Andrej Pejic has been invited to London’s Buckingham Palace

Andrej Pejic is certainly moving up in the world! The androgynous model has been invited to a reception at London’s Buckingham Palace in honor of the Queen Elizabeth’s upcoming trip to Australia.

The British monarch has invited some members of the Australian fashion community to the October 13 gathering, and Pejic is one of the lucky invitees!

So, what will Pejic wear? When Frockwriter contacted Buckingham Palace’s press officer, Australian Marnie Gaffney, to ask if it would be acceptable for Pejic to wear a dress, she answered, “The recommended dress code for receptions at Buckingham Palace is day dress/lounge suit. However, this is for guidance only and guests are welcome to wear whatever they feel comfortable in.”
