Taylor Swift celebrates boyfriend Travis Kelce’s latest NFL win by changing song lyrics

OHMYGOSSIP — Taylor Swift celebrated her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s recent NFL win by changing her song lyrics.
The 34-year-old pop megastar performed in Miami on Sunday (20.10.24) when she altered the words to tune ‘Karma’ to reflect Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory over the San Francisco 49ers, who the Chiefs defeated earlier this year to win Super Bowl 58.
During her tour-closing song ‘Karma’, Taylor usually sings: “Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me.”
But on Sunday night, she changed the lyrics to: “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me.”
It’s thought to be the first time she has switched the lyrics up without the NFL tight end being in the crowd.
Kelce was unable to make Taylor’s hat-trick of Miami shows over the weekend, but his mother, Donna Kelce, was present at the superstar singer’s ‘Eras Tour’ for the first time on October 18th.
Travis’ brother Jason Kelce, and his wife Kylie and two of their daughters, Wyatt and Elliotte, were also at Taylor’s Miami show on October 18th.
Kansas City Chiefs’ latest win over the 49ers comes after Taylor watched on as they defeated the same opponent to land a Super Bowl in February.
Travis recently acknowledged he’s become an even bigger focus for attention since he began dating pop star Taylor last year, and he expects criticism to “rain down” on him if the Chiefs fail to retain the Super Bowl.
Speaking on his ‘New Heights’ podcast, he said: “I just got to keep winning.
“If we lose a game, it’s going to rain down, baby.”
He added: “We gotta keep winning, staying on top.”

Liam Payne ‘never stopped loving’ ex Cheryl Tweedy and son Bear, pal says

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne “never stopped loving” ex-partner Cheryl Tweedy and his son Bear.
That’s according to Simon Cowell’s brother Tony Cowell, who has remembered the late singer – who passed away on Wednesday (16.10.24) aged 31, after falling from the balcony of his hotel room in Argentina – as a “kind and considerate” man and a “wonderful father” to his seven-year-old boy Bear.
He told Closer magazine: “Our family has known Liam for so many years.
“I will always remember how he always made the effort to speak to our late mum, Julie, when she was in Simon’s dressing room.
“Yes, the fame took its toll on his mental health, but he remained kind and considerate and an incredible friend to so many, and a wonderful father to [his son] Bear; so generous and private.
“I also feel for Cheryl, as I know Liam never stopped loving her and Bear. It’s going to be so difficult for her. I can’t imagine her pain.
“Louis Walsh is devastated too. He told me, “Liam had this star quality about him. I will miss him.
“It’s been moving to see this outpouring of grief around the world for Liam. I want to remember him as a beautiful young man, a normal kid trying to battle his demons.”
Tony has told how Simon recently met with Liam at his Cotswolds home, where Bear enjoyed playing with the music mogul’s son Eric, 10.
He said: “Liam was determined to gain Simon’s approval [on ‘The X Factor’].
“He desperately wanted to please him.
“We are devastated. I feel for Simon, too.
“He only recently met with Liam a few months ago, when Liam took Bear to see him at his house in the Cotswolds, and Bear played with his son, Eric.”
Liam was 14 years old when he first auditioned for TV talent show ‘The X Factor’, and he returned to the programme two years later and became part of boy band One Direction, who were assembled by Simon and then-fellow ‘X Factor’ judge Nicole Scherzinger.
Tony has recalled Liam being “so open and honest” when he first met him as a teenager.
He said: “Liam was just 16 years old when I first met him backstage at The X Factor in 2010.
“I will never forget how open and honest he was. He always had a huge smile on his face.
“He had a quiet maturity about him, even then.”
Earlier this week, Tony admitted Liam sought advice from Simon, 65, over the years.
He told OK! magazine: “He still looked to Simon for advice and direction. Through the years, when he’s dealt with different problems and been trying to find his feet, Simon would always try to help. They had such respect for each other.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Ariana Grande felt “disheartened” after Elvira, Mistress of the Dark accused her of being rude.
The ‘Wicked’ star has responded after the horror icon – whose real name is Cassandra Peterson – recalled an awkward exchange between them backstage at one of her performances.
In a recent question and answer session at Knott’s Berry Farm in California, she alleged: “She came and she brought 20 guests. So she wanted 21 tickets. We’re like, ‘OK.’
“We give her the tickets and she comes backstage. She asked if I could take pictures with all of her friends and relatives she brought.”
Elvira said she posed for photos and signed autographs for Ariana’s group, and then asked for a photo with the ‘7 Rings’ hitmaker.
She added: “I say to her, ‘Can we take a photo together?’ And she goes, ‘No, I don’t really do that.’ And then she left before my show started. All her relatives stayed, and she took off.”
The so-called Queen of Halloween shared screenshots of an article about the encounter on Instagram, and Ariana has now responded and apologised while giving her side of the story.
She commented: “I’m so disheartened to see this.
“I actually don’t even remember getting the chance to meet you because i had an anxiety attack and to my memory, left before the rest of my family (this was around 7 years ago and at the time i was really not great with being in public crowds or loud places)… but if i’m misremembering this moment, i sincerely apologize for offending you so.
“thank you for being so nice to my mom, she told me how lovely you were (she might have different feelings about that now but i’ll talk to her… clearly, we all have our days!)
“sending love always. you’ll always be our queen of halloween! (sic)”

