Louise Redknapp shares her beauty products with her children

OHMYGOSSIP — Louise Redknapp shares her beauty products with her children.
The 42-year-old singer – who has sons Beau and Charles with her husband Jamie Redknapp – has admitted she “loves” Dr. Lipp’s Original Nipple Balm for Lips and allows her family to use the beauty product too.
Speaking about the natural cosmetic essential, the brunette beauty said: “I love this product and use it on my daily dog walks to nourish my lips against the elements.
“I also share it with my children who use it too.”
And Louise, who co-founded her make-up brand Wild About Beauty with professional make-up artist Kim Jacob, has admitted the pair had been working together for “six years” before they agreed to launch their own company.
The former Eternal band member explained: “We worked together for 6 years before we decided to do a range. Kim was developing products for FCUK and had her own range of Mother and Baby natural skincare products. I loved them: the ethos, textures, the scent and formulations.”
And the star has admitted she has always had a “passion” for make-up, which led her to set up her own business.
She added: “With a passion for make-up, beauty and fashion, I wanted a business that I could be involved in and use my creative talents. This is where the brand developed from. I also had terrible pigmentation issues after having my child – Kim covered these and left my skin looking alive and glowing, just what we believe all women want.
“Our products have very personal names – we’ve exhausted all the Redknapps so I guess its Kim’s turn to use up her family names now! Possibly Sylvia after her mum.”
Louise – who is currently competing on this year’s ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ – has admitted being in front of the camera has made her “aware” of different cosmetics.
She told Dr.Lippy.com: “At the time of being in a band and in front of the camera, I was aware of makeup and its important role in my everyday life.”

Jordan Brewster was ‘really scared’ of dying her hair

OHMYGOSSIP — Jordana Brewster was “really scared” of dying her hair. The 36-year-old actress has admitted she avoided changing the colour of her long locks because she was terrified of the outcome, but the star has revealed after recently experimenting with the hair product she is now “really happy” with the final look.

Speaking about her beauty fear, the brunette beauty said: “I was really scared to colour my hair but I did it recently and I’m really happy with it.” And the ‘Furious 7’ star – who is known for playing Vin Diesel’s on-screen sister Mia Toretto in the racing series – has hinted she felt she needed to add “depth in tone” to her tresses because of her acting career.

She explained: “Especially with TV, your hair colour needs some depth in tone. I love the Shu Uemura Moisture Velvet because it keeps my hair from looking dry or ashy. Sometimes I’ll style it myself, but I do go to Drybar in L.A. a lot.”

And Jordan – who is married to Andrew Form and have sons Julian, six, and four-month-old Rowan, both born via a gestational surrogate – is always seeking ways to add texture to her locks.

She said: “Since I work out regularly, if I get a really good blowout, I’ll just use the Ouai Dry Shampoo. Or I’ll just leave my hair wet, put it in a loose low bun, and I get texture that way. Living in L.A., you don’t have to do much.”

Meanwhile the Panama City-born star has revealed she regularly turns to her mother Maria for beauty tips, because her parent is “more pristine” than she is.
She explained to Into The Gloss website: “My mom is Brazilian, so I would say that’s had an influence on who I am, beauty-wise. “My mother is more pristine than I am in terms of her looks–if she doesn’t have any makeup on she’ll put on dark glasses, but she’ll always have makeup on in front of my dad. She was a model, too, so I defer to her on all things that involve skincare.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Culpo has “always” styled her hair before going to the gym.

Speaking to Elle.com about her beauty hacks, Olivia – who was crowned Miss USA in 2012 when she represented Rhode Island – said: “I try to keep it as minimal as possible, but I’ll use something. It’s like, I’m not a make-up at the gym person, but I’ll always use a hair tool.
“[But] my off duty hair is air-dried, but I’ll bend the ends with a curler or an iron.”
And the Cranston-born star has revealed her ability to walk in high heel shoes comfortably is hereditary, because her 83-year-old grandmother is “still” able to trot along in heels.
Speaking about the secret behind her ability to walk in stilettos with ease, the ‘The Other Woman’ star said: “Okay, well, my grandmother is still teaching ballet and she’s 83 years old.
“She still wears heels all the time, and I have really high arches, and I think heels are really comfortable. So for me, there’s no ‘secret’ to walking in heels, it’s just in my genes. Thanks, grandma!”
“If you don’t want to wear heels and make-up, you are not any less valuable than any other woman.”
Meanwhile, Olivia has revealed she considers beauty and fashion as “art”.
She explained: “For me, beauty and clothing and hair is art. I really think of it as a creative form of expression that I’m lucky enough to do. And I’m glad I can inspire women to play with make-up and hair stuff as a way to express themselves, because I know how much I love it.

