OHMYGOSSIP — Cardi B has threatened to sue Nicki Minaj for “defamation of character”.
The 26-year-old rapper has been locked in a feud with the ‘Chun-Li’ hitmaker for several months and hours after Nicki called for them to draw a line under their differences on her Beats 1 radio show, Cardi hit out at her on Instagram.
Cardi said in one of 10 video posts: “How you say that I was the wild animal, that I attacked you, that you was mortified, that you was humiliated, playing the victim but now you the gangsta. You need to pick a side.
“Do you want to be the victim or do you want to be the gangsta. You lie so much, you can’t even keep up with your f***ing lies.”
Among the “lies” the ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper was referring to was Nicki’s allegation her rival had “built her career of sympathy and Payola”.
She said in another video: “Since you want to talk about suing, maybe I should sue you for defamation of character since you want to claim that I’m using something illegal called Payola for being so f***ing successful,” Cardi said in the fourth of 10 videos.
Cardi also shared screenshots of her call log, revealing her attempts to call Nicki, complete with the ‘Starships’ rapper’s phone number, after her own number was leaked, allegedly by people connected to her rival.
She said in another clip: “Let’s talk about the leaked numbers s**t. Tell me if this don’t make sense, How come my phone number got leaked one hour after the altercation at the Harper’s Bazaar party?”
The ‘I Like It’ hitmaker ended her tirade with a call for Nicki to “link up” with her to resolve their differences – or have another fight.
She said: “You say you’re tired of talking about it. I’m tired of talking about it too. I’m tired of the whole internet s**t. I’m tired of the interview s**t. If you really want to talk about it, you know where to link me, we could always link up.
“We can talk about it or we can fight it out. I’m with whatever. But I’m sick and tired of that back and forth s**t. I’m not doing it. I’m in a good space right now. Let me know what’s up.
“What you need to do is stop focusing on other people and focus on yourself and focus on your craft because you’re out here f***ing up your legacy, looking like a f***ing hater.”
On her show, while 35-year-old Nicki called for an end to the fued, she also slammed her rival for making her “look like a bad person”, after her sister Hennessey accused the ‘Super Bass’ hitmaker of leaking Cardi’s phone number.
And she also alleged that her close pal has Rah Ali “really beat Cardi’s ass”.

OHMYGOSSIP — James McAvoy narrowly avoided being scammed out of £10,000.
The ‘Split’ actor – who has son Brendan, eight, with estranged wife Anne-Marie Duff – has issued a warning to fans after being convinced by a fake website for the Ritz-Carlton, Abama, in Spain while trying to book a family holiday.
He said in a video posted to Instagram: “Hello, there! I’m James McAvoy. I have just avoided being scammed through a cyber scamming scheme online and I’m just making this video to draw your attention to it.”
He explained how he had found a site that was “actually better” than the hotel’s genuine website, showing off a photo of the one he visited.
He said: “Don’t use them. They nearly took 10 grand off of me, which is a ton of money. Some guy called Joaquin emailing me back and forth, [I] nearly made a bank transfer. Very convincing.
“Their website is actually better than the Ritz-Carlton’s website. It’s extremely convincing, replete with a phone number, stuff like that. Just very, very convincing.”
The 39-year-old actor explained in a second video he had filled out a booking form and was later asked to “make a payment via a bank transfer after sending them a picture” of his passport.
He added: “That’s something that I’ve done before in the past which seems legit.
“Paying by bank transfer instead of credit card or check actually seems like a safer way to do it. You also get a 10 percent discount, they say by doing a bank transfer. Again, more incentive to get excited about it.”
But James decided to get the deal double-checked as it seemed “too good to be true”.
He admitted: “I just thought the deal seemed too good to be true so I double-checked it with a travel agent and it was, of course, a tenth of the price that it should be. So I’m not going on that holiday!”
The former ‘Shameless’ actor confirmed he had alerted the hotel to what had happened, and said: “They know now.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Carey Mulligan thinks Hollywood is “limiting” for parents.
The ‘Great Gatsby’ star says it is difficult for moms and dads to film for movies as childcare is expensive and she has called for there to be childcare provided on set.
She told Radio Times: “It’s incredibly difficult. Childcare is so expensive. I’ve never, ever been on a set where they have childcare. But I’ve been on lots of sets where lots of people have very young children. [If there was childcare,] it would make it possible for a lot of talented people to come and do their job. At the moment, it’s limiting.”
