OHMYGOSSIP — Nelly is being sued over an alleged sexual assault.
The ‘Dilemma’ hitmaker has been accused by an anonymous woman, who is referred to in legal documents as Jane Doe, of masturbating in front of her multiple times after a concert in Essex, South East England, last December.
In documents obtained by TMZ, the woman told how she met the 44-year-old singer – whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr. – at a meet-and-greet session and he whispered in her ear for her to stay behind. She did, and alleged he then dropped his pants and started masturbating while saying: “You want this d**k don’t you.”
The accuser claims she rebuffed Nelly several times but he wouldn’t back off and even said he wanted to ejaculate on her.
She said she replied something similar to: “You may have more quid in your bank than I do. But this doesn’t make you any more special. Pull your trousers back up and f**k off.”
The woman then alleged Nelly got aggressive and clenched his fit but when asked if he was going to hit her, claims he said: “No I’m just frustrated. I’m not used to not getting my way, just do it.”
She claims he then forced his penis into her mouth, but she jumped back and was able to flee the room.
And the woman is also suing Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, for calling her a liar on her Twitter account.
Meanwhile, the ‘Ride Wit Me’ hitmaker previously reached a mutual settlement with Monique Greene after he was accused of raping her on his tour bus in Seattle in October 2017.
Monique had filed a lawsuit against the star for both sexual assault and defamation of character, while he had been keen to take action against her as he felt her claims had tarnished his reputation, but they managed to resolve the dispute out of court.

OHMYGOSSIP — Rosamund Pike wants her sons to have an ordinary childhood.
The ‘A Private War’ actress – who has Solo, six, and Atom, three, with partner Robie Uniacke – tries to expose her kids to books and music and has vowed not to raise them with a sense of entitlement.
She said: “I want to recreate the childhood that I had for my own children.”
The 39-year-old actress is happy to use public transport when she’s out with her family and doesn’t think she sticks out too much in a crowd.
She told the new issue of Town & Country magazine: “People might recognise me, but I think they just see me as a mother trying to handle small kids on the subway.”
Rosamund went into labour early with her second son and had him in her mother’s apartment, and though she was unable to have pain relief during the process, she allowed her body to “take over” and forced her mind to go “somewhere else”.
She said: “There was no time for pain medication, no time to get to the clinic, so I just let my body take over.
“I thought, If I can let my mind go somewhere else, my body will do the job.”
The ‘Gone Girl’ star also allows her body to “take over” when she’s working and she tries not to think too much about her acting processes.
She said: “So much of this work is mysterious. I don’t want to analyse it too much. The body just takes over, and I do it.”
For her upcoming role as late war correspondent Marie Colvin, Rosamund found she shrunk as a result of hunching her shoulders to mimic the journalist’s posture.
She said: “When I went for a medical examination after ‘A Private War’. I was one and a half centimeters shorter.”
But she has since regained the height thanks to intense spinal stretching exercises.

OHMYGOSSIP — Keith Urban’s family “lost everything” when their house burned down.
The 51-year-old country singer – who has daughters Sunday, 10, and Faith, seven, with wife Nicole Kidman – and his brother were at school, while their parents were at work when a blaze rocked their home and he admitted even reflecting on the loss now still causes “chills”.
He said: “When I was 10 our house burned down so I know that feeling of losing your house. We completely lost everything.
“Luckily we were all okay.
“When you’re walking through the house and it’s just charred and black as black everywhere you look and there’s water still dripping everywhere and the firemen have left…and I remember thinking, ‘I was just in here this morning getting ready for school and now it’s just…’ It gives me chills.”
But the ‘Never Comin’ Down’ singer praised the “unbelievable” way the community came together to support his family and expressed praise to the “amazing” response towards those who have been affected by the wildfires in California.
