OHMYGOSSIP — Neil Jones is dancing for fans for just £25 after missing out on the main line-up for ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The 38-year-old star has joined video-messaging site Cameo and has recently been recording special messages for his fans, The Sun newspaper reports.
In an ad clip, Neil says: “I will be doing shoutouts, birthday messages, anything you want. If you’ve got some dancing fans out there, let me know – I’m here.”
Last year, Neil was paired with former England football star Alex Scott on the BBC show, but he was overlooked for the main line-up this time around.
However, Katya Jones – who separated from Neil in 2019 – recently formed the programme’s first-ever same-sex dance partnership with ex-Olympian Nicola Adams.
And Katya, 31, previously claimed they’ll create a “powerhouse” partnership on the show.
She shared: “In the ballroom world, there are same-sex partnerships and same-sex competitions, so it’s a really normal thing…
“I’ve always taught as a lead and a follower, so this doesn’t feel like anything extra.
“I’m just really excited to get someone whose work ethic is out of this world – she’s so used to training hard. For me, that’s all I look for in a partner.
“We’re two strong-minded women and we’re going to be a powerhouse together. And, you know, dancing is dancing.”
The same-sex partnership has created a lot of interest, but Katya predicted that by the end of the series, it won’t even be a talking point.
The ‘Strictly’ star – who was involved in a cheating scandal with Seann Walsh back in 2018 – said: “People won’t even see the difference because it’s going to be amazing. They’re not even going to question it.”
