OHMYGOSSIP — Shirley Ballas would love to see a member of the royal family compete on ‘Strictly Come Dancing’.
The BBC One Latin and ballroom show’s head judge admitted she would love to see royalty take a twirl on the ‘Strictly’ dancefloor.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Shirley said: “Somebody from the royal family would be rather nice!”
The 61-year-old Queen of Latin is not the first member of the judging panel to want to see a royal on ‘Strictly’.
Craig Revel Horwood previously revealed he’d like to see Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall on the judging panel.
He said: “When it comes to my dream new judge – well, it’s got to be my friend the Duchess of Cornwall.
“I’ve been desperate to get a royal on the show. Camilla could be just wonderful.”
Craig is a close pal of Camilla – the wife of Prince Charles – and previously spilled that she is a big fan of the show.
He said: “She loves the show. She absolutely adores it.”
Meanwhile, Shirley admitted she will miss Bruno Tonioli who won’t be returning to the panel for the next series later this year.
However, she is thrilled to be joined by Anton du Beke again.
She said: “Of course I miss Bruno, I love him to bits, but Anton and I go back so far. My dream is to dance with him one day on the show. That’s just on my bucket list. Love him to bits, he’ll do a grand job.”
Motsi Mabuse completes the judging panel alongside Shirley, Craig and Anton.