The 34-year-old TV star opened up about the loss of the One Direction star, who tragically died aged 31 after plunging from a third-floor hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Wednesday (16.10.24), and said he “reached out” straightaway when The Wanted star got ill.

The ‘No More Drama’ singer – who got divorced from her record producer ex-husband Kendu Isaac in 2018 after 15 years of marriage – has been in a relationship with a new mystery man, which has been blossoming in recent months.
Reflecting on being in love, she told Extra: “The love comes from within, and if you have the love for yourself, you’re going to draw someone that really, really gives a f*** about you!”
Mary – who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class of 2024 this week – recently released new single ‘Breathing’, with her next album set to drop on November 15.
She added: “I have an album coming out. It’s called ‘Gratitude,’ and I’m full of that. I’m just so full of gratitude because I’m able to walk in love and seek peace.

The 53-year-old star recently admitted her new relationship is “going well”.
Appearing on Sherri Shepherd’s daytime show ‘Sherri’ last month, she said: “Yes… (it’s) going well. I feel good about me. I look good to me. I feel good to me.
“And so, I’m embracing me. So when you embrace you, everything is embracing you. When you want you, everything wants you. Everything good.”
Despite not identifying her new boyfriend, Mary also opened up about how her new relationship is working as she is “not holding anybody accountable about making me feel good for me”.
After her split from Kendu, she admitted she “didn’t love” herself by the end of the relationship.
She previously told People about the aftermath of the split: “I didn’t care about myself. I didn’t love myself.”
But she added about changing her mindset: “You get what you’re giving yourself. So now that I’m giving to myself, I’m getting it all.”

The One Direction singer died after falling from his hotel balcony on Wednesday (16.10.24) and the following evening, the group – comprising Max George, Siva Kaneswaran, Jay McGuiness and Nathan Sykes – paid tribute to their friend at their show at the Avalon Theatre in Canada on Thursday (17.10.24), remembering how kind and supportive he was when bandmate Tom Parker died from a brain tumour in 2022.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to him, his friends, family and fans all over the world.”
He noted the ‘Strip That Down’ hitmaker had been “really, really supportive” when they staged a fundraiser following Tom’s diagnosis.
He added: “He was the first person, the first artist to put his hand up and say that he wanted to perform, which we’ll never forget.
“He was amazing … and even after Tom passed, you know he came to Tom’s funeral, and he was extremely supportive to all of us, even though we hadn’t really been sort of friends.
“We knew each other up until Tom [died]. We became friends and he really, really supported us and we’ll never ever forget that.”

“He supported me a lot personally after Tom passed. I will never forget that,.
“My thoughts are with his family, friends and fans all around the world at this tragic time. Rest in Peace Liam. Much love brother [black heart emoji] (sic)”

Kathy Griffin still ‘heartbroken’ over end of her marriage

OHMYGOSSIP — Kathy Griffin is still “heartbroken” by the end of her marriage.
The 63-year-old comedian split from Randy Bick, 45, in December shortly before their fourth wedding anniversary and she admitted she never expected their union to end.
She told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: “The divorce is what’s kicking my ass mentally.
“I thought I was going to be with this guy forever. I’m heartbroken, I admit it.
“I just didn’t think I’d be alone at this stage of the game, but hey, that’s on me. And I guess, I obviously have [to take] full responsibility.”
But despite her devastation, the comic – who started dating Randy in 2011 – wishes nothing but the best for her estranged husband.
She said: “I know it’s cliché. I wish him the best. I hope he meets somebody else. He just wasn’t the right guy for me. But he’ll be good for somebody else.”
Meanwhile, Kathy – who has battled lung cancer and an addiction to prescription drugs – has faced criticism for flying round the US by private jet for her current ‘My Life on the PTSD List’ tour, but she doesn’t care as she feels her preferred mode of transport is a reward for years of hard work.
She said: “I don’t give a s***. After everything I’ve been through, I justify it.”
“I don’t want to say I don’t care if I make money on this tour or not, but I have prioritised the unimaginable with my normal Midwest background.
“I put in decades at the airport hotel, I put in decades at the cheapest, crappiest motel that the club put me in where there are bugs in the room.
“I confess to having A-list travel, right? It’s all my own money that I earned by myself.
“I did not come from generational wealth. Nobody ever gave me a goddamn dime. And so this is what I’m doing.”

