Victoria Beckham wants Kendall Jenner for fashion line

OHMYGOSSIP — Victoria Beckham is reportedly considering making Kendall Jenner the “face” of her fashion line. The 40-year-old designer is said to have met the reality star turned model in a “secret meeting” at her New York office earlier this month. And a source claims Victoria had the appointment in her diary four months in advance, she was that keen to meet the 18-year-old.

“She has been fascinated by her meteoric rise,” the insider told British magazine Heat. “Now she’d like her to join her team at the next Fashion Week.”

Kendall had a successful New York Fashion Week earlier this month walking for designers including Diane von Furstenberg, Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger and Marc Jacobs. But she managed to find time before the craziness of the week started to meet Victoria, who apparently wasn’t disappointed after such a long wait for the introduction.

“Kendall walked into the morning casting with her assistant and friend. She was wearing a very casual pair of trousers and a T-shirt, with no make-up on and her hair scraped back,” the source continued. “Victoria said she was the most naturally beautiful and striking model she’d ever seen – even more so in the flesh.”

One person who reportedly isn’t pleased about the meeting is Kendall’s half sister Kim Kardashian. The 33-year-old has allegedly been trying to befriend Victoria for months.

“Kim is feeling extremely threatened by Kendall, and her meeting with Victoria has just magnified this even more,” the insider added. “Watching Kendall get propelled to stardom in the fashion world has been difficult for Kim, so to find out her sister is potentially going to be working with Vic has made it ten times worse.”
