OHMYGOSSIP — Chris and Rosie Ramsey’s newborn son has had treatment on his “slightly pointed” ears.
The couple – who also have four-year-old son Robin – welcomed their boy, Rafe Ramsey, into the world on January 6th, and Rosie took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans about the adjustment to reshape the little one’s lugs.
She shared a picture of Rafe with white tape over the top of his ears, and wrote: “I received lots of messages about Rafe’s ears yesterday.
“It would appear a lot of people weren’t offered the service at their local hospital. Luckily the service is available for parents to access online and do it themselves at home (the doctor told me this yesterday) (sic)”
Rosie and Chris decided to act now on Rafe’s ears so they “don’t bother him in years to come”, and she will return to the doctors in two weeks to see how his treatment is going.
She added: “This is Rafes little ear before. It’s just ever so slightly pointed at the top and the lobe sticks out ever so slightly.
“Like I said yesterday it’s not actually that noticeable but if it can help at all so that it doesn’t bother him in years to come I think it’s worth doing.
“The doctor also said the earlier the better as so they don’t try to pull it out or get it wet. I’m going back in two weeks to see how it’s getting on. (sic)”
Chris was also in need of medical attention earlier this month, after he broke his ankle just days after Rosie gave birth via C-section.
He wrote on Instagram: “How to make your lockdown a million times worse…