The 33-year-old actress – who has two children with her husband Marcus Mumford -previously revealed she wants to see women “fail” in movies and is constantly searching for projects that feature “realistic portrayals of women”.
She said: “It is so rare to see a woman allowed to fail on screen. Women are censored. I have worked on jobs before where my character, originally in the novel or in the original script, has behaved in a way that is morally objectionable or unpleasant and we have played those scenes on set, we have acted them, and then when it’s come to the edit they have been cut out. And I have asked why they’ve gone and been told, ‘The audience really doesn’t like it when she’s not very nice.’ And I think that’s such a misconception. I don’t think that’s true. Unless we show someone’s flaws, we are not showing a full person. When women are on screen, often if they make mistakes or they are failing, they are the villain.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Zara Larsson has teamed up with Durex to urge people to “give a f**k” about AIDS.
The 20-year-old singer is fronting the new campaign launched by the sexual well-being Durex in partnership with AIDS awareness organisation (RED), which encourages people to start caring about the deadly disease.
Durex and (RED) have joined forces to create a special limited edition condom, and funds raised from sales will go towards a programme in South Africa, where it is estimated that 7.2 million people are currently living with HIV and AIDS.
The “give a f**k” campaign urges people to purchase a condom in order to “have sex and save lives”, with money going toward helping programmes such as the ‘Keeping Girls in School’ programme, which aims to reduce new HIV infections and pregnancies among young women through encouraging girls to stay in education and improving access to sexual health and reproductive services.
Zara said: “For the first time ever, you can literally ‘Have Sex and Save Lives’. It is empowering that we can all help to protect ourselves by having safe sex, and at the same time, join the fight to end AIDS through helping girls in South Africa who really need our support. Every two minutes an adolescent around the world is infected with HIV and it’s so important that my generation use their voices to encourage others to ‘give a f**k’ to stop this happening.”
As part of the campaign, Durex will make a minimum donation of $5m to The Global Fund, whilst the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will match Durex’s contribution, taking the total to a minimum of $10 million.
‘Lush Life’ singer Zara is joined in the launch of the campaign by other stars including actress Thandie Newton, YouTuber Tyler Oakley, actor Christian Navarro, and Broadway star Javier Muñoz in a provocative short film, which encourages viewers to ‘give a f**k’ about AIDS by sharing online using #GAF.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian West and her sisters all “loved” their Victoria’s Secret Halloween costumes.
The 38-year-old reality star and her siblings Kourtney Kardashian, 39, Khloe Kardashian, 34, Kendall Jenner, 22 and Kylie Jenner, 21, all donned wings to be VS Angels for the annual holiday and Kim admits there were all on board for the theme.
Speaking to Refinery29, Kim said: “I wrote to my sisters a few months ago and was like, ‘Girls, let’s do a theme.’ I sent over a couple ideas, and I said, ‘We have to be Victoria’s Secret Angels.’ They all loved it.”
Kim was very grateful to Victoria’s Secret for sending her actual outfits from last year’s Fashion Show for her and her sisters to wear.
She added: “We called Victoria’s Secret, and those are the original wings and outfits of the girls on the runway from the previous year. They have been so great to us and sent us the real runway looks. It was such a special night, and it was so fun to do it all together.”
Model Kendall walked in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2016 and will be slipping into lingerie again for the company’s annual catwalk extravaganza in New York City this year.
After the fivesome stepped out in their outfits, Kim took to her Instagram to admit it was one of the most fun Halloween’s she’d ever had and joked that it was good practice for her little sister Kendall.

OHMYGOSSIP — Kate Mara is set to star in ‘Inheritance’.
The 35-year-old actress has joined the cast of the upcoming high-stakes thriller movie directed by Vaughn Stein, according to The Hollywood Reporter, who also announced actor Simon Pegg will star alongside the brunette beauty.
British filmmaker Stein is set to helm the project after having recently completed his directorial debut ‘Terminal’, which also starred Simon alongside Australian star Margot Robbie.
Matthew Kennedy is penning the script for the feature, and Richard B. Lewis is working as a producer through his Southpaw Entertainment banner with David Wulf of WulfPak Productions and Convergent Media’s Dan Reardon and Santosh Govindaraju.
UTA and Highland Film Group are co-repping US rights, with Highland Film Group handling foreign sales, which commenced this week at American Film Market (AFM).
