OHMYGOSSIP — The new owner of Matthew Perry’s final home has vowed to “honour” the late actor.
The four-bedroom mid-century abode in Pacific Palisades was recently snapped up by Anita Lallian in an $8.55 million off-market deal, and the film producer has detailed a blessing ceremony she had carried out at the house, which incorporated the “positive aspects” of the life of its former owner, who died from acute affects of ketamine in the hot tub a year ago.
Anita wrote on Instagram: “We are so excited to share that we bought a home in Los Angeles earlier this month! Our agent, @brooke.elliott.laurinkus, said she had an amazing “off-market” property that she really wanted us to see. The moment I walked into the home, I absolutely fell in love with the features, especially the view of the Pacific Ocean. We knew it was “the one” and decided to write an offer on it immediately.
“As a real estate developer myself, I believe every property has a history that we may or may not know about, and every home carries the energy that the current owner brings to it. I am Hindu, and it’s customary to do a blessing and prayer anytime you buy a new home. We were so lucky to have our Panditji from Arizona come to the house to do the blessing.
“We chose to honor the positive aspects of the previous owner’s life, his immense talent, and all the joy he brought to so many people. The decision to purchase the home had nothing to do with the previous owner, just our love of the home. (sic)”
And Anita is planning to keep some of the “design elements” that the former ‘Friends’ star had incorporated into the property.
She continued: “We do plan to keep some of the design elements. The Batman logo in the pool is definitely staying.
“It’s a piece of paradise that is filled with light and the perfect vacation home for us. Can’t wait to make new memories in it.

OHMYGOSSIP — Lily Collins would love to film an ‘Emily in Paris’ spin-off in London.
The 35-year-old actress has played Emily Cooper, an American marketing executive, in four seasons of the hit Netflix show, and Lily has now admitted that she would love to see her on-screen character relocate to London.
Lily – who has recently been living in the city ahead of her West End stage debut – told the BBC: “She would definitely go to Portobello Road and buy some antiques, obviously visit Big Ben and toy shop Hamleys.
“She would also definitely try and get into Buckingham Palace.”
Lily – who was born in England but raised in Los Angeles – added that Emily would “try and get the guards to smile but I’m not sure she’d be able to do that”.
The actress has relished the time she’s spent in London over recent months, admitting that it now “feels like home”.
She shared: “I love the Tube but most of all I love sitting on the front of a double-decker bus and looking out of the window.
“I don’t even have a plan on where I want to go, I just sit there and see all the sights and people.”
‘Emily in Paris’ has already been renewed for a fifth season, but the location for filming has not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, Lucas Bravo – Lily’s on-screen co-star – recently admitted that he might not return for season five of the show.
The 36-year-old actor – who plays the part of Gabriel – feels as though he’s grown apart from his character.
He told IndieWire: “The ‘sexy chef’ was very much part of me in season one and we grew apart season after season because of the choices he makes and because of the direction they make him take. I’ve never been so far away from him.
“In season one, there was a lot of me in him. But as they made him kind of unaware of his surroundings, of the dynamic, always victimising and always being completely lost in translation and oblivious to anything that is happening around him and being manipulated by everyone, it kind of became not fun for me to shoot or to see a character I love so much and brought me so much, being slowly turned into guacamole.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Kim Kardashian has seemingly taken down her son’s YouTube account after he shared two anti-Kamala Harris videos.
The 44-year-old reality superstar – who has North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and five-year-old Psalm with ex-husband Kanye West – allowed her second child launch a social media presence in September amid a lengthy string of rules he had to abide by, but earlier this week, @TheGoatSaint was removed from the video-sharing platform.
Before the account was deleted, Saint had shared one video which featured ‘Saved by the Bell’ characters appearing on screen saying “dumb”, “stupid”, “crazy”, and “dangerous” as the US Vice President’s photo appeared in the background, and another one in which the presidential candidate’s picture appeared on the bottom of a cartoon character’s shoe as they said: “I stepped in s***.”
When looking for Saint’s account on YouTube now, a message appears which reads: “This page isn’t available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else.”
Kim revealed in September that she had “finally allowed” her eldest boy to launch an account on the platform, but compiled a strict list of rules for his posts first.
The ‘Kardashians’ star shared the handwritten contract on her Instagram Story and wrote: “Saint signed a solid contract for his YouTube Channel. He better not breach.”
The document – which was signed by Saint – acknowledged the youngster “agreed to follow mom’s rules.”
It stated: “I am not allowed to comment any personal family information. I am not allowed to film any personal information. I am not allowed to film while North is recording music.”
Kim’s caption then obscured the next few sentences, but it then continued: “I must show my mom or guardian all videos before I post them. I give permission to any grown up if mom says to delete my video for any reason.”
And if Saint breaches the terms, the youngster’s stint on the video platform could be up.
The contract concluded: “If I don’t listen to all of the rules, mom could make my page private or delete my account.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Megan Thee Stallion thought she was “going to be a new woman” after Tory Lanez was imprisoned.
The 32-year-old rapper was sentenced to ten years in prison after being convicted of shooting Megan, and the ‘Mamushi’ hitmaker assumed it would be a turning point in her life – but that didn’t prove to be the case.
Megan, 29, says in her Prime Video documentary, ‘Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words’: “I really thought that once he got sentenced and once he went off to jail, I was going be a new woman and I thought I was going to be great and I could just go be the Megan Thee Stallion I always wanted to be.
“No. I still, every day, have to deal with people mad at me because I said what happened to me.”
Despite this, Megan feels she’s slowly returning to her old self and she’s “hopeful” for the future.
The award-winning star also insisted that she no longer concerns herself with public criticism.
She explained: “I do feel like I’m getting in a place where I really don’t care. I only care about my damn self. For the first time since my mama was alive, I’m taking care of myself, because I want to feel good.

