renegade had had a pay rise.
He made the admission in response to a post on Twitter by Uberfacts which stated: “Snoop Dogg employs a full-time blunt roller who makes between $40,000 and $50,000 a year.”
The hip-hop star responded: “Inflation. Their salary went up!!”

Ric Flair mourns stepson

OHMYGOSSIP — Ric Flair’s stepson has taken his own life.
The former WWE star is mourning the loss of Sebastian Kidder, the son of his estranged wife Wendy Barlow, after the 24-year-old musician died by suicide on Saturday (26.10.24).
Wendy confirmed the tragic news to TMZ.
She said: “I am devastated and shocked. This is an epidemic with your young men and mental health.”
According to the outlet, police are currently investigating after Sebastian passed away from a gunshot wound at the family’s home in Georgia.
He had shared his final social media post just hours before his death, posting a series of photos in which he could be seen holding a guitar in a recording studio.
The 75-year-old wrestling legend has yet to comment on the tragedy.
Sebastian had appeared in a number of TV and film projects over the years and released his debut album, ‘Under The Moon’, under his first name.
Ric was supportive of the release and shared a clip of his stepson’s first music video on Instagram in June.
He wrote at the time: “Congratulations @sebastianonthemic On The Release Of Your First Music Video.”
Sebastian’s death comes just a few weeks after Ric and Wendy, 64, announced they were separating after 13 years together.
In an emotional statement on Instagram, Ric wrote: “Wendy and I enjoyed 13 great years. As with every couple, we have experienced our ups and downs.
“I think it’s important for everyone to know right now that we have decided to part ways respectfully.”
The Nature Boy thanked Wendy – who he married in 2018 – for supporting him over the years, particularly during his “terrible” health crisis, which saw him placed in a medically-induced coma for 11 days after being diagnosed with the early stages of kidney failure and congestive heart failure due to years of alcohol abuse.
He continued: “I’ll never be able to thank her enough for standing by my side through my terrible health crisis in 2018. She never left my side! And for that I will always be grateful!
“We both are working on different projects at the current time and it becomes difficult with my schedule and her schedule to make this work.
“I wish her the best of luck with her projects and I know that she supports mine.”
Wendy – who was Ric’s fifth wife after marriages to Leslie Goodman, Elizabeth Harrell, Tiffany VanDemark and Jaqueline Beems – first met the wrestling legend around 40 years ago when they both worked for World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
She even played his valet Fifi – a French maid character – at some events, and they started dating decades later.
They previously broke up in 2022, but reconciled a few months later.
Wendy also has three daughters from a previous relationship, while Ric is dad to David and Meghan from his marriage to Leslie and Charlotte with Elizabeth. He and his second wife also had a son named Reid, who died in 2013.

Luke Evans feared he’d ‘die at Armageddon’ because of his sexuality

OHMYGOSSIP — Luke Evans’ faith made him think being gay would be a “death sentence”.
The ‘Beauty and the Beast’ actor was raised a Jehovah’s Witness and was baptised at the age of 13 as he saw it as his final chance at salvation while struggling to come to terms with his sexuality and the church’s belief that those who were attracted to the same sex would “die at Armageddon”.
He told The Guardian newspaper about his baptism: “I thought maybe by doing that, the rest would disappear. I was so confused, and I had no one to talk to. The only thing I could talk about to people I knew was the religion. It consumed our conversation.
“I thought, well, focus on something else and hope the other thing goes away. This could take me away from my thoughts; the bad things.
“Every night in the congregation they read scriptures saying terrible things about the way I was feeling and who I was possibly turning into.
“All that was in my head was: if I don’t sort this out, I’m going to lose my mum and dad. I’m going to lose everything I’ve ever known and I’m also going to die at Armageddon, so I’m giving myself a death sentence unless I sort his out.”
The 45-year-old actor was more scared of being disowned by his parents than losing his life because of his sexuality.
He said: “The only thing that mattered to me was my mam and dad. I didn’t really care about the dying bit once I realised who I was and what I needed to do to be who I was.
“To be happy, there was only one route I could take, and my only worry was that I’d lose Mam and Dad in the small period I had before Armageddon came. I had to make this decision: either you keep lying and live this life that is making you very unhappy or you take the risk and hope they don’t cut you off and pretend that you are dead.”
When working in musical theatre in his early 20s, Luke had discussed his sexuality with The Advocate and the interview was highlighted to church elders, who called him to warn he would be kicked out if he was a “practising homosexual”.
And while he was relieved to be thrown out of the church, the ‘Nine Perfect Strangers’ star still found it “painful” because his parents would have been in the congregation when the announcement of his expulsion was made.
Asked if it was a relief to be disfellowshipped, he said: “Yes, but it was painful, because I knew my mam and dad were sitting in that Kingdom Hall surrounded by people that knew them and knew me until I was 16. It must have been a horrible moment for them. I think they just went home, hugged each other and got through it.”

