OHMYGOSSIP — Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid have been turned into ‘Mr Men’ cartoons.
The ‘Good Morning Britain’ co-hosts have been transformed into Mr Shouty and Little Miss Pouty in the style of Roger Hargreaves’ famous illustrations, to mark the 50th anniversary of the books.
Piers, 55, can be seen as a blue Mr Shouty with a grey quiff hairstyle who dons a tie and smart black shoes while frowning.
While his 50-year-old co-host’s cartoon is bright yellow and features her brunette locks with rouge lipstick and a pair of bright red heels.
It comes as the publishers are set to add two new characters to the famous franchise and have asked fans to vote for their favourite out of Mr Calm, Little Miss Kind, Little Miss Brave, Little Miss Energy and Mr Brilliant.
Adam Hargreaves, son of the original creator, said: “It’s amazing to see people are still connecting to the books after 50 years, they have always been about getting people to relate with the unique characters and identify  the different traits of their own personalities, so it’s great to involve the fans and let them help shape the next 50 years of ‘Mr Men’.”
Piers and Susanna won’t be joining the cast of 90 characters, but they previously poked fun at their Shouty and Pouty nicknames before they took a break from ‘GMB’ in the summer.
The duo thanked the ITV crew for keeping the show going amid the coronavirus pandemic, and shared a montage of some highlights that inspired their nicknames. The pair then signed off, saying: “Shouty and Pouty are off.”