The 78-year-old singer is well-known for her upbeat outlook, but Dolly admits that it still takes some “work”.
The ‘9 to 5’ hitmaker told the Guardian newspaper: “You have to work at being happy. Some people work at being miserable.
“If I wake up in the morning and don’t feel great or things are not great, I try to think about what I can do to make things work better, rather than just falling into that deep hole, because then you just go deeper and deeper.
“I just try to have a good attitude and make things right; to be grateful for the things I have, thank God, and look for spiritual strength for myself.”
Dolly grew up in rural Tennessee and she believes that her upbringing has shaped her personality.
The award-winning star admitted that she’s “grateful” for all of her childhood experiences – even though it wasn’t always easy for her and her family.
Dolly – who is one of the best-selling music artists of all time – explained: “Everybody where we grew up had a hard time.

OHMYGOSSIP — Shailene Woodley credits Laura Dern for having “forever changed [her] life”.
The 32-year-old actress told how she was “exhausted” by Hollywood when she received a call offering her a role in ‘Big Little Lies’ but she initially turned it down because she was “really dead-set on ‘finding [herself]’ until her future co-star got in touch to urge her to think again.
Shailene told Vanity Fair in a video interview: “I got a call, I’ll never forget it. It was November or October of 2015. I was really sick at the time and I was not at all exhausted by acting or the artistry and the craft of storytelling, but I was really exhausted by the act of Hollywood.
“And I got a call about ‘Big Little Lies’ because Jean-Marc Vallée — our beautiful creator, director, who has since passed — had wanted me to play Jane. And I was desperate to work with him, I thought he was such an incredible artist and filmmaker.”
After turning down the role, Shailene then received a call from Laura who told her she’d be making a “massive mistake” if she didn’t accept the part.
She continued: “I got a call from Laura the day before I left for India — or maybe I was actually already in India and I hadn’t turned my phone off yet. And she just said, ‘Listen, I know where you’re at in your life. I’ve been there before too. It’s a lot. This world is an illusion, but what isn’t an illusion is what you love to do. ‘And what I see in you, Shai, is your purpose — at least in this moment in your life — is to be a storyteller. And I think it’s a massive mistake for you to walk away from this opportunity that you really should lean into.’ ”
The conversation made the ‘Divergent’ star “leave India and come back to the United States” to do the show and she doesn’t regret it.
She added: “It forever changed my life.
“And so, in so many ways, I’m grateful for Laura, but that was a massive moment of courageous friendship to say, ‘I think that you’re making a mistake and I’m gonna be brave enough to tell you why, cause I really see you and I see something you can’t see in your own life right now.’ ”
Shailene and her co-stars – which also include Nicole Kidman, Zoe Kravitz and Reese Witherspoon – are still hopeful there will be a third season of the drama.
She said: “We have a text chain going and it’s constantly a check-in, every few weeks, ‘Hey, what’s the update?’ ‘It’s still happening.’
“I keep being told that there’s going to be a season three, but I haven’t read anything yet.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Whoopi Goldberg is “in touch” with all of her exes.
The 68-year-old actress – who has daughter Alex, 51, from her marriage to Alvin Martin and was also previously married to cinematographer David Claessen and actor Lyle Trachtenberg – will always be “respectful” towards her former partners because they were once close, but that doesn’t mean she socialises very much with them.
Speaking on ‘The View’, she told her co-hosts: “I’m in touch with all of my exes.
“I’m in touch with every one of them, because once they were my friends. It doesn’t mean that we talk all the time, but I will be respectful enough for you.

