OHMYGOSSIP — Carl Woods has defended his decision to buy Katie Price another puppy.
The couple tragically lost their pet pooch Rolo when he was only a month old after the French Bulldog got trapped under an electric armchair in a devastating accident.
Responding to their critics, he wrote on his Instagram account: “Just a quick one to all the d******* commenting s*** things about what happened to Rolo. Do you realise that there is a 13 year old girl who can see your comments? How do you think those comments make her feel?
“It was a tragic ACCIDENT what happened to him. Of which, Kate wasn’t even there at the time and neither was Princess. Stop putting a s*** downer on her having a new puppy you complete pricks. NOBODY wanted anything to happen to Rolo and the same rule applies for this pup. (sic)”
It comes after Katie set up an Instagram account for her pets.
The 42-year-old star has started a new social media page for her and Carl Woods’ pets – German Shepherd Blade, Sphynx cat Hagrid and Carl’s dog Sid.
Sid’s caption reads: “This is Sid he is 2 years old and he’s a rescue dog from Romania.”
Hagrid’s says: “This is Hagrid he is 5 years old he’s a Sphinx cat so funny and friendly (sic)”
Alongside a heart emoji, the caption under Blade’s post reads: “This is blade he’s 3 years old he’s a German shepherd we got him from @protectiondogworldwide (sic)”
Katie couldn’t be happier with Carl and she “plans” to marry him one day.
A source previously said of the couple’s plans: “Marrying Carl is a big part of her plans. During the holiday she has made clear to Carl she wants to build a new life with him and the kids. They’ve got ideas for business they want to work on around modelling, fitness and TV and it is exciting.”
