Jane Lynch has revealed that she was instantly attracted to her partner upon meeting her for the first time.
The Glee star, who married clinical psychologist Lara Embry in a Memorial Day ceremony last week, has said that she met her partner at a San Francisco fundraiser in 2009 and knew that their chemistry was immediate.
She told The New York Times: “We actually have a picture of the moment we met”.
Embry revealed: “I said, ‘I want my picture taken with her’. I thought she was cute.”
As for the couple working in different professions, Jane Lynch said: “It’s not like she’s marrying out of her species or anything.”
Embry added: “I knew of her work, but not extensively. I was basically ignorant of it.”
