OHMYGOSSIP — Robert Pattinson has his feet on the property ladder. The Twilight actor has reportedly splashed out on a luxury $8 million mansion in Los Angeles.
The 25-year-old British actor, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the movies, is believed to have bought a three-bedroom Spanish colonial-style property in the trendy Los Feliz area of the city.
Rob moved into the house only recently despite making the purchase last September.
“It is a gorgeous property with sprawling grounds which include a solar-heated swimming pool,” a source said.
“There are three big bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the whole place is walled, gated and has a state-of-the-art security system.”
Rob’s new neighbors include Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale.