Not much is known about the plot of the new movie yet, but it is said to explore what happens when the patriarch of a wealthy and powerful family suddenly passes away, leaving his wife and daughter with a shocking secret inheritance that threatens to unravel and destroy their lives.
As of the time of writing, it’s unknown which roles Kate and Simon will be playing in the production.
Meanwhile, Simon’s role in the thriller comes after he hinted in 2016 that he wanted to step back from “nerdy” film roles – such as his work in ‘Star Trek Beyond’ and ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ – in order to focus on more serious dramas.
He said: “I had an odd sense of ennui after I finished ‘Star Trek’. I got home and thought, ‘What do I want to do now?’
“I genuinely didn’t really know. I kind of felt that I’d ticked a lot of boxes. So I think I’m going to evolve, and maybe I’ll retire from nerddom.
“You know, I’m an old guy now and I don’t feel the draw towards childish things as much as I used to. I would like to do more, maybe branch away to do drama.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kurt Russell says life with Goldie Hawn is “spectacular”.
The 67-year-old actor has been in a relationship with Goldie – with whom he has 32-year-old Wyatt – for a whopping 35 years, and has said their romance was “destined” to be something special, despite sometimes having “issues” with their family.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘The Graham Norton Show’, Kurt – who also has 38-year-old son Boston with former wife Season Hubley – said: “It’s been spectacular and can’t believe that it was destined to be. At the same time, we live a normal life and have all the same issues that other people with four kids have.”
Despite only having one child together, the couple have four children in their family, as on top of Kurt’s other son, ‘Overboard’ star Goldie has son Oliver Hudson, 42, and daughter Kate Hudson, 39, from her marriage to Bill Hudson.
Elsewhere on the programme – which airs on Friday (02.11.18) – Kurt spoke about his upcoming role as Santa in ‘The Christmas Chronicles’, and said he was “thrilled” to be given the opportunity to play the bearded Christmas icon, because the festive season is a big deal in his family.
He said: “I was thrilled. Christmas is huge in our family and I was excited to have the opportunity to play an iconic character. I felt a great pressure to create a real Santa Claus. The film presents a very different Santa. It was a total blast.”
Kurt had to spend four months growing a beard for his role and was worried his partner wouldn’t approve after she dissed his facial hair in the past.
He added: “It was full on and took about four months to grow. Goldie hated the look I had for ‘The Hateful Eight’ – actually I hated it too – but she was much better with the big Santa beard.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Pete Davidson feels “embarrassed” by his split from Ariana Grande.
The 24-year-old comedian ended his engagement with the ‘No Tears Left to Cry’ hitmaker last month after popping the question less than a month into their romance – which began in May this year – and sources now say he’s been left red faced after the split because he’d been telling people “they would never break up”.
A source told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “His friends think he is embarrassed by the breakup and that he has to overcompensate by making jokes about their relationship, because, days before they split, he was saying they would never break up.”
Pete most recently joked about the whirlwind romance in a promotional clip for ‘Saturday Night Live’ which was released on Thursday (01.11.18), in which he appears alongside upcoming musical guest Maggie Rogers, to whom he introduces himself and then immediately asks if she wants to get married.
The funnyman also made light of his break-up during a comedy show, where he likened the pain of split to being “kicked in the d**k”.
He said: “[I feel like] a good guy that just keeps getting kicked in the d**k.
“It was like in a magazine like, ‘Was Pete Davidson stupid?’ And 93 percent of it said yes.

The ‘Mindy Project’ star has posted the first snap of her 10-month-old daughter, Katherine Swati, showing off their Halloween costumes – a mustard bottle for Mindy and a lion for her little girl.
She captioned the picture on Instagram: “Happy Halloween from this bottle of mustard and her little lion.”
Meanwhile, the 39-year-old actress previously admitted she feels “lucky” to be an older mother because she can “fit” her daughter into her work.
She said: “I’m really lucky because I get to create my own job opportunities. Because I do that, I can fit my daughter into my job. It’s a luxury most American women don’t have. It’s one of the nice things of having had my baby a little bit later in my career. I can be like, ‘Hey, I want a little area that I can have my daughter play because I want to check up on her at work.’ That is probably the biggest perk of my life: to involve my daughter so much in my career.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Joseph Gordon-Levitt was hospitalised after a bike accident on the set of ‘Power’.
