OHMYGOSSIP — HRVY and Mimi Slinger are reportedly dating.
The former ‘Emmerdale’ actress – who played Leanna Cavanagh in the ITV soap – is said to have met the 22-year-old pop star at the National Television Awards last month, and they have a “real connection”.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “HRVY and Mimi are completely loved up. After HRVY performed at the NTAs he met Mimi and they hit it off.
“They started talking over social media and it all went from there. Things are pretty serious between them. They both know each other’s families and their friends have met.
“HRVY and Mimi have a real connection and those around them think they could go the distance because of what a good match they are.”
The ‘Good Vibes’ hitmaker – whose real name is Harvey Cantwell – was previously romantically linked to ‘EastEnders’ actress Maisie Smith, who plays Tiffany Butcher in the BBC One soap.
The pair met when they competed on the 2020 series of ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, but their short-lived romance was said to have fizzed out soon after the show.
A source previously said: “Once it was over, however, they were all game for giving it a go. But just a few days after their kiss, the third lockdown came into play and it ended up being a total passion killer.”
Mimi, 18, played the role of Leanna in the ITV soap for three years, until the character was killed off by the show’s resident psychopath Meena Jutla, who is played by Paige Sandhu.