Bruce Springsteen worries about ‘enormous pressure’ on young musicians

OHMYGOSSIP — Bruce Springsteen thinks the music industry puts “enormous pressures” on young people.
The 75-year-old rocker has reflected on the passing of Liam Payne – who died on Wednesday (16.10.24) after falling from his hotel balcony, aged just 31 – and noted it is “not an unusual thing” as many stars struggle to cope with life in the spotlight and find themselves “lost” in drugs and alcohol.
Speaking about Liam, Bruce – who has spoken openly about his struggles with depression – told the Sunday Telegraph newspaper: “That’s not an unusual thing in my business.
“It’s a normal thing. It’s a business that puts enormous pressures on young people.
“Young people don’t have the inner facility or the inner self yet to be able to protect themselves from a lot of the things that come with success and fame. So they get lost in a lot of the difficult and often pain inducing [things]… whether it’s drugs or alcohol to take some of that pressure off.
“I understand that very well. I mean, I’ve had my own wrestling with different things.”
Although the ‘Born in the USA’ hitmaker noted his E Street band have had “their own issues” over the years, he always put a “boundary” in place when it came to their conduct on tour.
He said: “The band has all wrestled with their own issues. And Danny [Federici] certainly did. Drugs were not uncommon in the E Street Band, you know.
“There was a boundary, however – I stayed out of your business, but if I was on stage and I saw that you were not your complete self, there was going to be a problem. And so it made a bit of a boundary around that stage, where people had to be relatively sober and at their best.
“And I always say, one of the things I was proudest of is that if one of my fellas passed on, they passed on of natural causes.”
The discussion then noted the untimely deaths of the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Kurt Cobain.
Bruce added: “And people continue to fall to it. It’s a death cult…
“It’s a grift, man. That’s a part of the story that suckers some young people in, you know, but it’s that old story. Dying young – good for the record company, but what’s in it for you?”

Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant

OHMYGOSSIP — Jennifer Lawrence is pregnant with her second child.
The 34-year-old actress and her husband Cooke Maroney, 40, are already parents to two-year-old son Cy, and their latest baby news was confirmed to Vogue magazine by the star’s representative on Sunday (20.10.24), after she debuted her baby bump on a dinner date in Los Angeles on Saturday (19.10.24).
Vogue wrote on Instagram: “Congratulations are in order for Jennifer Lawrence! The Oscar-winning actor will be welcoming her second child with art gallerist husband Cooke Maroney, a representative has confirmed to Vogue.”
An insider had claimed last year that the pair were keen to add to their brood.
The source told Us Weekly: “They’re thinking about having another child.
“At first they weren’t sure if they wanted another one because it’s so much work, but they’re obsessed with Cy and love showing off videos to their friends and family. They’ve started warming up to the possibility of a second.”
The ‘Causeway’ actress married art dealer Cooke in 2019, but she previously admitted she was hesitant about settling down and later realised she was experiencing commitment anxiety.
She told The New York Times newspaper: “When you don’t fully know yourself, you have no idea where to put yourself. And then I met my husband, and he was like, ‘Put yourself here.’ I was like, ‘That feels right, but what if it’s not?’”
She added: “It was coming out of my performance in all these different creative ways, but I wasn’t conscious of it.
“Then I went back, and when I’m home with my husband making this family, I’m so happy I stayed. I’m so happy I didn’t freak out and cancel the wedding and run away and go, ‘I’ll never be taken down!’”