Billy Crystal appeals for return of When Harry Met Sally sweater

OHMYGOSSIP — Billy Crystal accidentally gave away his iconic ‘When Harry Met Sally’ sweater.
The 76-year-old star admitted he took “a lot” of his character’s wardrobe from the set of the 1989 romantic comedy but he has managed to lose the white woolly knitwear as he thinks he mistakenly donated it to UCLA’s drama department along with a number of other items he felt they could use for costumes.
He told People magazine: “I got a lot [of clothes from set]. I’m a little bit of a clothes horse. The one I don’t have is that sweater, and I had it for years, the one from ‘Harry and Sally’ — the real one.”
Asked what he thinks happened to it, he added: “I made a donation. I believe it was to UCLA’s theatre department with tons of clothes for costumes. I have a feeling it’s there. I’ve racked my brain as I’ve seen other people — you’ve seen them on social media wearing a sweater, doing the pose that is from that scene. I wish I had that sweater.”
The ‘City Slickers’ star made an appeal to the university in the hope of getting his sweater back.
He added: “UCLA, if you’re watching, maybe would you check the archives and see if it’s in the wardrobe department?”
Billy recently reflected on the enduring appeal of the movie and how so many people still view him and co-star Meg Ryan as a couple.
He said: “We were thrown together by [director Rob Reiner and screenwriter Nora Ephron], chosen to be this couple and you never know — almost 35 years later, we’re still a couple to everybody.
“As you get further along and new generations see this movie and feel it and watch it over and over again on Valentine’s Day, on New Year’s Eve, whatever it is.
“You know, people fall in love every day, and people fall out of love every day. This movie is an evergreen that way. It’s a beautiful thing.”

Angelina Jolie feels lonely

OHMYGOSSIP — Angelina Jolie feels lonely because of her dedication to her work.
The 49-year-old actress portrays late opera singer Maria Callas in new biopic ‘Maria’ and she feels they have a “certain loneliness” in common, which comes from a strong commitment to their careers.
She told People magazine about their shared traits: “I don’t want to speak too much about it because it’s too personal, but there’s definitely a loneliness and a work ethic,” she says of her connection to Callas. “I may be many things, but I’m a very hard worker, right?
“I’m an imperfect person, but I work very hard and she does.”
And Angelina doesn’t know if she or Callas would see themselves “as anything but a performer and a worker who has a job to do,” and thinks they are both “probably very hard on ourselves.”
The Oscar-winning star – who has six children with ex-husband Brad Pitt – previously admitted immersing herself in opera training for the movie was the “therapy” she didn’t realise she needed.
Speaking to WSJ. magazine, she said: “Pablo (Larraín, director) expected me to learn, to really sing… to understand and study opera, to immerse completely and do the work.
“But it was much more than that, it was to understand Maria Callas and be able to play the character.
“I had no idea how much I was holding in and not letting out. So, the challenge wasn’t the technical, it was an emotional experience to find my voice, to be in my body, to express.
“You have to give every single part of yourself… everything that you’ve got.”
The ‘Maleficent’ star spent “months” working on her vocals.
She previously said at the Telluride Film Festival: “I had seven months of opera classes, great teachers and Italian classes, and a supportive team that were going to help me.”
Despite this, Angelina still felt anxious about singing when the time came to do it.
She said: “I was so nervous that morning I was out of my mind.”