He told ‘Extra’: “I’m literally helping out one of my friends out there get back on their feet…
“What I remember [when our home burned down] is the community coming together in such an incredible way… And not just the Goodwills and the Salvation Armys and the Red Crosses, which also came to our aid, but also the community with clothing and food and shelter and a place to stay — unbelievable. And you’re seeing it out in California. right now. It’s really amazing.”
A number of stars have lost their homes in the California wildfires, including Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth, Neil Young, and Robin Thicke.
The Camp Fire in Northern California – which has killed 56 and destroyed thousands of buildings – is still only 40 per cent contained, while the Woolsey Fire has burned through 98,362 acres and is 57 per cent contained. The third blaze, the Hill Fire, is now 97 per cent contained.

OHMYGOSSIP — Brigitte Nielsen feels like she “won the lottery” when she had her daughter Frida.
The 55-year-old actress and her husband Mattias Dessi welcomed their little girl into the world five months ago and the Danish star – who also has four adult children from previous relationships – has urged women not to give up on their dreams of having kids, no matter how hard it may seem.
She said: “Let me tell you, I have been wanting this little girl for 10 years. She is literally a miracle and I want to say to all the women out there, don’t you ever give up.
“Actually, to men and women, of course, ’cause life is amazing. Someone has to win the lottery; I felt like I did with my little daughter, so thank you very much.”
And the ‘Creed II’ actress – who will reprise her ‘Rocky IV’ role of Ludmilla Drago in the upcoming movie – admitted the current phase of her life is “incredible”.
She told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “I had a miracle little daughter and I am playing the same character, Ludmilla, that I did in Rocky IV 35 years ago!

The ‘Trainwreck’ actress is expecting her first child with husband Chris Fischer and has been forced to cancel a show in Texas as she’s been hospitalised due to extreme morning sickness.
Amy posted her apologies on Instagram but reassured her fans that she’s being well taken care of and her baby is doing “fine”.
She wrote: “Texas I am so deeply sorry. I have been really looking forward to these shows. I have to reschedule.
“I am in the hospital. I’m fine. Baby’s fine but everyone who says the 2nd trimester is better is not telling the full story. I’ve been even more ill this trimester. I have hyperemesis and it blows.
“Very lucky to be pregnant but this is some bulls**t!
“Sending so much love to the doctors and nurses taking great care of me and Tati! They are cool as hell!
“And Texas I am really really sorry and I’ll be out there as soon as I’m better.(sic)”
Amy admitted during a comedy gig earlier this month that she’s found pregnancy tough.
She said: “I don’t like it. I’ve had a really tough pregnancy so far.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, has been found dead at her Los Angeles home.
The model-and-actress – who had sons Christian, 20, and twins Jessie James and D’Lila, 12, with the ‘I’ll Be Missing You’ hitmaker, and 26-year-old Quincy from a previous relationship – had been suffering from “flu-like” symptoms, possibly pneumonia, for weeks when emergency services were called to her house on Thursday (15.11.18).
According to emergency dispatch audio obtained by TMZ, the call came in as a patient in cardiac arrest, while a source told the website Kim had contacted her doctor on Wednesday (14.11.18) to complain she wasn’t feeling any better.
A spokesperson for Diddy – who dated Kim on and off from 1994 until 2007 – has appealed for privacy following the 47-year-old beauty’s passing.
His representative, Cindi Berger, said: “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.”
Diddy, 49, also has Justin and Chance, 11, from previous relationships and recently admitted he and all the mothers of his kids get along well together.
He said: “I mean, you have to start to treat your family like a tribe if you have other mothers of your children. The separatism starts to wear on the family as a whole. We all in it together. So, we might as well figure out how to co-exist, and they get along lovely. Everybody is good because they’re good people too.”

The 22-year-old rapper – whose real name is Diego Leanos – has thanked his fans for their support and he’s looking forward to getting clean in order to focus on his music.