“So my kid decided that she was to leave some cat treats on the other side of my bag so that if the cat wanted some treats, she could get up there and get some because I wasn’t going to get up.
“But this daughter of mine put a bag of the cat treats, she put them right next to the Dot’s! So 2am, you know what’s coming…
“I reach over and I pour some Dot’s in my hand and I put ‘em in my mouth. I’m chewing. [These may be] a little stale!”
Asked if she thought they were simply a new flavour, Whoopi replied: “No, no. I just poured some more in because maybe I thought, you know, bed mouth. You know, because sometimes you wake up and you got something in your mouth and you’re like, ‘Who is this?’
“So, I pour some more. ‘Why do these taste so bad?’ My eye finally kind of opened a little bit, and in my hand was the crabby flavour Temptations!”

The 34-year-old star has branded Scheana “clueless” after she revealed that Katie, 37, was dating Sleeping With Sirens guitarist Nick Martin.

OHMYGOSSIP — Megan Thee Stallion is suing Milagro Gramz for alleged harassment.
The 29-year-old rap star has filed a lawsuit against the blogger in Florida, accusing Gramz – whose real name is Milagro Elizabeth Cooper – of “churning out falsehoods” about her shooting by Tory Lanez in 2020.
In a statement, Megan said: “It’s time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyber-bullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life.
“I’ve endured countless attacks on my character based on false narratives from social media bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.
“It’s unacceptable behaviour and these individuals need to understand there will be repercussions for recklessly posting lies and defamatory falsehoods.”
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the rapper has alleged that Cooper “acts as a paid surrogate” for Lanez and that she’s been deliberately spreading lies about the ‘Hot Girl Summer’ hitmaker.
Megan’s lawsuit has accused Cooper of questioning her “mental status” and of calling her an “angry Black woman”.
What’s more, Cooper has been accused of sharing a “deepfake pornographic video” of Megan – whose real name is Megan Pete – on X.
The blogger is also alleged to have claimed “that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the Trial because it was missing”.
However, lawyers for the award-winning rap star have insisted that “the firearm remains in the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department”.
In August 2023, Lanez was sentenced to ten years in prison after being convicted of shooting Megan.
Despite this, the lawsuit claims that Cooper has cast doubt on whether he actually shot her.
The Grammy-winning star is now seeking “monetary damages” and “attorneys’ fees and costs”. Megan is also seeking “a permanent injunction barring Defendant Cooper from any future use or publication of intimate visual depictions of her”.
In response to the lawsuit, Gramz wrote on X: “Countersuit gone go crazy (sic)”

The 32-year-old actress played Alex Russo on the Disney Channel sitcom between 2007 and 2012, and Selena has revealed that she loved being involved with the new sequel series.
She told PEOPLE: “This is what gave me everything that I have today, and I’ll never forget that this is where I started.”

The 51-year-old actor enjoyed a meteoric rise in the late 90s and early 2000s, when he starred in movies such as ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’ and ‘Road to Perdition’, and Jude has now recalled how his mother tried to shelter him from the spotlight.
The London-born star told Variety: “Here’s an interesting insight … I remember having a conversation with my mother, who said something that I look back on now. She said something like she had to ‘share me’ now. And I think what she meant by that was there was suddenly a sense of people knowing who I was and reaching out to her. She felt like there was a loss of privacy, of intimacy, that needed protecting.”

OHMYGOSSIP — Olivia Rodrigo was interrogated by border officials after she was mistaken for a criminal.
The 21-year-old pop star has revealed that she was questioned by officials as she travelled between Canada and the US.
During an appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’, Olivia explained: “We were going from Canada to, like, Portland or something. We were at border control, I give them my passport, and they’re like, ‘OK, whatever.’ And they knock on the door and they’re like, ‘We need Olivia.'”
The singer initially assumed that the official was seeking an autograph for their children. But then, a “big cop with a gun” asked if she’d ever been arrested.
Olivia recalled: “I’m, like, ‘No, I haven’t been arrested.’ He’s like, ‘Are you sure?’ I’m like gas-lighting. I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, maybe I was, like, arrested and I didn’t know it.'”
The pop star started “freaking out” as the seriousness of the situation dawned on her. However, following a 30-minute interrogation, the official realised that he’d made an error.
Olivia said: “He goes, ‘What’s your name?’ And I go, ‘Olivia Rodrigo. R-O-D-R-I-G-O’. And he’s like ‘Oh, there’s a girl who looks just like you that’s your same age that’s been arrested multiple times, and her name is Olivia Rodriguez.'”
Olivia is already one of the best-selling artists in the world, and she recently admitted that she’s living her “dream” life.
The ‘Bad Idea Right?’ hitmaker has enjoyed a meteoric rise over recent years, and Olivia has described herself as a “very lucky girl”.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: “This has always been my dream, as evidenced by those home movies of me putting on shows to my stuffed animals. And I’m really grateful that it happened in this way and I get to live out my dream every night.
