OHMYGOSSIP — Trinny Woodall says “self-touch” helps her to cope with being apart from her partner.
The 56-year-old TV presenter has revealed she massages her face with a metal tool to help fill the void of her partner Charles Saatchi.
She told The Sun on Sunday’s Bizarre column: “The thing I found most important is self-touch.
“I am in my office all day, by myself. I’ll see Charles in the evening. It’s isolating being in this space so it’s really important, that thing of massaging your face, just having that moment of self-love, so massaging my face is a really ritualistic thing for me.
“Sometimes I use a metal tool.”
Trinny previously rubbished the suggestion she leans on Charles to provide financial support for her business plans.
The TV star is proud of the fact she’s always worked hard for her own success.
She said: “I’ve always been self-sufficient.
“In my marriage with Johnny [Elichaoff, a businessman], I was the main breadwinner. So being with Charles has not changed anything to do with that. I know what I do in my life and I know what I pay for.”
Trinny previously hosted ‘What Not to Wear’ on the BBC alongside Susannah Constantine.
The show was a huge success, and Trinny doesn’t think any of the guests were ever left feeling “disgruntled” by her comments.
She said: “I felt that we never said, ‘Hey, you’ve got piggy little eyes and no breasts.’ We would sort of say, ‘The way you’re dressing, darling, you’re over-emphasising this, and you’re not showing off that fantastic waist.'”