Tamara Mellon's will 'never' put items in her footwear line on sale

OHMYGOSSIP — Tamara Mellon’s will “never” put her footwear line on sale.
The 49 year-old fashion designer – who co-founded the luxury designer brand Jimmy Choo in 1996 where she stayed at the helm of the brand before leaving in 2011 after 16 years – has admitted she doesn’t intend on ever reducing the price of the shoes in her eponymous label, because she doesn’t believe people feel “great” when they wear sale items.
Speaking to The Daily Telegraph newspaper, the brunette beauty said: “We’re never going on sale. Nobody ever feels great buying something on sale, and department stores have created this problem in the markets because they’ve trained everyone to wait for sales.”
And the creative mastermind has revealed she has carefully created the footwear to feel comfortable and “kick a**”, and she has purposefully designed “timeless pieces” for the Tamara Mellon brand because she wants to sell items that can “always” be sold online and never go out of fashion.
Speaking about her creations, she said: “My shoes are for looking great, feeling comfortable – and kicking ass.
“Women are not shopping in the same way they used to … they want an honest price. They also want to buy something today and wear it tomorrow, which is why we’ll have timeless pieces that will stay online always, as well as a ‘Lab’ collection featuring something new every month.”
Meanwhile Tamara has revealed she prides herself in her ability to run in heels, and believes a good pair of stilettos can brighten anyone’s day.
She said: “I can run in heels. Actually I pride myself on how fast I can run in heels. Heels aren’t anti-feminist. They have nothing to do with looking sexy for men – they’re not there for men’s benefit, but our own.
“If you put on a great pair of heels, it’s mood altering and I always feel empowered in high heels. One thing I’m tired of, though, is being in pain.”

“I’m a vintage buyer so I collect. I have all my prom dresses. All my music video outfits. I went to a lot of proms. That’s why we have a warehouse. I’m a keeper for my daughter.

Kourtney Kardashian 'loves' making her own lip scrub

OHMYGOSSIP — Kourtney Kardashian “loves” to make her own homemade lip scrub.
The 37-year-old ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ star has admitted she likes to keep her beauty regime “really simple” and avoids using “harsh” skincare products because they don’t work well with her skin, and instead relies on her own beauty products to create a product more suitable for her face.
Speaking on ITV’s ‘This Morning’ on Monday (07.11.16) about her beauty hacks, the brunette beauty said: “I do try and keep it really simple, like for me simple skin care, I’ve tried to harsh products and they really don’t work well with my skin.
“I love making a lip scrub at home. I make the lip scrub with one tablespoon of organic coconut oil and one tablespoon of Manuka Honey and one tablespoon of organic sugar raw, rub them all together. It’s really easy and it actually tastes really good too, but you just scrub it on your lips and leave it on for a little bit and I feel like you could use it as a face scrub too.
“My favourite thing at night time is to use facial oils, and I put them on my eyelids and under my eyes and on my neck and on my hands.”
And Kourtney – who is the face of Manuka Doctor – has revealed she relies on household products and cooking ingredients to remove her make-up.
She explained: “The coconut oil too is great for removing make-up.”
And Kourtney – who has sons Mason, six, and 23-month-old Reign, and daughters Penelope, six, with her former partner Scott Disick – has revealed 60-year-old momager Kris Jenner’s beauty tricks have rubbed off on her and her siblings.
She said: “I would say that my mum is the one who really started it all with all of us, so I think because she is so into beauty I think just watching her as a little girl, I think that is really how you learn. She always loved make-up and my sisters and I would play with her make-up.
“The thing that she would always tell us is that she used to be a flight attendant years ago and she said they all went to this beauty class or something and they told them to always use a hot wash cloth when you wash your face and keep it on your face for like a minute and then scrub your face. I think we all do that and learned that from her.
“My sisters and I do regularly talk about beauty tips and talk about different things we are into. We’re also critical of eachother, I think if we like something or don’t like something we are definitely very vocal.”
