OHMYGOSSIP — Ferne McCann has confirmed her romance with Jack Padgett.
The former ‘The Only Way is Essex’ star was recently spotted kissing the model while on holiday in South Africa, and now she’s revealed the pair are trying to keep their relationship as private as possible because it’s “early days” yet.
Ferne told the MailOnline: “I have met someone. But it is early days and I don’t want to divulge into too much information.
Obviously I was single in lockdown so I knew the struggles of single life – it was like do you go on the apps? Am I going to meet someone randomly?
We will see. I am excited, I am really, really excited about how this will go and how it will develop.”
Ferne confirming her relationship status comes after she revealed she wants to “settle down” and have more children.
The 30-year-old star – who has three-year-old Sunday with ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins – split from Albie Gibbs last May, but since meeting Jack she’s been feeling broody and dreaming of walking down the aisle.
She gushed: “I’m a sucker for love – I love it. And I’m a true romantic, I can’t wait to settle down.
“I’m definitely up for having more babies and running off into the sunset with my new husband.”
However, Ferne has “grown so much” and no longer puts as much pressure on her relationships as she used to.
She said: “I used to start dating someone and get the doom that he was going to leave me or not fancy me.
“Sometimes you just need to take a step back, surrender, do a little bit of self work and be like, ‘You know what, if that happens, then it happens.’
“Just looking after yourself and not making it a priority – being a bit more easy-breezy about it.”