He wrote on Instagram: “I just dropped out of SoundCloud Uni to go to rehab, I leave in like 5 days And I couldn’t be happier with this choice [broken heart emoji] I love you guys for being so supportive and can’t wait too get back clean headed ready to Finish my album !(sic)”
Last month, Xan cancelled five upcoming concerts in order to rest and recharge because he’s been working hard on ‘Be Safe’, a tribute album to his late friend Mac Miller – who died from an overdose in September – that has been named in honour of the last words his pal said to him.
He previously recalled of their final meeting, at Mac’s last show, which was the “third or fourth time” they had hung out together, but there’s one memory that will always stay with him.
He explained: “Before I left, he was like ‘Be safe.’ People say that you know, like ‘be safe.’ But he grabbed me, and he pulled me back and he was like ‘No I mean BE SAFE.’ That almost made me cry, that’s my idol right there.
“I keep thinking about that, how it resonated in my head, how those were his last words.”
Shortly after Mac’s death, the ‘Betrayed’ hitmaker admitted the loss had made him want to quit music altogether.
He said: “The Mac s**t is crazy.
“I’ve been crying in my apartment, Mac didn’t die, Mac didn’t overdose…
“When your hero dies, f**k that s**t, I don’t want to make music no more… [I’m] retiring after this contract.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Sarah Jessica Parker felt she was being “held hostage” when she first started work on ‘Sex and the City’.
The 54-year-old actress was initially reluctant to sign up for the show because she preferred the flexibility of working on stage and in movies, and once she eventually accepted her iconic role as Carrie Bradshaw, it took her some time to adjust to her new life.
Speaking to James Andrew Miller on his podcast ‘Origins Chapter 5: Sex And The City: Tutus, Tete-a-Tetes, and Taxis’, she said: “I panicked and I was like, ‘I want to maintain my life. I like doing a few plays a year and a movie, and maybe a TV movie of the week.’
“[When I started on the show] all of a sudden it felt like somebody was holding me hostage or something or there just were these limitations which felt very suffocating.”
This year marked the 20th anniversary of the show and the actress – who has children James 16, and nine-year-old twins Marion and Loretta with husband Matthew Broderick – recently admitted she can’t believe it’s been so long.
She said: “It’s sort of hard to imagine that 20 or 21 years has passed. But, [there’s been] a lot of great memories and pride in that time spent as well.”
But Sarah Jessica has also admitted she doesn’t think the show would be made now because of the lack of diversity with the characters.
She said: “You couldn’t make it today because of the lack of diversity on screen. I personally think it would feel bizarre.”
And the ‘Failure to Launch’ star didn’t feel it would be possible to reboot the series with a new cast either as it wouldn’t be the same.
She admitted: “I don’t know that you could do it with a different cast. I think that’s radical and interesting, but you can’t pretend it’s the same.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Nelly has slammed “baseless allegations” of sexual assault made against him and vowed to be “vindicated”.
The ‘Hot in Herre’ hitmaker is being sued by an anonymous woman, who is referred to in legal documents as Jane Doe, of masturbating in front of her multiple times after a concert in Essex, South East England, last December, but he has insisted the claims against him are untrue.
The alleged victim is also taking action against Nelly’s girlfriend, Shantel Jackson, for calling her a liar on social media, and the 44-year-old rapper blasted her for being “unfair” in targeting his partner.
He said in a statement: “I’ve been quiet for some time. But these baseless allegations hurt more than just me.
“The truth will come out, and I will be vindicated.
“These types of false allegations undermine real claims of sexual abuse / harassment by real victims.
“To go after my girlfriend as well is unfair and goes too far. Shantel has been through enough.
“I am a father to a beautiful strong woman. I was raised by a strong single woman. I love them all very much.”
After recently reaching a mutual settlement with another woman, Monique Greene, – who had accused him of raping her on a tour bus in October 2017 – Nelly insisted he learned lessons from the “poor choice” he made with her and vowed not to stay quiet over the fresh claims.
He continued: “I own my actions and take responsibility for my conduct with Monique Greene.
