OHMYGOSSIP — Ian Somerhalder considers his acting career to be “in the rearview mirror”.
The 45-year-old star and his wife Nikki Reed previously turned their backs on Hollywood in order to pursue a life of farming, and Ian has now insisted that he doesn’t have any intention of returning to the entertainment industry.
Speaking about his acting career, Ian told PEOPLE: “I think it’s in the rearview mirror. I do.”
Ian suggested that he and his wife after currently too busy looking after their children and building their business interests to even consider returning to Hollywood.
Ian – who has Bodhi, six, and a 16-month-old son with Nikki – said: “I just don’t know how the hell we would ever make a TV show. We’re building three companies at the same time, raising kids.”
Ian previously explained that he stepped back from Hollywood because he wanted to focus on his family life.
The retired actor told PEOPLE: “I say this in all humility, in all respect, but I would much rather do this than go spend two months in some city, shooting a TV show away from my family or transporting my family back and forth.
“Once you reach a certain level, you’re like, ‘Okay, I want to focus on family and the future of farming and food and energy and the big things.'”
Ian – who has been married to Nikki since 2015 – also insisted that he isn’t at all motivated by fame or personal accolades.
Ian – who played Boone Carlyle on the hit TV series ‘Lost’ – said: “I don’t need to chase awards and anything that would make me feel better about myself.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Meghan, Duchess of Sussex would “love” to appear on a ‘Suits’ podcast.
The 43-year-old royal played Rachel Zane for seven seasons on the TV legal drama, and Patrick J. Adams – her former co-star – has now revealed that the duchess is open to making an appearance on ‘Sidebar: A Suits Watch Podcast’.
Patrick, 43 – who played Mike Ross on the hit TV show – said on ‘TODAY’: “When we first decided to do the podcast, we wanted to reach out to everybody to say what our intentions were, why we were doing it, what we were not interested in doing [which was] gossiping or telling anyone else’s story.”
Patrick claimed that the duchess has already expressed her interest in joining the show.
He shared: “Meghan was one of the first to respond with a lovely text message, saying that she’d love to come and help in any way possible.”
Despite this, Patrick is keen to build and develop the show before bringing lots of guests onboard.
The actor said: “I think the onus is on us to build a podcast that is good and successful [that] people are listening to and find our rhythm. Then we’re gonna bring people onto it so they feel safe to tell their story.”
Earlier this year, Patrick acknowledged that the duchess “leads a very different life now”.
The actor also admitted that he rarely speaks to his former co-star these days.
He said on Reddit: “We are not really in touch. She leads a very different life now for obvious and important reasons.
“[But] upon hearing about the podcast, I got a lovely text, saying how excited she was for us and asking how she could help in anyway.
“It is so lovely to still have that kind of support and friendship after so many years apart. (sic)”

The 49-year-old star received the title back in 2011, and according to his close friend Dax Shepard, Bradley initially thought the magazine was “pulling a prank” on him.
Dax, 49 – who is married to actress Kristen Bell – said on the ‘Armchair Expert’ podcast: “He genuinely thought when he was named Sexiest Man Alive that it was a bit – that PEOPLE magazine was pulling a prank. He thought they were f****** with him.
“I’m like, ‘You handsome son of a b****. You have no idea how horny everybody is for you.’”
Dax believes Bradley is proof that even the rich and famous suffer from insecurities.

The 34-year-old actor starred alongside Toni, 51, in the 2002 comedy-drama film ‘About a Boy’, and Nicholas still has fond memories of working with the acclaimed actress.
Nicholas – who reunited with Toni to shoot ‘Juror #2’ – told ‘Extra’: “I was thrilled. I mean, getting to work with Toni as a kid when I was 11 … I mean, she just set such a wonderful example for me then and took such great care of me.

The 41-year-old director and Lily, 35, tied the knot in 2021, and Charlie has revealed that they would love to have a baby together.
Asked if they can see themselves having a child together, Charlie told E! News: “We would like to. We would like to move into that next stage, so we’ll see when it happens!”
The loved-up couple recently worked together on the drama film ‘The Summer Book’, and Charlie appreciated having his wife’s support throughout the movie-making process.

The WWE legend sent a heartfelt message to his estranged wife Wendy Barlow and her former partner Paul Kidder following the musician’s suicide over the weekend and urged them to learn the lessons he had from the death of his own son Reid in 2013 by not “blaming” themselves for the tragedy.
Ric wrote on X along with a photo of himself and Sebastian: “I have spent hours wondering what to say. After hearing the news of Sebastian’s passing, I can only imagine what Wendy + Paul are going through having lost a son approximately the same age in 2013.
“I know the pain of your loss will be with you the rest of your life.
“I still every day of my life think about Reid as you will continue to think about Sebastian.
“You can’t blame yourselves as I blamed myself for making Reid my best friend instead of being a good parent. Sometimes we get so close to our kids, we forget that they need us in so many different ways.”
The 75-year-old star – who was placed in a medically-induced coma for 11 days in 2017 after being diagnosed with the early stages of kidney failure and congestive heart failure due to years of alcohol abuse – went on to reflect on the “great memories” he had with “unselfish” Sebastian and praised the young musician as a “huge success”.
He continued: “I’m so thankful for the time I had with Sebastian. I have so many great memories + bonding time with him as he grew up! He stood tall by his mother along with the whole family- Sophia, Paris, and Summer, while I was dying.
“He was so unselfish sharing his mother with me as I was dying. And also, at the passing of my son Reid.
“He was multi-talented + in everybody’s eyes a huge success and will always be remembered that way. I’m so sorry!