The 37-year-old actor was busy shooting the Netflix sci-fi thriller in New Orleans with Jamie Foxx when he was thrown over the handlebars of a bicycle, injuring his arm.
Joseph shared a video that was taken during his accident, with his back wheel visibly launching into the air.
Referring to a similar accident while shooting ‘Premium Rush’ in 2012, he captioned the video: “I have bad luck shooting on bikes.”
He was later seen on set holding an ice pack on his arm and shared a video of himself being wheeled into urgent care before revealing an x-ray of his arm.
Joseph doesn’t appear to have been seriously hurt, but it is unclear what the exact injury is.
‘Power’ features Jamie, 50, as a family man who has suffered a great loss, while Joseph stars as a cop who takes matters into his own hands and it centres on a drug epidemic that gives people superpowers.
Meanwhile, the ‘Interstellar’ actor – who has two sons, aged three and 15 months, with wife Tasha McCauley – previously admitted he finds the idea of celebrity “unhealthy” and he feels “bad” about his position in the public eye.
He previously said: “What I don’t like [about acting] is: I guess since the heyday of Hollywood, there has been a merging of actors and royalty and celebrity.
“It’s tough to complain, because it’s a really privileged life I get to lead, [but] the whole celebrity thing is unhealthy and I feel bad perpetuating it.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Emilia Clarke says the final season of ‘Game of Thrones’ is “more intense”.
The 32-year-old actress has starred in the HBO fantasy series as Daenerys Targaryen since it began in 2011, and after filming recently wrapped on the show’s eighth and final season – which will air next year – she has revealed “everything” from the costumes to the camera checks have been more intense than ever before.
She said: “[Camera] checks take longer, costumes are a bit better, hair and makeup a bit sharper – every choice, every conversation, every attitude, has this air of ‘this is it.’ Everything feels more intense.”
And co-star Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow, agrees as he says shoots that used to take one day ended up taking almost a week, as cast and crew were determined to “get it right”.
He added: “It’s relentless; scenes that would have been a one-day shoot five years ago are now a five-day shoot. They want to get it right, they want to shoot everything every single way so they have options.”
The final season is set to be “emotionally haunting” as the characters bring their epic story to a close, and producers hope the final episodes can “honour” the vision of writer George R.R. Martin, who penned the ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series which the show is based on.
Co-executive producer Bryan Cogman told Entertainment Weekly magazine: “It’s about all of these disparate characters coming together to face a common enemy, dealing with their own past, and defining the person they want to be in the face of certain death. It’s an incredibly emotional haunting bittersweet final season and I think it honours very much what [author George R.R. Martin] set out to do – which is flipping this kind of story on its head.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Amber Heard isn’t attracted to people who are “healthy” for her.
The ‘Aquaman’ actress – who dated photographer Tasya Van Ree for five years, had a turbulent marriage to Johnny Depp and then romanced Tesla founder Elon Musk – hopes she can find a better relationship and admitted her friends have warned her off many of her partners in the past.
Asked if her pals know someone is bad for her before she does, she said: “Yeah. It was a running joke among my small group of friends – they call me Calamity.
“With [Tasya], they’d say, ‘That was weird, but it’s not going to get weirder. And then…
“There’s something to be said about who one is drawn to. I’m not necessarily drawn to… healthy.
“But I have hope. I hope to find an honest attraction to someone who is healthy. I very much want that.”
And the 32-year-old star admitted she has made better choices with her female partners than male.
Asked if she has better taste in women than men, she told Britain’s Marie Claire magazine: “Hell yeah. Hell yeah. Hell yeah.”
While Amber has faced a backlash for being open about her bisexuality, she would never have faked a heterosexual relationship, even though it was suggested to her.
She said: “People talk about coming out and feeling a sense of relief. I listen to them with a bit of jealousy because my experience was the opposite.
“It was devastatingly hard and I suffered greatly for it.
“When people talk about coming out, I wasn’t ever in.
“If a man had come into my life at that point, with whom I could have escaped the highly politicised and misinformed narrative, I’d have loved that. But it needed to be authentic.

OHMYGOSSIP — Joey Essex “nearly died” during rehearsals for his dangerous underwater stunt.
The 28-year-old star is risking his life on Wednesday night (31.10.18) when he teams up with magician Ben Hanlin to perform an escapology challenge, and it has proven tough to train for.
During a joint appearance on ITV’s ‘This Morning’, Joey said: “I nearly died yesterday. The water went up too quickly, I couldn’t get out.”