Liam Payne remembered at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne was honoured at the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday night (19.10.24).
The 31-year-old singer’s tragic death shocked the world on October 16, and he was remembered during the star-studded bash at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse venue in Cleveland, Ohio, with a picture of Liam from his early days in One Direction projected onto a big screen and met with huge applause from the audience.
The ‘Strip That Down’ singer died from “multiple traumas” that caused “internal and external bleeding” after he plunged from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires.
Preliminary autopsy findings reported by the Daily Mirror newspaper found the result was consistent with his 10-metre fall.
Toxological and anatomical-pathologicial studies of blood and urine will determine any traces of drugs.
Police found a bottle of whiskey, a lighter, and a white powder in the room, as well as medications including clonazepam – which is used to treat epilepsy, panic disorders or involuntary muscle spasms – and energy pills.
A notebook and Liam’s passport were seized and handed over to investigators, as well as phone that may have belonged to the former boy band member and will be checked for messages.
Police described “total disorder” in the room, with various things broken.
In a statement, his family said: “Liam will forever live in our hearts and we’ll remember him for his kind, funny and brave soul.
“We are supporting each other the best we can as a family and ask for privacy and space at this awful time.”
His 1D bandmates Louis Tomlinson, 32, Zayn Malik, 31, Niall Horan, also 31, and 30-year-old Harry Styles – who were catapulted to global fame after being put together on ‘The X Factor’ in 2010 – have all paid moving tributes.
Zayn – who quit the ‘Story Of My Life’ group in 2015, five months before the rest of the band embarked on an indefinite hiatus – has also postponed his US tour until January in wake of the “heartbreaking loss”.

Cher rocks out with Dua Lipa and is honoured by Zendaya at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction

OHMYGOSSIP — Zendaya and Dua Lipa were among the stars to pay tribute to Cher as she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Despite previously vowing not to accept the honour, even if they “gave me a million dollars”, Cher was on top form at the star-studded ceremony at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse venue in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday night (19.10.24).
The 78-year-old icon joked that it was “easier” getting divorced from Sonny Bono and Greg Allman than being chosen for induction.
She began her speech by quipping: “This speech is gonna be such a c***shoot – I wrote it the other day, and then I rewrote it tonight, and I’m dyslexic.”
Cher paid tribute to record executive David Geffen, 81 – who she briefly dated in the 1970s – for petitioning for her induction.
She continued: “It was easier getting divorced from two men than it was getting into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
“I want to thank my guardian David Geffen, because he wrote a letter and sent it to the directors, and now, ha ha, here I am!”
Although at one point she joked that she’s “a good singer, not a great singer”, Cher acknowledged that her auto-tune heavy 1998 hit ‘Believe’ “changed the sound of music forever”.
Recalling a fight with the producer, she went on: “[With] ‘Believe,’ I changed the sound of music forever, and it was an accident. My producer and I were having a fight, with my producer saying, ‘Cher, do it better.’
I said, ‘Dude, if you want it better, get a different singer.’ He called me later and said, ‘Cher, I’ve been playing around with the pitch machine, and I think I’ve got something.’ I went back and listened to it, and when it was over, we both jumped up and high-fived each other. And then the head of my record company said ‘we can’t do that because no one will know it was you.’ And I said, ‘Yes, that’s the deal! That’s the great part!'”
Elsewhere, the ‘Moonstrcuk’ star shared the advice her late actress-and-singer mother, Georgia Holt, gave her over the years and noted how important it is for women to “never give up”, despite the inequalities they face in a male-dominated industry.
She said: “The one thing I have never done, is I never give up. And I am talking to the women, okay – you guys are on your own.
“We have been down and out, but we keep striving, and we keep going and we are somebody. We are special, as my mother would say.”
‘Challengers’ star Zendaya, 28, was tasked with introducing Cher.
She said: “Where do I even begin?
“Cher is not one person. Her name is just as legendary as her legacy.
“Her voice is so singular that any song she sings becomes a Cher song.
“She’s navigated a multitude of musical genres, defined new ones and reinvented others.”
Zendaya also paid homage to the Hollywood star by donning a golden cutout Bob Mackie gown that was almost identical to the one Cher wore by the designer in 1972.
Dua, 29, kicked off proceedings by performing ‘Believe’ and was joined by Cher herself to finish the iconic tune with the pair twinning in eye-popping black leather ensembles and fishnet tights.