“We had CONSENSUAL sex after meeting in a club. Period. I have been living in the limelight for for my entire adult life. I have had zero allegations or issues in the past, I knew better! And for that I had to deal with the repercussions of my poor choice.
“I am repairing the trust that I broke with Shantel, I have apologised to my family and friends for the embarrassment I have caused them. And, I am committed to be a better man.
“Monique Green pursued civil legal action against me, when no criminal charges were filed or pursued. I responded with civil claims of my own against her. Ultimately, we both agreed to dismiss our claims against each other.
“Now, that the same lawyer has filed or threatened to file a ‘Jane Doe’ lawsuit. I do NOT plan on walking away quietly.
“I have to speak up for my family and for the real victims strong enough to come forward and face people that have actually assaulted them.”
The ‘Gone’ singer ended his statement by thanking his fans and loved ones for their support.
He added: “I want to thank Shantel, my family, friends, and fans that have stood next to me through all of this, and know my real character.”

The ‘Robin Hood’ actor – who has daughters Dulcie, four, and Elva, two, with pregnant spouse Amelia Warner – loves seeing the musician work on new pieces, but admitted he does get worried about catching a glimpse of himself as the ‘Please, Please Please, Let Me Get What I Want’ singer likes to compose to images she projects onto a big screen.
He admitted: “I watch her work quite a lot…I sneak into her studio and watch her…
“I don’t think I could handle it if it was my face [on the screen].”
While the 36-year-old actor had been working for some time before landing the role of serial killer Paul Spector in ‘The Fall’, he considers that the “start” of his career because it changed his life.
He told the i newspaper: “Everything changed with ‘The Fall’.
“In a way, you can mark that as the start. It was such a big show, it was received so well. I might never do anything [again like that] – particularly the first season, where you get so much personal praise for what you do… I found out a lot about myself doing that.”
But Jamie’s most famous role is kinky businessman Christian Grey in the ‘Fifty Shades’ franchise and despite it being a global sensation, he always viewed the trilogy as “just a job”.

OHMYGOSSIP — Spencer Matthews wants to write a children’s book.
The former ‘Made in Chelsea’ star admitted he’s been hugely inspired since his wife Vogue Williams gave birth to their son Theodore, now 10 weeks, and is keen to use his “flamboyant mind” to do more with kids.
He told MailOnline: “Since we had our son, it’s made me want to work more with kids or do more stuff for children.
“I am a creative guy and I have a flamboyant mind. So maybe children’s books one day or something.
“I don’t know… it’s something I’d never considered before. But now, as I see my son smiling more and more, it’s made me think more about this…”
For the time being, the 30-year-old star has landed a “dream come true” advertising campaign as a watch brand ambassador – for Cartoon Network’s ‘Ben 10’.
In new images, Spencer can be seen showing off the Ben 10 Deluxe Omnitrix – which is described as “the must have accessory to battle villains this Christmas” and allows the kids TV character to transform into one of 10 alien superheroes, and he was thrilled to be involved in the campaign.
He said: “This is a landmark moment for me, I love to model, and I love to model watches, so it’s a dream come true. Better yet it can transform me into 10 different aliens! I’ll be changing my son’s name to Ben at this rate.”

The 49-year-old actress used to think it was “romantic” that she and her husband, 74, were both born on September 25, but now she wishes she had a special day all to herself.
Michael said: “We both have the same birthday, 25 years apart.
“It sounded very romantic at the time when we first got together. That was the closer — the same birthday.
“Now she hates it! She wants her own day. She wants her own day, her own time.”
Meanwhile, the ‘Kominsky Method’ actor – who has children Dylan, 18, and Carys, 15, with Catherine, and 39-year-old Cameron with first wife Diandra – revealed his famous father, 101-year-old Kirk Douglas, has just discovered the delights of Apple’s video call facility Facetime.
Speaking on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’, he said: “He’s amazing. He’s discovered FaceTime. He just loves it.