Meryl Streep grateful for ‘chance’ to have on-screen romance in her 70s

OHMYGOSSIP — Meryl Streep had “tears in her eyes” as she thanked ‘Only Murders in the Building’ showrunner John Hoffman for giving her the opportunity to act out romantic scenes at her age.
The 75-year-old actress’ character Loretta Durkin made her debut in season three of the hit Hulu show and enjoys a romance with 74-year-old Martin Short‘s alter ego Oliver Putnam, and, according to the executive producer, the ‘Devil Wears Prada’ star didn’t think she would ever get the “chance” to have an on-screen romance in her 70s.
Speaking to Decider, John recalled: “I remember one night we were shooting on the ferry in Episode 5 of Season 3. We shot until about 2 in the morning on the most gorgeous night in Manhattan.
“I got off to gangplank there and Meryl was waiting and she had tears in her eyes and she said, ‘I just had to wait here for you to get off the boat to say thank you.’ And I was like, ‘What?’ and she said, ‘I just got to play a scene I really thought that the likes of which I wouldn’t have a chance to do. To play romantic scenes at this age with this band in this way, it’s just the greatest thing ever.’”
The screenwriter went on to praise the pair for the “magic” they “create together”.
He continued: “And I felt, of course, like the luckiest guy in the world to have her anywhere near a set that I was near. So that felt like one of the most gratifying things. And I kept on thinking like, ‘I hope the world falls in love with this couple the way we all are.’ And that is so due to the magic that they create together.”
The season four finale airs on October 29, and it’s anticipated that the couple will walk down the aisle.
John added of their special spark: “You know, it is one of the most unexpected turns, but I remember thinking, like ‘God’.
“As I got to know Meryl, as I’ve known Marty and as I watched the two of them work together in Season 3, I just — it was unbelievable. We were laughing our heads off and they just delighted in each other on screen, off screen in every way.”

Dolly Parton makes rare comment about her marriage and reveals why she has always kept it ‘private’

OHMYGOSSIP — Dolly Parton has always wanted to keep her marriage private.
The 78-year-old country music legend has been married to Carl Thomas Dean, 82, since 1966 and despite her huge career in entertainment, he has remained largely out of the public eye and she believes their longevity is because they have “always enjoyed” being with each other.
She told Britain’s HELLO! magazine: “My husband and I have always enjoyed each other. I love to do stuff with him; we have a little RV and like to travel around, especially in Tennessee – we love to get out just for the weekend or day trips. We’ve been all over the country in it.
“He’s never liked going out to dinner and all that stuff. And although I love to go out with friends to a nice dinner and have fun, it just felt natural to me to keep my life private.”
The ‘Jolene’ hitmaker grew up as one of 12 siblings in rural Tennessee and while she has no children of her own, the family is still as “tight-knit” as ever and she loves being able to throw gatherings for them at her large house.
She said: “We’re a tight-knit family and like to have fun. I have a big house – and several big tables – and in my house we can entertain anywhere..”
Meanwhile, the ‘9 to 5’ star has recently branched out into the wine business with the launch of her Dolly Wines company and noted how she has “learned a lot about” viticulture in the process.
She said: “I identify with the sparkling wine! I’m learning a lot about wine now that I’m in the wine business. They’re trying to teach me how to be a little more of a connoisseur than I am. The prosecco is made in Italy, the rose is from France. For years people were telling me I should have my own wine, and I guess my music has led me to a place where I could. I’m very proud and excited about it.”

Britney Spears shares post about ‘finding her soul’ in nature as she reveals regular fights with ex

OHMYGOSSIP — Britney Spears has “found her soul” in nature.
The 42-year-old pop superstar posted a new video to her social media from an unnamed location and noted that while she loves being there alone so she could meditate, she always ended up arguing with her former partner whenever they were there.
On Sunday (27.10.24) night, she wrote on Instagram: “There’s something about this exotic place … No matter how many times I come here, it feels like the first time !!! The way Mother Nature speaks to me !!! Alone !!! Meditation and prayer speaks volumes !!! A video I took outside had birds singing and the song was so loud !!! Ok, maybe I just found my soul here !!! I will be honest, there’s a courtyard with flowers and a small gate and a little koi pond with a stained glass entrance door before you walk in that reminds me of OLD SCHOOL CHURCH !!! Which sometimes has a deeper meaning and feeling !!! I’m honestly not ashamed to say this, but whenever me and my ex would come here, we fought … Not one time did I sleep in bed with him !!! (sic)”
The ‘…Baby One More Time’ hitmaker – who regained control of her multimillion-dollar fortune and various aspects of her life when a conservatorship that had been governed by her family was terminated in 2021 – married actor Sam Asghari, 30, in 2022 but they split after just over a year together.
She is now thought to be dating Paul Soliz but was initially married to childhood friend Jason Alexander for a period of 55 hours in 2004, then married backing dancer Kevin Federline – with whom she has Sean, 19, and 18-year-old Jaden – later that same year but they split in 2007.
She added: “I got a pillow and would sleep outside … I like the sound of the fountain outside !!! I wanted to whisper the secrets of the universe … I’ve stayed inside a lot this trip because it’s insanely hot !!! But think I might just sleep in the baby courtyard tonight.”