Rock royalty Ozzy Osbourne inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for second time

OHMYGOSSIP — Ozzy Osbourne has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame for the second time.
The 75-year-old rocker was honoured as a solo artist as part of the class of 2024 at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday night (19.10.24) – 18 years after he was first inducted as part of Black Sabbath in 2006.
The Prince of Darkness seemingly didn’t perform due to his ongoing health issues – including Parkinson’s and a longstanding spine issue – and was instead seated in a regal bat throne, a nod to his 1982 bat-biting controversy, as actor and musician Jack Black, 55, inducted the music legend, whom he dubbed the “greatest frontman in the history of rock ‘n’ roll”.
Ozzy dedicated his induction to his late guitarist and co-writer, Randy Rhoads, who tragically died in a plane accident in 1982 aged just 25.
He said: “I can’t believe I’m here myself. My fans have been so loyal to me over the years, I can’t thank them enough.
“I’ve been fortunate over the years to play with some of the world’s greatest guitar players, drummers, bass players.
“I [want to say] one thing tonight for a guy by the name of Randy Rhoads. If I hadn’t met Randy Rhoads, I wouldn’t be sitting here tonight.”
Randy himself received a posthumous entry into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021.
Tool’s Maynard James Keenan, 60, and Wolfgang Van Halen, 33 – the son of the late Eddie Van Halen – kicked off the tribute performances rocking out to ‘Crazy Train’.
Punk legend Billy Idol, 68, belted out ‘No More Tears’ and country star Jelly Roll, 39, sang ‘Mama I’m Coming Home’.
Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith, Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, Ozzy’s producer Andrew Watt, and Zakk Wylde were also among those to pay tribute to the ‘Paranoid’ hitmaker.
The class of 2024 also included Mary J. Blige, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Kool and The Gang, Peter Frampton, and A Tribe Called Quest.

Liam Payne’s funeral could take place next month

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne’s funeral could be held next month.
Following the One Direction star’s tragic death in Buenos Aires on October 16, aged 31, Argentinian newspaper Clarín claims his body could remain in Argentina for 10 to 15 days.
Once toxicological tests have been performed, Liam’s remains will be available to his family for return to the UK.
The British Embassy said: “We are supporting Liam Payne’s family and are in contact with local authorities.”
The ‘Strip That Down’ singer died from “multiple traumas” that caused “internal and external bleeding”.
The singer plunged from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Hotel in Buenos Aires, and preliminary autopsy findings reported by the Daily Mirror newspaper found the result was consistent with his 10-metre fall.
They earlier said they had been called to reports of an “aggressive man who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol”.
Emergency services previously said Liam had died instantly.
Buenos Aires emergency services chief Alberto Crescenti told The Sun: “Our role was to head there quickly, give medical attention, and try to resuscitate him, but his injuries were incompatible with life.
“Based on what the team saw, there was apparently a cranial fracture and extremely serious injuries that led to his immediate death.”
Audio from the two calls made by the hotel’s head of reception to emergency services also circulated online, with the employee admitting staff were “worried” a guest would put their life at risk.
In the first call, he said: “We have a guest drunk with drugs and alcohol. When he [them, gender not clear in conversation] is conscious, he is breaking everything in the room…
“We have a guest who is destroying everything in his room. We need someone to come.”
After the line went dead, he called back and said: “We need you to send someone urgently because I don’t know if the guest’s life is in danger.
“They must be in a room that has a balcony. And well, we’re a little bit worried he’ll do something, that he’ll put his life at risk.”
Liam’s body was found in the hotel’s inner courtyard at around 5pm local time.
TMZ.com reported witnesses stated Liam had been “acting erratic” in the lobby of the hotel with the outlet publishing statements suggesting the singer had smashed his laptop and had to be taken back to his room.