Wendy confirmed the tragic news to TMZ on Sunday (27.10.24).
She said: “I am devastated and shocked. This is an epidemic with your young men and mental health.”
According to the outlet, police are investigating after Sebastian passed away from a gunshot wound at the family’s home in Georgia.

The 26-year-old singer has previously dated the likes of Camila Cabello and Sabrina Carpenter, but admitted he “doesn’t really know” his sexual orientation and finds it “scary” trying to work out his feelings under so much public scrutiny.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kanye West has splashed out $35 million on a new home.
The ‘Stronger’ rapper – who has children North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and five-year-old Psalm with ex-wife Kim Kardashian – has bought an 11-bedroom, 18-bathroom property in Beverly Park North, a gated community in Beverly Hills, in an off-market deal.
According to TMZ, who have viewed property records relating to the purchase, the 20,000 sq ft abode is set on nearly seven acres of land and features an entertainment pavilion connected to the main house, a paddle tennis court, and a pool area with cascading waterfalls, separate pools for swimming laps or just taking a dip, and a pool house and gazebo.
It seems the property was a bargain because another home in the community – where the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington and Sir Rod Stewart have lived over the years – recently sold for $44 million.
The 47-year-old rapper’s new purchase comes after the star – who is married to Bianca Censori – sold his Malibu mansion at a $36 million loss.
The Tadao Ando-designed property was snapped up by California-based real estate crowdfunding firm Belwood Investments and the firm recently slammed Kanye’s “dumb” renovation project.
CEO Bo Belmont told the Los Angeles Times: “That was a really dumb move. Really no purpose.
“He single-handedly destroyed this architectural masterpiece. My goal is to make it as though Kanye was never there. The house will be restored right back to what it was.”
Kanye removed the windows, doors, electricity and plumbing in the house and had plans to turn the stairs into a slide, the floor into trampolines and camouflage the outside of the house.
Belmont added: “It would have required extensive review… There’s a process to it and he does things his own way, and the city of Malibu, they don’t care who you are they’ll hold you accountable.”
Speaking previously about the purchase, he said in a statement: “This is not just a phenomenal real estate investment; it is an opportunity to revitalise and preserve an architectural gem by the renowned Tadao Ando, ensuring it remains a jewel of Malibu.
“This acquisition exemplifies Belwood Investments’ commitment to transforming properties with historical and architectural significance while delivering exceptional returns for our investors.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zachary Levi was warned his endorsement of Donald Trump could make things “difficult” for his career.
The ‘Shazam’ actor appeared at a Republican rally in Michigan last month when he backed controversial former president, who previously held office from 2017-2021, to re-enter the White House after his preferred candidate, Robert F. Kennedy dropped out of the race.
And while Zachary admitted his team advised the move could backfire, they ultimately pledged to support him in speaking out about the election.
Speaking on ‘The Megyn Kelly Show’ on SiriusXM, he said: “I like to think things through… I talked to my team and said I’d been invited to do this thing, it will essentially be an endorsement of Donald Trump…
“And to their credit, all of them said, ‘We will support you in whatever you feel like you need to do. We’re not going to tell you not to. We’ll tell you that it might make this more difficult for us and for you. So, you know, weigh that as you need to. But we will support you as a human being’, because they know me and they know my heart, and they know that I care.”
But the 44-year-old star claimed he has already been approached by “lots” of people in the movie industry who have privately reassured him his political views won’t affect their willingness to hire him.
He added: “I’m in a really solid place in my career. I hope I will continue to be…
“And I also, for what it’s worth, have already been approached by lots of other people, though they have to remain silent, have come to me and said, I will hire you all day long. Like, don’t worry about it, you’ll work. So I’m not worried about that.”
Even if he did see acting work falter, Zachary isn’t too concerned as there are other ventures he’d like to pursue.