The stunt will see the chained duo trying to escape from a tank filling up with water while they are shackled to the floor.
In an added twist, Ben will already be underwater and will rely on Joey to pick his lock and free him.
The former ‘TOWIE star’ added: “I’m trying to take every hour as it comes. As we’re coming up to the stunt I’m trying harder.
“I’m massively claustrophobic. I don’t like baths or swimming, I don’t like being underwater, never have.
“I’ve always liked to overcome my fears, mind over matter.
“Like in the jungle [for ‘I’m A Celebrity’], all those things are difficult, you just come out the other side stronger. This is a huge thing and if it does go well I’ll be really happy with myself.”
Ben has described the stunt with Joey – who once said he thought escapology was “something to do with saying sorry” – as the “most dangerous” thing he’s ever attempted.
He said: “I’ve always wanted to do a big live stunt. I’m not going to lie, it’s definitely the most dangerous thing I’ve ever done, and if it does go wrong there is nowhere to hide as it’s live.”

The 44-year-old designer feels “so honoured” to be the first-ever recipient of the accolade, particularly because it comes in the same year she’s celebrated 10 years of her eponymous fashion label.
She said: “I feel so honoured to be receiving the first ever fashion icon award at the E! People’s Choice Awards. This year I am celebrating 10 Years of my brand, and this is a wonderful way to mark that decade.
“I am so grateful to be the inaugural recipient. I love what I do, and love that I have been given the opportunity to empower women through my collections. November 11 will be a very special moment for me.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Julia Roberts is “too scared” to watch her niece Emma Roberts in ‘American Horror Story’.
The 27-year-old actress has starred in several series of the FX horror show – most recently as Madison Montgomery in the eighth season, ‘Apocalypse’ – and has said her famous aunt Julia won’t watch the show because she finds it too scary.
Emma said: “She’s too scared.”
But it isn’t just Julia whose frightened of the spooky programme, as Emma herself often watches it “with her eyes closed” because she finds some of the scenes too terrifying.
She added: “I’m basically too scared to watch it even. Because when you’re shooting it, it’s not scary and then … they add in all the effects and cut it together. I mean, I sometimes watch it with my eyes closed. I don’t blame her.”
The cast of the show – which also includes Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Billie Lourd – recently finished filming the current season’s final episode, and Emma teased it will contain “lots of blood”.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, she said: “I mean, it just gets crazier and crazier. We were getting the scripts and we were all like, ‘Really?!’ So get ready for a crazy, crazy finale, which we just finished shooting last week. Lots of blood.”
Meanwhile, Fleetwood Mac legend Stevie Nicks guest starred in the show as herself after having previously appeared in episode 10 of season three (‘Coven’), and said acting in the horror series was “much harder” than anything she’s done musically.
Praising her co-star Jessica, she said: “Well, I did these scenes with Jessica [Lange], and I got to really watch an amazing actress act. Because, you know, we’d do something, I’d play piano and then be like, ‘Well, that was great – we’re done!’
“Nope. Fifty times later, after they’d filmed from under the piano and hanging from the ceiling and every possible angle, I realise, boy, this is a lot of work.

OHMYGOSSIP — Sylvester Stallone won’t be prosecuted over an historic rape allegation.
The ‘Expendables’ actor was reported to police in Santa Monica by a woman who claimed they had had a consensual relationship in 1987, but he has assaulted her in 1987 and 1990.
Though the unnamed woman provided witnesses, who she said she’d confided in at the time, the Los Angeles’ District Attorney’s office said they did not corroborate her account and they were not able to find any other evidence to back up her claims.
The case was rejected due to insufficient evidence, and because it falls well outside the statute of limitations.
At the time of the woman’s original allegation, the ‘Rocky’ star’s lawyer, Marty Singer, said the 72-year-old actor “categorically disputes the claim”.
And the actor’s spokesperson, Michelle Bega, claimed the events “never happened”.
She said: “This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter. It never happened.”
When the story was first reported, it was claimed that a police report was filed at the time of the alleged incident, but that the woman did not want to press charges because she was scared and humiliated by the ordeal, and signed a “no prosecution” form.
It was previously claimed the veteran actor planned to take legal action against his accuser over her allegations, which he branded “ridiculous” and “false”, though it’s not known if that’s a course of action he still plans to take now the case has been dropped.