Liam Payne sent ex-girlfriend Danielle Peazer sweet message weeks before death

OHMYGOSSIP — Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend, Danielle Peazer, has shared the touching final message he sent her “weeks” before his tragic passing.
The 36-year-old dancer was in an on-off relationship with Liam – who died on Wednesday (16.10.24) at the age of 31 after falling from a balcony in Buenos Aires – from 2010, when they met on ‘The X Factor’, until 2013.
Breaking her silence earlier this week, Danielle admitted she need time to “grieve privately”.
The mother-of-two has since posted a new tribute to the late One Direction star, revealing that he had contacted her prior to his death to let her know how pleased he was for her and the contentment she has found with her two children Sonny and Mia.
Danielle said that Liam’s proudest achievement in life was not his global success with the chart-topping boy band, but becoming a father to his seven-year-old son Bear – whose mother is Girls Aloud star Cheryl, 41 – and later being an uncle to his sister Ruth’s little boy.
Sharing a new photograph of her and Liam enjoying an ice cream on Instagram, she penned: “Whilst we all take the time to navigate in a world without Liam, it’s important to remember that while he was adored by millions as a world famous musician for the last decade, he was also someone’s son and brother for more than 30 years, a friend to so many and more recently an uncle.
“His most important role and something he was the most proud of out of all of his monumental successes was that he was a father. The thought that there is a now a child growing up without one of their parents is heartbreaking and unfair. To Liam’s son Bear, as well as his parents and sisters, my love, thoughts and strength goes to you. The magnitude of this loss is incomprehensible and I will continue to support you in any way I am able to.”
Danielle admitted she and Liam didn’t always see eye-to-eye, but they always had each other’s backs.
She continued: “LJP, This still doesn’t feel real. Despite being aware of your struggles over the years, I hoped and prayed that this day would never come. But now we’re all facing the reality of living a life without your presence. It’s common at times like this for people to say ‘I hope he knew how much I cared about him’ but I know that you knew how I felt, it was one thing we were really good at – being brutally honest with our feelings for each other, whether the other wanted to hear it or not.”
She went on: “At times you were my favourite person in the whole world, but you could also wind me up so much and I probably annoyed the hell out of you sometimes too. It was something we learned to accept of each other over 14 years, we could disagree on so many things yet still look out for each other in times of need and laugh about our disagreements and petty behaviour 10 mins later.
“Our relationship may have ended back in 2013, but that seemed to be just the start of our story. The things we went through and experienced from then all the way until last year could be described as unique to some and misunderstood by others, but I think deep down we always knew we’d have some sort of connection forever, no matter where our individual lives took us.”
She described Liam as a people-pleaser and admitted he perhaps didn’t realise that he was “more than enough for this world” as he was.
She reflected: “It took a little longer for you to figure out the person you wanted to be in order to be your happiest, but whilst most of us have our teens and twenties to learn about ourselves, you spent those years giving more to the world than you ever needed to. I wish you knew that you were always more than enough for this world without having to search for a role to play just to please others.”
Sharing the final message he sent her before departing the world, Danielle concluded: “Thank you for teaching me about the importance of setting boundaries, and that I should always protect my heart. Receiving a message from you a couple of weeks ago expressing your happiness for the love I found with Sonny and Mia is something I’ll cherish forever. I’m sorry your story didn’t end differently, and I’m sorry you didn’t ever get to share more of your magic with the world.
Rest easy my friend. Love Danielle.”

Lizzo mocks Donald Trump at Kamala Harris rally after he criticises Detroit

OHMYGOSSIP — Lizzo called out Donald Trump’s disparaging comments about the city of Detroit in a speech at his election rival Kamala Harris’ rally on Saturday (19.10.24).
The ‘About Damn Time’ hitmaker, 36, has joined the legions of huge names in backing the 60-year-old Vice President to become the next President of the United States.
After Trump, 78, recently claimed that Kamala running the country would lead to the whole nation ending up like Detroit, a “once great city”, and local Lizzo defended her city and slammed Trump, after he said: “Our whole country will end up being like Detroit if she’s your president. You’re going to have a mess on your hands.”
She said: “All the best things were made in Detroit: Coney dogs, Faygo, and Lizzo.
“I’m so proud to be from this city.
“You know, they say if Kamala wins, then the whole country will be like Detroit. OK. Proud like Detroit. Resilient like Detroit. We’re talking about the same Detroit that innovated the auto industry and the music industry. So put some respect on Detroit’s name.”
Encouraging people to vote, she said: “They say voting is not a love letter, it’s a chess move.
“Well, I feel like voting early is not just a chess move, it’s a power move. There’s a lot of people who feel like their vote doesn’t matter, but I say to that: If your vote didn’t matter, then voter suppression would not exist.
“If your vote didn’t matter, they wouldn’t discourage young people from going to the polls. If your vote didn’t matter, our parents and our grandparents would not have marched and fought for our right to vote.”
Lizzo was not the only famous star from Detroit, Michigan to slam Trump.
Jack White, 49 – who along with his former White Stripes bandmate and ex-wife, Meg White, also 49, recently took legal action to prevent the former ‘Apprentice’ star from using their hit ‘Seven Nation Army’ as part of his campaign again without permission – called Trump out for his “fascist” behaviour.
He fumed on social media: “What kind of political idiot insults Detroit while SPEAKING TO DETROITERS??? Guess what trump, YOU AIN’T LIKE US.
“You’re gonna lose Michigan BIGLY you wanna-be dictator orange clown. Go back to your fascist rallies.”