OHMYGOSSIP — Katie Price is convinced her former home in West Sussex is “haunted” and “cursed” because she had nothing but “bad luck” after moving in.
The former glamour model – who was declared bankrupt for a second time in March – bought the property which she nicknamed her ‘Mucky Mansion’ back in 2014 from Conservative Party politician Francis Maude for a reported £1.35m but she left for good earlier this year after being served with an eviction notice – and Katie is adamant she’s glad to finally be free of the house.
During an appearance on ‘The Louis Theroux Podcast’, Katie revealed she recently went back to visit the property and it left her with an uneasy feeling. She explained: “As soon as I get there, it’s like noise, like get me out of this place … I just can’t bear being in that house.
“It’s haunted for one, genuinely is haunted, and you know when you walk in a place and it just feels heavy on you. I think that house is cursed.”
She added: “I’ve had nothing but dramas, trouble and bad luck in that house. And now in the new house it’s like … new lease of life. I have had dramas in that [old] house, it’s not even a joke I genuinely have. I go back there andI look outside and it just looks sad. The house just looks sad.”
When host Louis Theroux insisted she must have had some good times in the house, Katie replied: “Not really no.”
Katie previously explained she was left with no choice but to leave her mansion because trespassers made a huge mess on her land and she didn’t want to pay the huge bill to clear it up.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper, Katie said: “The eviction came from a guy who flip tipped on my land and the council and the mortgage people gave me two years to clear the fly-tipping.
“It would have cost me £800,000 to do it and it was a police investigation and I thought ‘do you know what, I don’t want to do it, it’s not going to add value to the house’.
“So it was a question of, I can either give the keys back and they can sell the house and whatever they sell it for at the market value then I get what’s left.”

The late royal – who died in a car crash in 1997 at the age of 36 – was mother to Prince William, 42, and Prince Harry, 40, from her former marriage to now-King Charles, and her eldest has now revealed how she would try to answer his questions about those forced to sleep rough.
Speaking in new ITV documentary ‘Prince William: We Can End Homelessness’, he explained: “When you are that small you are just curious and trying to work out what’s going on. You ask the question ‘why are they sitting there?’ My mother would talk to us a bit about why they were there and it definitely made a really big impact.”
The heir to the throne previously admitted that he thinks it is “really important” to “challenge the narrative around homelessness”.
The Prince of Wales – who is married to Catherine, Princess of Wales and has Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, nine, and six-year-old Prince Louis with her – is passionate about his Homewards initiative, which is setting out to end homelessness in the UK, and a new documentary is set to shine a light on the work he is doing with the project.
William and Catherine’s ‘ X account recently shared a preview clip from the documentary in which the prince said: “I think it’s really important that we can try and change and tackle the narrative around homelessness.
“We see it every day in our lives. That’s something I want to challenge.”
The documentary will showcase the work William has done with Homewards and also see him meet with a man who used to be homeless, as well as a fire chief.
Director Leo Burley previously said of the two-part film: “Over the past year, we have spent time following Prince William and The Royal Foundation through the first year of the Homewards program.

When the prince launched Homewards in June 2023, it was revealed the initiative would provide £3.8 million to six different locations as part of William’s dream to end homelessness.
He said in a statement at the time: “In a modern and progressive society, everyone should have a safe and secure home, be treated with dignity and given the support they need.
“Through Homewards, I want to make this a reality and over the next five years, give people across the UK hope that homelessness can be prevented when we collaborate.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Netflix has delayed the release of a talent show featuring Liam Payne.
The former One Direction star – who died earlier this month at the age of 31 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires – finished filming on ‘Building The Band’ for the streaming giant just months before his tragic passing, and while the launch of the series has “definitely not been shelved”, the corporation will meet with his family to discuss a potential release at some point in the future.
A source told The Sun on Sunday newspaper’s Bizarre column: “It is too soon to make a decision, but the show has definitely not been shelved.
“Filming was completed at the end of summer.
“Netflix will sit down with Liam’s family when the time is right to speak about the series and when it could be released.”
The insider noted that the death of the ‘Teardrops’ singer has left everyone “devastated” at the company, and they have decided that there is “no pressure” to release the series just yet but are hoping that it will become a “beautiful tribute” to the star when it does come out.
“Everyone involved is devastated and their heart goes out to his family. There is no rush or pressure to release the series.
“It would simply be a beautiful tribute to Liam and capture him at his best in the months before his death.”
On the show, Liam served as a mentor alongside Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger – who initially chose him to be a part of One Direction on the UK version of ‘The X Factor’ in 2010 – and Destiny’s Child star Kelly Rowland as they oversaw 50 wannabe stars compete for the chance to be in a band.
Liam shot to fame alongside Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik and they went on to achieve global chart-topping success as the world’s first billion-dollar boyband.
The group went on hiatus in 2016 and Liam went on to have son Bear, seven, with his former partner Cheryl and enjoyed a solo career with his hit single ‘Strip That Down’ and his only album ‘LP1’.
He had travelled to Buenos Aires with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy to see his former bandmate Niall perform in the city, but they decided to stay for a couple of weeks and she left just days before his death.
Just over 24 hours after the tragedy, the ‘What Makes You Beautiful’ singers released a joint statement, admitting to being “devastated by the news of Liam’s passing”.
They said: “We’re completely devastated by the news of Liam’s passing. In time, and when everyone is able to, there will be more to say.
“But for now, we will take some time to grieve and process the loss of our brother, who we loved dearly.
“The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever. For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends, and the fans who loved him alongside us.
“We will miss him terribly. We love you Liam. – Louis, Zayn, Niall and Harry. (sic)”