“[Calls are like] ‘Hi, dad!’ ‘Where are you?’ ‘Let me show you, dad, I’m here.’ ‘Who’s that?’ ‘He’s a friend dad.’ ”
However, Michael admitted there are some disadvantages to his dad calling him in New York from his California home.
He added: “But I said, ‘Dad, there’s a three hour time difference between the East Coast and the West Coast.’
“So sometimes we’ll call, and we’ll have a lovely conversation, we hang up.
“About 15 minutes later, [we’re] on FaceTime [again]: ‘Hi, dad.’ ‘Hi, how are you?’ ‘Dad, we just talked about 15 minutes ago.’ ‘Oh, I forget, I forget.’ ”
The ‘Wall Street’ actor and his brood will get to see Kirk in person soon as they are having a “big family Thanksgiving” together.

OHMYGOSSIP — Diddy is “devastated” following the sudden death of his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter.
The model-and-actress was found dead at her Los Angeles home on Thursday (15.11.18), after suffering from “flu-like” symptoms, possibly pneumonia, for weeks, and police have now confirmed there was “no foul playing” surrounding her passing.
The ‘Been Around The World’ hitmaker – who had son Christian, 20, and twins Jessie James and D’Lila, 12, with Kim – has been left crushed by the news as he remained “very close” to the 47-year-old model.
A source told People: “Diddy is devastated and shocked.
“He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work.
“They were still a family.”
Following the news of Kim’s death many of the former couple’s showbiz pals, including Drake, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj, have posted touching tributes to the mother of four and sent their condolences to Diddy.
Alongside a picture of Kim, fellow rapper Drake wrote on Instagram: “sending peace and prayers to my brothers and to the big homie Puff. Love ya’ll and I am so sorry. (sic)”
‘Chun-Li’ hitmaker Nicki shared a video of Kim dressed up as a pilot on the app, writing: “The most heartbreaking news. My condolences to your children, family & friends. Sending love to Puff as well, I can’t even imagine what you must be going through. Gone way too soon. Rest In Peace, Queen. (sic)”
Rihanna has also been hit hard by the news and hailed the late star a “special soul”.
Sharing a series of pictures Kim with her children and Piddy, the ‘Umbrella’ hitmaker wrote: “this is heavy. heartbroken about this man. we lost a real one today, beautiful inside and out. so many will be affected by this, some won’t even know why…but the whole world was graced by the vibrance in your spirit. My deepest condolences to the ones that were blessed enough to know, meet, and love her! Such a special soul man! This don’t even feel real! May God comfort and protect her children and loved ones! RIP @ladykp (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Cheryl has been seeing someone in the past year to keep her anxiety “in check”.
The 35-year-old singer admits has been seeking help in 2018 because she doesn’t want to feel like a “stressed” mother to son Bear, 19 months – who she shares with ex Liam Payne – or pop star, but her previous worries are now “less relevant”.
She said: “I used to have anxiety – been seeing someone in the past year to keep that in check – I don’t want to be stressed as a mam or a pop star.
“We’re supposed to be living our best lives aren’t we? Stresses I used to feel are less relevant.”
But the ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ hitmaker admits her life has taken on a “different perspective” since she became a mother, and she doesn’t worry about the same issues any more.
She said: “You see things differently after you have a baby, there’s a different perspective on life.

OHMYGOSSIP — Adam Levine cannot “confirm or deny” Maroon 5 are playing the Super Bowl halftime show.
The ‘Girl Like You’ group’s frontman has addressed reports that he and his bandmates are set to perform at the world famous sporting event on February 3, 2019, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, hinting the rumours could be true by not ruling out the possibility.
When quizzed by host Ellen on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Thursday night (15.11.18), Adam coyly replied: “What the hell are you talking about?
“It’s a rumour. I can neither confirm or deny the truth of this rumour. It’s definitely a rumour. And the rumour seems to be a rumour that everyone seems to be discussing.”
The ‘Sugar’ hitmaker admitted that if the “rumour” proves to be true, then he will be “equal parts nervous and excited” about the gig.
He added: “It’s the Super Bowl. It’s a great event and there’s gonna be a band performing, or an artist of some kind performing at halftime. And it’s gonna be great regardless of who it is.
“Whoever is lucky enough to get that gig probably is gonna crush it … Whoever does it is probably equal parts nervous and excited. This is all speculative because I don’t know who I’m talking about. If it were me, I’d be excited, I’d be nervous… If I were doing it, which I can’t confirm or deny I am, I would be excited.”
Adam’s unwillingness to to spill whether or not the ‘She Will Be Loved’ group will perform comes after Amy Schumer called on Maroon 5 to cancel their reported appearance at the major event.
The 37-year-old actress took to her Instagram account to call on Adam and co to withdraw from show and revealed she won’t be starring in any Super Bowl commercials this year in support of the American football star Colin Kaepernick, who sparked a controversy by kneeling during the US national anthem last year.
In a lengthy post, Amy wrote: “I wonder why more white players aren’t kneeling. Once you witness the truly deep inequality and endless racism people of color face in our country, not to mention the police brutality and murders. Why not kneel next to your brothers? Otherwise how are you not complicit? (sic)”
The comedienne then asked the group to follow Rihanna – who recently rejected the Super Bowl gig – by showing their support for Kaepernick.
She said: “I think it would be cool if @maroon5 backed out of super bowl like @badgalriri Did. I personally told my reps I wouldn’t do a Super Bowl commercial this year. I know it must sound like a privilege ass sacrifice but it’s all i got. Hitting the nfl with the advertisers is the only way to really hurt them.
“I know opposing the nfl is like opposing the nra. Very tough, but don’t you want to be proud of how you’re living? Stand up for your brothers and sisters of color. And the hottest thing a guy can do is get down on one knee. Not to propose but to reject the treatment of his teammates by this country. Anyone who says its disrespectful to our military please read up on the fact that a lot of veterans are proud of what @kaepernick7 is doing and fully support him. What are your thoughts? (sic)”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ezra Miller has a group of sexual partners he calls his “polycule”.
The 26-year-old actor, who is attracted to both men and women, refers to himself as a “sexual being” and he has spent years recruiting people for his sex group, which features members of his band, Sons of an Illustrious Father, and new people he meets.
He said: “I’m trying to find queer beings who understand me as a queer being off the bat, and I feel like I’m married to them 25 lifetimes ago. And then they are in the squad – the polycule.
“And I know they’re going to love everyone else in the polycule because we’re in the polycule, and we love each other so much.”
Despite having the group – whose name is based on the term “polyamorous molecule” – to call upon, the ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ star abstains from sex for “a really long time” on occasions, and admits he had plenty of “sexless, lonely time” while playing abused outcast Credence Barebone in the movie.
He said: “I have more of an ecstatic practice, but I do take to instatic practices at times, so sometimes, I don’t have sex for a really long time because a lack of sex is as important to me as sex.
“There’s definitely a lot of sexless, lonely time when playing Credence.
“Absolutely – alone, alone, alone, alone, alone.”
Ezra admits he has “survived abuse” in the past after one of his former sexual partners turned violent, which meant he could really relate to his 2012 coming-of-age film ‘Perks of Being a Wallflower’.
He said: “I’ve survived abuse for sure, for sure, in a lot of capacities, starting from a pretty young age.
“There was a close friend who I had a sexual relationship with who really, really turned on me in a violent way.
“So that ‘Perks story was pretty close to home for me.”
What’s more, during his school days Ezra and his “friend and also sexual partner” had fun sexually after discovering some Playboy magazines and a Kama Sutra belonging to the guy’s mother
He added to Playboy magazine: “I remember it being very influential.
“We would jerk each other off while we interacted with that stuff in various ways, actually.”
